Very spacious and comfortable room: I got upgraded so was certainly pleased. It's perhaps not quite at the level of the true 5* palaces in other countries but that would be a small gap, everything is perfectly fine and it's one of the rare places where the Internet functions well! Breakfast too expensive. Just cross the road and get a proper local breakfast at a tenth of the price

The room was clean and there was secure parking. We requested a single bed and the gave us two twins. For being a very friendly country as a whole, the checker hardly said a word to me. I think they were rude and we received a crappy room on the first floor because we bought through a discount site. It was impossible to get to the beach from the hotel, and the staff just pointed...we know the direction of the beach. None of the work out machines were functioning, wifi in the room did not work (you had to be in the lobby), and the atm machine was turned on.
Bed was comfortable. Hotel not at all as represented on pictures. Breakfast food wasn't fresh. Safe bet is yogurt! We ate a lot of it:-) Very disappointing.
The new section of the hotel is very beautifull, I highly recommend it! The breakfast selection and the omelette was not good.
watching sea I did not like the culture of restaurant staff. I felt bad as there were lots of arguements happening between them while having my break fast.
Location More of a 2 star than a 4 star
Location was perfect, on the beach, with beautiful view on the North Atlantic Ocean. The hotel situated just 5 minutes by taxi from very noisy city centre.

I stayed in the executive suite for one night. Service was excellent. Sheets were clean. For a five star hotel and paying high rates for this room, I was not too happy to find stains in the bathroom. It seemed as if someone had just quickly wiped the bathrooms with a dirty damp rag. As far as food, breakfast was in a lounge exclusive for that floor. Very courteous staff working there. Afternoon cocktails also available there. No free internet. It should be mandatory at all hotels. Over-all I would recommend staying here if your willing to pay these rates.
Following both picks and description, we chose the Hyatt for our first night in Morocco. While the hotel looks beautiful, is centrally located, and has a nice pool and OK-ish gym (Technogym equipment but from at least 2 or 3 generations ago), we had several disappointments: 1) There was hair in our supposedly clean bathtub, 2) there was a half eaten meal, chocolate bar and half drunk bottle of water in our supposedly re-stocked minibar, 3) it took a call to the front desk and then another call 30 mins later to the manager to get 1) and 2) addressed, 4) on checkout the front desk clerk tried to charge us for the room and internet usage (which we tried to use but encountered an error), 5) there was mold on the shower head in the shower and the shower head in the bath had leaks that caused it to spray over the bathroom floor. In summary, not what one expects for US$+ a night. To be fair, the Director of rooms ensured problems 1 and 2 were fixed with our second call and accepted the fee...

Very good modern hotel with good food and location in Casablanca city cente makes your stay very enjoyful with lots of shopping and street cafes at walking distance plus all the excellent panoramic view of Casablanca city and port from the hotel window. None

IBIS is always a good value for Money. Maintaining a 4 star facilities with no non essential tantrums. I have a complaint that I was not charged as per discounted rate booking done through Nookings.com. i was charged at their regular rack rate. This was the only bad experience about it.
Rooms overtaken by mould. Mould in room, on walls, on curtains, in bathroom and a heavy mould smell. Room not clean. Only 2 towels, no hand towels. No toiletries. Shower dribbles, very poor water flow. Wecwere put on a smoking floir and weren't even asked if we were smokers. Room tiny.
The hotel is in a good location - close to the city center. The price was also good. The customer service wasn't very high. Some of the staff were friendly, but others seemed to give the impression you were inconveniencing them by asking for things.
For business travellers, good value for money, but nothing special. Quite a new hotel with 15 floors at Harbor, free wireless at lobby, internet on room for charge. In room double bed, shower, climatisation, desk, 28 inch LCD for 61 Eur a night. Clean but quite a small simple room

i think the location was the best part about the hotel, and it's easy to get taxi.
Location was close enough Ac did not work. Could not sleep all night. Hot and mosquitoes all over the place when I tried to open the windows. The staff took forever to even acknowledge and never fixed it. They would not offer me another room that wasn't filled with mosquitos.

The hotel was in a great position with easy walking access to lots of things the toilet was leaking in our bathroom and we missed breakfast because no one picked up our menu selections from outside our door, despite them being put out well before the collection time.
Attitude of staff; courteous and always helpful. Service in breakfast room rapid and efficient. Lack of types of tea in Breakfast room. Earl Grey everywhere but no other types e;g. Ceylon, Darjeeling. Bathrooms need a hand shower 'rose'.

Four resturants to choose from which were good. Staff was friendly and overall helpful. Was good that the room had an iron and ironing board Pretty depressing location. Rooms were comfortable but a bit dated. Price was very high for the value.

The paid pick-up service did not work out and there was no-one waiting for me at the airport so i had to pay a taxi by my own. When requesting for an invoice for my stay I had to wait long time and it looked like they dont do it really often. Not suitable for alone travelling women as other 5* hotels in Casablanca.

It was an excellent quality hotel. The breakfast and airport transfer made it even better value for money. As a one night stopover after holidaying in Morooco and flying out from Casablance airport it would be hard to beat.

the comfort of the bed! Very dissapointed by the shuttle service. We had take a Taxi from the airport to the Hotel because the shuttle was full and there wasn't another one and we had already waited half an hour. In April during our last stay the same thing happened. We also asked for a wake up call which never materialiszed.

Actually... checking out! We booked here to stay overnight between flights. We waited for the shuttle for about 50 minutes and finally got a taxi (15 Euro and they did not want to take us to the hotel as it was too close). Checking in took ages. At 2 am we were in our room (landed 11.30 pm), which was a junior suite with no towels (only small ones). Our travel mates were less lucky. Their booking was lost, they were given a room wich was already occupied, then a single room for three people and finally a room with no towels at all.

The location near the airport is perfect. The wifi is intermittent. The dining poor with limited options and badly cooked food. Had to argue with staff to get adequate towels and sheets that fit the bed.
Nice big Rooms and suites, tastefully furnished but very poor lighted, almost to dark to move safely in the aisles. a bit worn out and the most annoying thing is an awful perfume crawling thru the hall and aisles. I could hardly breath and all the clothing smells like it when you leave the hotel, therefore i won't choose this hotel once again.
Overbooked so they left us sitting in the reception area for an hour while we waited for transportation to their other hotel downtown. We had booked this hotel because it is about a 20 minute drive to the airport. The downtown hotel was 1 hour from the airport and $10 more on the cab ride. They did not compensate us at all for their overbooking, extra cost, our loss of time and inconvenience.

personnel there was construction on the building next door that began at night. we rarely got one full nite's rest due to jackhammers etc.... i wish we would have known about that before. we will rethink best westerns...they should disclose this before one registers.

Large luxurious room with lounges and a coffee table and a spa bath. Great king size bed. Breakfast was lovely although pricey. Location was an easy walk to restaurants and the inner city sights. Free wifi was good. Free wifi stopped working on our morning of departure. We told the front desk twice but they didn't have any luck getting it working before we departed.
Location is ok, close to old Medina and walkable to Hasan mosque. Room was not clean. Shower didn't work. Night club noise all night right below hotel. For this location, the Sofitel up the block is a much better choice.
The hotel was clean and easy to find The breakfast was poor and half the items were missing (eggs, bread, coffee). I expected more staff to be fluent in English, considering this is an American hotel chain. In addition, the room had a 'fan' and not a strong air conditioner. It was +100 degrees Fahrenheit and I would have preferred a colder room. Lastly, the elevator was super small and unsafe (no door!).
Overall a disappointing, unfriendly experience, with no possible justification for the 4-star status. The room itself was OK. The staff were generally unwelcoming and inattentive (one exception); the wi-fi did not work most of the time and no-one was interested in putting it right; if you weren't first at breakfast you were left with a display of unattractive scraps; no hotel or visitor information at all in the room; poor tourist info from reception
