friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, nice showers. good breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Hotel is very well located in downtown Bogota, and we felt safe walking everywhere. (Using common-sense and basic travelers precautions).
helpful staff, good public areas, good internet availability totally unacceptable noise level from disco or something next door at 6 pm til 10 pm on a friday night- staff were reasonably helpful but the problem meant that I would not have dreamed risking staying a further ( saturday) night. I understand the mgr is trying to have the place closed down.
The hotel showers did not control the hot or cold water, the toilets did notflush correctly, they were cleaned once a day, but needed much more attention, the television did not work, the paint was falling off the walls, this was the worst hostel ever. I have stayed in The staff was normal, but could not provide accurate info
The location is good. Otherwise forget about this place. We reserved this place for 2 reasons: Location and the advertised FREE PARKING. The location is good, but when we arrived they did not have our reservation nor was there parking. They claimed that they were not affiliated in any way with priceline.com.
Staff was helpful and thorough. The location for me was excellent... A few blocks from the pretty user-friendly Trans-Milenio bus service that can take you into the old city center in 15 minutes, or up to the luxury Zona Rosa in 10. If you're looking for something close to the nightlife of Chapinero (which is excellent, especially if you're LGBT) this is 15 minutes or less on foot from all the area's bars and clubs. My room was comfortable - no complaints. The only thing I felt was missing was a water heater in the eating area to make coffee or tea. I had a great stay :)
