Big room (even for a triple), effective air-con, comfortable beds, good quality furniture & fittings, very clean, seemed well cared for. Also excellent breakfast, welcoming reception staff
area immediately outside the hotel appeared a little run-down - but that's Lisbon for you ! Occasionally, some odd (fishy) smells in lift and corridors.

Great price, location, amenities. I booked it for a conference when others stayed at the conference hotels. They paid 2-3 times as much, plus internet, plus breakfast. Turim Liboa is clean, comfortable and has a great staff. If you are looking for something comparable to a $300 usd a night hotel you will be disappointed, but if you want an excellent place to stay for the price this is it. Located on two metro lines, out of busy area, great public transportation, close to shopping and Gulbekian Museum. Zoo, restaurant district, downtown, etc are minutes away by bus or subway.
The front desk, while friendly and fluent in at least three languages, had no recommendations on dinner etc. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, so restaurants/bars do shut down early and it was tricky to find something open in walking distance after 10-11pm. a minor inconvenience.
