Lovina is famous for dolphin tour. The reason I choose Melka is only for the attraction of dolphin and they have other animal as well. My children very excited to see the dolphin show in hotel and see the animal (snake, crocodiles, and we can feeding the animals also) We booked Suite Room but we dissapointed because it's small and the light is very limited. The hotel situation is also dark and need more extra light..... The room is not worth with the money I paid :( Towel is not really clean and the bathroom is not good also (the water is still in the bathub and during my husband taking shower suddenly the wator off). The price for dolphin tour in sea via hotel is expensive so we booked directly to the person in the beach for dolphin tour.
The fact you could walk round the grounds and see various animals especially the dolphins. No
The animalpark is good and it is brilliant with the dolphins in the pools. The rooms are rustic and lovely. The staff except one is very good and friendly. It costs 400.000 RP to swim with the dolphins and 25.000 RP to get your picture taken with the dolphin. Worst of all though is one specific waiter in the restaurant. He is absolutely obnoxious and very innoying trying to sell trips and while you eat at the restaurant which by the way has very poor food. The included American breakfast is a joke consisting off cold pancakes and 2 boild eggs and toast with jam. The dinner was the worst i tried in bali all together, very dry food. Finaly there were no DVD player in the rooms as the hotel facilities suggest. There is internet which cost 50.000 RP pr hour. Instead go to the internet cafe in Lovina center, it cost 15.000 pr hour.
Absolutely loved the dolphins. Was absolutely thrilled when the hotel placed us right in front of their pool. Spent hours just watching them. Very relaxing. Would definitely love to come back. The only setback is there was nothing much around to see or go to within walking distance. Not at all.
I like the mini zoo in the hotel, especially the pool got dolphins.
very friendly personel, staff. A clean and not to expensive hotel. The road leading to the hotel is not nice but the quality of the hotel compensates that
The hotel was generally to dark at nighttime but it was funny to "stay in a zoo". The pool war good and at the small road beside the hotel, you could visit at lot of small, cheap and good restaurants. And off course it was funny to stay close and swim with the dolphins. A stay here is recommended but only for a few nights. It was too dark in the reception and after 6 pm. You got the feeling that the hotel was closed ....
Not as good as we expected ãŋϑ ƫhě towels quite dirty. ƫhě breakfast ãŋϑ food is not as tasty to our taste bud. ƫhě water in our bathroom quite small.
The bathroom floor is dirty because the floor is made of pebble stonesand cannot be cleaned properly.
We booked a family room and it turns out to be a sea facing room. Due to the fact the next room is not occupied, we occupy the whole balcony. Our balcony is right beside the beach front restaurant, which is not very good. The guest can easily see us while they are having meal.
Very good, the staff is very kind and nice, they help us to solve a lot of problem. and you can book dolphin tour at the reception desk and enjoy a traditional spa.
It had a lovely atmosphere in a tropical calm environment We wanted a double bed but were given a twin room
Good lay out for family room. Dinner at hotel: wait to long for the food to come, food come after around 1 hours
Clean and relatively cheap. The restaurants food, pricing and service was awful, be prepared to wait for 1 hour to get your meal, and when it finally arrives it's most certainly cold. Because of the bad location of the hotel we had to eat there a couple of times and the situation was always the same. The only internet connection was by cable in the bar, the connection was very slow and most of the cables were damaged and not working.
this hotel was acceptabe in the neighbourhood
The staff were very friendly. The overall look of the hotel was really nice, especially the rooms! They were clean and had WiFi. The pool was great and clean. 2 minute walk from the beach, with plenty of bars and restaurants to eat at. The water flow in the shower wasn't very fast and only had cold water. The A/C and the boiler for the shower couldn't be on at the same time or else the power would cut out in the room. This had little consequence as the shower was cold with or without the boiler being on. There are two very noisy bars over the road from the hotel who play loud, live music into the early hours. For the money would recommend it, but not if you like quiet early nights
The swimming pool was a relaxed spot. Nugraha is a hotel with more staff members than guests... The location is very poor, between the sea and a busy road. A little bit noisy. There's no beach in front of the hotel; the architects created an ugly wall instead...
Beautifull and romantic Pool-Landscape, very friendly Service, Restaurant a little bit expensive (compared with Restaurants nearby). We loved the stay.
The garden is very beautiful. Not far from beach and the main shopping area. Hot water supply not enough sometimes.
The hotel had a beautiful ambiance and very stylish. The mattress on the first evening was uncomfortable but the staff happily changed it the next day.
Facilities were great, room was good and clean. Nothing really.
Location was good, just by the beach. The hotel and rooms were clean and nicely kept. Pool area was beautiful. The superior room that we originally booked were clean but a bit old so we changed to deluxe room. Also everything in the hotel was quite expensive, wifi was not free but really expensive, drinks were expensive as well as transport. It felt like they did not have enough costumers so they tried to get every penny out of us...
