One toilet to about 16 plus people. No soap no towel

The location was very convenient and it was a good quality/price deal

The rooms were ok but someone from the reception entered the girls dorm in the middle of the night to look for something and turned on full lights, like torches don't exist. The bathrooms were really small and non appealing. The kitchen was a bit dirty. But in the end this would be all fine when related to the price we are paying. However we had a bad experience with one of the receptionist that spoke to us not in a nice way when we asked if it was possible to change from dorms to room. We were ready to pay more, the room was unoccupied, but he just did not want to try to arrange us, acting like he didn't see what was the problem in sleeping in a dorms being woken up all night by people entering and exiting and turning on the light. Politeness and customer service was inexistent at that point.

The most f**king Bad Service in the Whole world, I advice you Not to visit this bad Place .

nothing. just nothing. the only good things is that is near to ULB.

it was orrible. dirty is the perfect word for that. the kitchen and the room was really dirty and there was musty smell in all the house, expecially in my room. I should stay for a week but i must go out after one night because of the experienxce in that place. i just say that my roomate was really aggressive when i was arrived and during the night my roomate had use the trash bucket like a bathroom. obviously after that great experience they just say: oh sorry but we can do nothing, you have already pay for all the week even if you left the room. don't go there.
