A Comfortably Luxurious experience!!
You don't even get the second foot in the door before you're greeted by friendly and welcoming staff waiting to attend to your every need. The breakfast (if you choose to have it included) is a fresh, healthy and great quality variety also with impeccable service and choices. The rooms are adequately sized and the beds and pillows are quite plush. There are slippers and robes for your added comfort and the tea selection in the room is great. The bathrooms are fully equipped and have a very modern and Chiq decor. Room service was a bit costly (as it is with most hotels) but this was because while the quality of the food was great and fresh, I really didn't enjoy the flavor. It is conveniently located between the trams and close to the Brussels midi station. Also, on Rue Louise there are all the major high end brands for clothing, jewelry, shoes and perfume, there are chocolatiers and other typically European magazines. Once you head out the revolving doors of Rue du Châtelain, and turn right, you will see that there are many cafés, bars, bistros, and magazines (shops) along the way. The cuisine is mainly, Italian, French and English, and there are Asian restaurants and a conveniently located liquor store to get your Belgian beer. There's also a food store further down. In the opposite direction, about a 30 min stroll away, there is the European Parliament, and the Grande Place that hosts many of the museums, a must see is the Music Museum, and a must have is the Belgian chips/fries and waffles. Hopefully this helps!
The dinner I ordered in room service was not a good taste for me.

The very helpful staff, the cleanliness, the size of our room, and the general ambience of the hotel
I think that the breakfast was too expensive for a cold meal. Also there was no variety we spent 10 days with the same choice of 2 different cheeses and 3 cold meats. Also we had to pay for the coffee taken in our room.

The staff and the type of room.
In spite of my request there was no glutenfree breakfast

Booked it for guests, which seemed very pleased with the quality of the hotel compared to 4-star hotels which we usually rent for them.
The only marginally negative thing is not to underestimate it's closeness to Louisa/Louize. It's about 20 minutes walking which isn't pleasant during rainy days and the tramline on the street is incredibly hectic.

Its convenience to the city centre and nearby shopping streets as well proximity of transportation.
