The hotel was lovely, 3min walk into the centre,lots of nice restaurants close to the hotel. We were given a choice of rooms, the one we chose had a lovely balcony looking over to the town on the hill. Marco on reception was just lovely and always cheerful, polite and very helpful with advice on what to see and where to eat. There was a safe on site parking facility.
The parking wasn't free for guests. No other problems at all it was a lovely place.

The greatest value of the hotel is its location - 5 minutes from train station on foot and very near the centre of the city.

The staff was very helpful. Parking is right next door. Breakfast is good. Nice size bathroom.
It was difficult to find. I used the navigator from there website and it brought us no where close to the hotel.
