The price was great for the deal. It is an old building however I had a fridge and microwave in my room (no extra charge) the balcony view was gorgeous, breakfast included made to order items such as loaded omelets, the bed was very soft. Staff was also very nice and helpful.
Can't believe ppl here complain because this is an old hotel. Hey $55 per night, close to downtown, great view and breakfast included, this hotel was way more than what I expected for the amount I paid. Will definitely stay there again
There was perhaps two people that weren't rude. Particular person in customer service was rude.
Location There wasn't any heat for the room and it was cooler weather.
Staff was very friendly Good location The breakfast wasn't very good. Most of the food was either undercooked or very dry.
Some staff were very friendly. Reasonable price. Bathroom and room clean. Forgotten downtown but called and shuttle come down within 20 mins of time I was suppose to be picked up.
location is perfect to get get around on foot and perfect for just a leisurely walk. a couple of the staff are rude. over all great customer service.
Breakfast, attendants None
Your mgr Avery was sharp, receptive, and listened. She resolved a problem, and took the necessary actions to make me a return client. Kudos to her! The hotel needs a good handyman, and needs updating and better maintenance
Great location to downtown and 25. Rate was great for a night. Bed was super comfortable Facility is definitely dated..needs updating. Peeling paint, ripped carpet and broken doors seemed to be the norm. Second floor looked closed with tons of furniture stacked to the ceiling in the halls. Vending machines were broken.
The bed was good and the breakfast was good. The room was dirty and the shower had no water pressure. The room smelled like cigarette smoke really bad. Needs serious updating.
Heater was broken, we were given a space heater that stopped working halfway through the night. Hot water for a shower in the morning was comparable to taking a shower in the lake.
I needed a hotel and this place worked. Great bed, working shower, and the best fish tacos next door. The view from the front side overlooking the city is magnificent. No channel guide.
Ants n bed bugs
View and location. Looked shabby in outside and public areas.
Clean comfy bed. Great location, easily accessible from I-25. Warm breakfast was ok. Fairly quiet also. Floor so dirty I put towels down to walk on. Coffee maker didn't work. A thick wire stuck out of box spring.
Good location, quick trips to downtown Denver Bedbugs
A moderately priced hotel in a great location near downtown but not paying downtown prices. An uber downtown is like $8. Gas station/convenience store within 2 blocks. Perfect for travelers not needing a high end amenity stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. It's not the four seasons, but who cares? Honestly the only negative comment I can try and come up with bc kayak is asking me to is that the super 8 and Ramada are all connected. So it's a larger complex than one might think, meaning more 420 zombies than one might expect. Except they want cereal, not your blood. So, whatevs...
Just location Filthy...carpet, bathtub, tile, walls, and furniture.
We chose this because of it's proximity to the Pepsi Center, without realizing exactly where it was located. We were pleasantly surprised by how close and convenient it really was! And they offered free shuttle service from the hotel to the venue. However, the shuttle driver was extremely unprofessional, felt it was okay to curse like a truck driver when someone tried cutting her off. The bed and pillows were comfortable even though the room wasn't fancy. I would definitely stay here again when I need to come into town for a show. Check in was a little confusing since the Ramada and Super 8 share a front desk, which is inside of the Ramada, and the Super 8 is across the parking lot. Also there are multiple buildings and it was super unclear as to which one we should be going into, nothing is labeled behind the 2 main buildings. We tried going into the wrong room at first, even though it was the correct room number. Also, our front door didn't seem that solid. But overall I felt I was in a safe place and wasn't too worried about our safety or my car(they have parking lot surveillance cameras and signs). There were other cars there a lot nicer than mine, so I felt like that was a good sign as well.
The price was good, beds were clean and comfortable, heard very little noise from outside and neighbors, staff was friendly, and the location was within easy walking distance of downtown. Wonderful view and breakfast was really pretty good, enjoyed the waffles and scrambled eggs. The facility was pretty run down and needed a BUNCH of maintenance, tiles on the stairways were falling off. Carpets really needed a good steam clean in our room. Shower was good, but would have liked to take a bath one night, but there wasn't a tub plug. Asked for a plug at reception and twice of cleaning staff, was assured that it would be taken care of but after 3 nights, it never was. OH! And be aware that (at least in our room) the switch by the door turns the fridge off and on. Didn't figure that out until after we had food go bad.
The staff and location were great! The walls were a bit thin and I could hear our neighbors. Also, some sort of rattling in the air duct that was a bit annoying.
