Nice rooms, comfortable big beds, good price for location Not the most beautiful from the outside where we stayed. Came a day earlier than reservation and they were sold out. Parking $25 a night!
Ants in room, being charged for a 23 oz draft but only getting a 16 oz glass.
Pool; marina and waterway views; ability to extend checkout no problem. Difficulty with electronic door lock. Only on checkout was problem disclosed as a battery problem. I'll remember this next stay, should it happen again. Housekeeping supervisor contacted security right away to have battery changed.
Great hotel, great service. Our door balcony messed up on us and they moved us into a nicer room with a view to accommodate the inconvenience. Staff was nice and took great care of us. I would definitely go back again

Lobby was stylishly decorated. Staff was attentive. Room was well equipped, modern & clean. Check in/out was smooth.
Accommodations were great and all the shops and restaurants were close. $25 self parking per day. No complementary breakfast.

Great location, close to cruise ships and airport, free transport to airport Internet connection was very poor, timed out, slow, difficult to access.
Free airport shuttle, good free breakfast, right next to the cruise port entrance, taxi to pier was only $12 or you can take the hotel shuttle for $7 per person. Faster and cheaper to use a taxi for 2 or more people. Rooms are large and good quality. Expensive at some times of the year. Got it for $84 the last week of August but going again in January and the same room is $280!
Very important that compare to other Hotels, this was top 5 for me! Very Clean, Breakfast was include it and they had everything. Big Rooms, and it was close to anywhere. There was a mall outside that you could get the Trolley all around FTL.... ask for transportation. it's cheaper than a cap great Hotel, you should go If you order room service, you have to go get it yourself.
Everything from the service to amenities to the location were excellent for our family with two young children traveling back home from our cruise. The room was immense and clean. The included breakfast was above the standard fare. The ability for us to eat lunch at the hotel was an added bonus. Nothing

Carina accommodated myself, husband and our 3 yo when our flight was canceled at 10pm and booking.com booked our hotel for the wrong date. She was great and provided us with refreshments after hearing about our traveling troubles.
Sheets were not changed. Air quality was very poor. All a/c units in building need thorough cleaning. Breakfast needs more healthy options. Tv needs on demand and way faster channel surfing. Any type of utensil would have been great in room as well.

I loved the clean, crisp look of the decor and tile flooring. The bathroom and bedding were basic but clean and bright. It was in a prime location and walking distance to many retail and, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. We were leaving for a cruise and the port everglades area is just a mile away. For the price it was an excellent place and the staff was friendly, but were a little strict about people smoking by their vehicles on the street. They also had a closed off courtyard/patio around back that had chairs, picnic tables and flowers to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. Definitely recommend. Staff were friendly but seemed strict in my opinion to tell someone they cant stand by their own vehicle to smoke.
To start with, this is not a Sheraton Property. They are in the process of trying to become a Sheraton hotel, but do not have any of the amenities open one would expect from a Four Points hotel. If there is more than 4 people in the lobby trying to check in it is very uncomfortable as the lobby is very very small. Also, first thing in the morning, without knocking or any sort of announcing themselves, housekeeping just walked right into the room. Had we not been expecting a Four Points hotel, this would have been fine for a 1 night stay, but it is absolutely not as advertised.
The customer service was very inconsistent. There was a lady at the front desk that was awesome and nice and very helpful. There was a man at the front desk that was very rude and did not have a lot of information, There were two housekeeping people I interacted with. One was super nice but very loud and in your face. A little offputting for me but others may appreciate this. The other lady was extremely rude. I was a late for checkout and she knocked on my door and in a grumpy tone asked me "ARE YOU LEAVING YET?"
The staff was great; very accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. We had a room with 1 bed but had a fold out sofa bed-however we did not need the extra bed. It is close to the highway and off a Main Street which made it easy to get places. The continental breakfast was good; they offered eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, juices, milk, tea and coffee. The TV only had a few channels that worked- very basic television offered. Breakfast room was small and always full so it made space to eat very cramped and most of he time none at all. We were very lucky our room was a couple doors down so we got our food and ate it in our room. If we wanted some more or something else, we just went and got it and brought it back to our room.
No one available at front desk for Check in for 20 minutes when we arrived. No hot water in the morning. Freezing cold showers. Rude staff and bad service. Very poor quality for the expensive price.
The location was great to get around. You could also walk to a variety of restaurants. No service! Very limited breakfast. Rarely enough coffee.
Very old and felt dirty. Shower hadn't been cleaned and walls seemed to have no insulation. We could hear everyone around us.
I liked the staff and the location Free hotel shuttle to and from the hotel and cruise port which was on time It needs to extent it's waiting area and separate the breakfast from that area too It gets really crowed and this seems real ackward in that area
