Excellent staff, super clean room, amazing shower, I was completely satisfied. Didn't stay long enough to try the restaurant but it looked good ;)
The hotel is centrally located and very clean
Perfect coffe in the bar, good staff, quite modern, good location and amaizing terrace Quite small and poor room
When I checked in with my passport the girl realized it was my birthday and she congratulated me and also when I arrived to my room later I found chocolates in my door, and I thought it was a nice gesture. no
The poaition is great The room was small and the toilet smells
Location: metro outside hotel, and convenient for museums, gardens and parks. Quiet and clean room; fridge. Air conditioning was a little confusing, and not very effective. Price of breakfast (though this was reduced if you pre-ordered).
Accesibility. It was a step away from the Metro, and very close to shopping and restaurants that were pretty reasonable compared to Gran Via.
Location of the hotel was good for a day in Madrid. The room was clean. The only negitive was the safe wouldn't work.
service: breakfast till 11.00 no water cooker; much bed, less room; airco out when absent.
The staff were friendly and efficient. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Ours was just an overnight stay as we were catching a flight the next day. We were upgraded to a premium room which was really nice, however on entering the room you could smell it was a smoking room which we didnt want but within minutes at reception they changed our room without a problem and we still got a premium room! I needed to print something off for business which was done for me without any problem but I thought 15cents a page a bit steep pricewise, other than that, perfect!
The hotel staff were excellent very helpful and always had time to chat and answer any questions. They were redecorating the bar so if we wanted a drink they had to bring it out in reception
location was great ideal for sight seeing easy to get to from aerport metro station right outside the door (Anton Martin) stop . Lots to done an see magic city
Excel location on a main street, good crew attention, close to metro station well, rooms are small but it happens all around Europe
Personable Service and a very quiet room in a convenient location!!! Nothing. It was perfect!
This hotel is absolutely lovely. When you book online, you are never positive what the hotel will actually be like when you arrive. We stayed in one of the attic rooms and it was very charming and lovely. Staff was INCREDIBLE!! Highly recommend to all No!
Friendly front desk service, modern rooms, good location.
perfect location, kind staff, clean room and bathroom. it is great to have a kitchen as well! good value for money
Closeness to the metro station The rooms and toilets were very clean, but not sure about bed sheets.
This is a fantastic location - the hotel is right opposite the Tirso de Molina metro stop. Everything was within an easy 10-15min walk: the Reina Sofia & the del Prado, La Latina/Lapines & Los Austrias/Sol. The location meant that it was generally easy to pop back to the hotel during the day. The host speaks English, the room was nice and big and clean, beds were comfortable, and our towels were changed every other day. We also had a safe and fridge in our room and a fairly decent hairdryer. There's also a supermarket just across the plaza and a kitchen at the hotel that you can use. We were there for four nights and I would stay here again. The facade of the hotel is a little run down, so from the outside it looks a little dodgy.
The hotel is centrally located, many interesting sites are within walking distance. Also the metro stop is conveniently located accross the street. The staff spoke excellent English and was very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay here. A minor problem may be that at night people on Tirso Plaza may be a bit noisy. We didn't think this was a problem.
The guy running the place was friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to everything and had a but of edge to it too. It was great there was a small kitchen (no stove, fridge and microwave) which I didn't know about. The place was dark and arriving at night it was hard to find my way in to the actual hostel... I had heavy luggage and the lift is odd dropping you between floors ... not a place recommended for people with limited mobility
Staff friendly, warm, PCs and wifi and common room. Electronic doors and lockers The dorm size was riduculous 3 bunks in room suitable for 3 single beds ... you had no space to change clothes had to turn sideways to change between bunks. Hence I did not stay the 2nd night
