My stay at Bali
Location is good near everything everything is convenience I love the location
Was a very noisy people keep open the door and closing the door and someone keep knocking my door at 4 o'clock in the morning I don't know what is going on with the guy when I went to the door the guy just apologized to me

The location was good. There was a Starbucks downstairs. The pool was nice.
First the staff couldn't find my reservation and made me wait and hour in the lobby. then the wifi didn't work the whole trip. The walls were paper thin. The room showed significant wear and tear. The drinks were expensive and watered down. If I could do it again i'd pay a few extra bucks to go somewhere nicer. This hotel is just for australian children looking to party.

The hotel was clean and comfortable for the most part. The room had the AC going and was nice and cool when we first stepped in. Security for the hotel were friendly and nice.
We were only given one keycard so if one of us wanted to leave it was near impossible for the second one to stay. The towel rack in the bathroom broke down the first 30 minutes of getting into the room. When I called the front desk to confirm I wasn't going to be charged for the damage that had nothing to do with me, they refused to admit it wasn't my doing and simply stated they would send someone do to check it out. It took 2 days and me calling and going to the front desk 3 desperate times to finally get someone to come down to take a look at eh damage. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. Basically, the front desk was completely unhelpful. Also located in a really touristy area. You can't step two seconds outside without having some chase after you to buy their Products/ use their cab service. So annoying.
