Comfortable, quiet room. Obliging and friendly staff and management. Good plumbing, very central. Not luxury but very adequate, and Antakya an under-rated place for a less packed day and a bit of character. Nothing I can think of.
the decor, the room and the bathroom size. their breakfast was awesome...fresh and with a wide variety of foods. The hotel is pretty central and 5min walk from the main square/downtown area. The staff was very corteous and helpful in giving suggestions for day-trips and even driving us to the close bus stop.
tutto perfetto, da consigliare
The staff were very kind and helpfull, you feel like at home. Some rooms are without balconies. Windows for the interior rooms should be bigger. The outside light is poor in those rooms.
Beautiful rooms, unique hotel in Antakya, friendly staff, good location.
It was well restored. It has a charm of the old days. 1. The location, though convenient for sightseeing, is in the horribly run down area of the town. 2. Until 2 am at night, the hotel bar was producing horrendous noise of disco music. This is totally against hotel standard around the globe and unacceptable.3. The bathroom is uncomfortably small for two persons to stay. And the drainage of the shower is not good. 4. The walls and doors are so cheaply thin so that all the noises around the room bother us from the morning till evening.
Friendly hotel staff. Very close to the city center. Historical building. The price of the hotel was as much as a five star hotel. But the offered services were laying behind. A good place to stay at an historical place, nothing else.
Nice atmosphere, stylish and clean room, friendly (multilingual) staff which were happy to help with further travel arrangements. In the evening there was a party in the hotel restaurant with extremely loud music and shouting which made it impossible to sleep. When complaining at 11 o'clock, we were told it would stop in 15 minutes but it continued for another hour.
very good restoration of a grand bourgeois place of the turn of the century, elegant drapings and "period" furniture, nice windows and balcony smallish room, no bath tub, breakfast just average, narrow street parking
Position and the imazing old building decoration friendly staff i would like to reapet it again i stay one night no comments they are v.good
it took me 2 min. to check in...which is great.......staff is great.......for a 4 star hotel its great location in booking.com and google is wrong, has to change
Staff was very nice and trying to be helpfull. If travelling with a car, it is a good location to visit Antakya and Hatay region. Aging facilities, especially the fitness center / spa that we ended up not using so much it was tiny and old
service to the city8 am -12pm panyo is too small
Good sized rooms, fitted out well with clean and comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. Good taxi service from hotel. Room not cleaned on 2nd day, dirty cups left and bed not made, no replacement shampoos, toilet roll etc. 800% mark up on mini bar
It's a nice hotel, full of comfort not so far from downtown if you have a car, I am satisfied,
