Excellent service, great people working there. The food was good. Rooms were so nice! Its close to everything. I was there on a girl-trip so it was close to all the nightclubs and everything :)
The rooms are ok The staff is rude. The breakfast is very medíocre, I Advise you to eat nothing other than bread or you'll Be sick. The pool is minimal and only Gets sunlight for a couple hours. I could not sleep as the noise is terrible... When you consider stAying here : don't! Go across the street To sofitel, a real 5 star abd cheaper
Traditional style, roses everywhere.. Almost no internet. Very slow, and very difficult to conect. Noise from the street.
Excellent location to visit the Medina (15mins walk) or easily pick up a cab. Quieter area and very close to modern/ chic bars and restaurants, casino and clubs. Room was clean, spacious and a really nice place to chill out. Decent bed and bathroom facilities. View of Atlas Mountains from 4th floor South-facing window was a bonus. Free Wi-Fi in hotel. Helpful reception staff. Nice spa area. Excellent massage. Good buffet breakfast - quality and variety and available till 10.30am! One of the best hotel experiences I have had. Would definitely stay in the area again and no reason not to stay at the Hivernage again too - not a real 5* but then neither was the price we paid. Having no outdoor space that receives sun was a big miss but the shaded outdoor pool area is still nice. It could be noisy in the bedroom from what sounded like waste water and lift noise but this was not a big problem and certainly not at night. Slow check in - often under-staffed reception during our stay but this did not make too much of an impact to be fair. Restaurant service was variable - arriving after 9am meant that tables were mostly unset or partly-set and getting that fixed was harder than you would hope! Unusual that you have to request the jacuzzi jets to be turned on in the indoor pool. The heavy water pipe/massager water fountains in pool did not work. Expensive massage/ treatments.
not enough elevators
Good location, although the Hivernage district itself is pretty soulless. Luckily the hotel is close to the medina, but not inside it. The food was lovely (breakfast and room service). Very friendly and helpful staff, gave good advice. Professional spa staff, had an excellent massage. Noisy security guards at the back of the hotel woke me up every morning at 7AM. The pool was freezing. The hamam was just one steam room only, the rest of the spa consisted of one rest room and a few treatment rooms.
The breakfast was amazing, rich will all kinds of food and open until 10:30. The hammam was nice too, after the long days of walking. The staff was very nice & the hotel is located next to many restaurants and nightclubs, so no need to take a taxi after. The pool was very nice, but was always in the shade and also even though it's a 5 star hotel, it's nothing compared to the Sofitel located just minutes away.
We were moved to another hotel for the first night as they did not have a room for us
The location is very convenient, as it is close both to Medina and the New City. It is a perfect place to stay for those who are not ready yet to live in a riad, but want to explore the old medina. We asked for a quite room on the upper floor and got what we wanted. WiFi is fast, breakfast is delicious. There is a short drive from the hotel both to the railway station and the airport.
Nice gardens and excellent room service and cleanliness. Excessive prices for certain services (restaurant, mini-bar, etc.)
Nice staff and lovely location Old building . Rooms need completely renovation but it's okay
The garden and the swimming pool are very nice and excellently maintained The rooms should be refurbished, especially taking into account the price charged by the hotel. They do not correspond the usual Meridien status
Friendly staff - information Concinerge but the hotel is now in need of renovaion of which the painting and some of the upgrades (disturbed for three afternoons) started whilst we were there Manager told us that no work was being undertaken however three members of his staff were banging in the room next door - he then agreed that some light work was being carried out and offered us champagne - we dont drink and just wanted some peace and quiet
Practical distance away from Madina. Drinks in bar and food in restaraunt costly.
Location and room (we were given a free upgrade) Can of coke was £2!! Also as well as the City Tax the hotel also put there own tax on top of the bill at £1.50 per day.
The Pool Staff not very friendly. No poolside service. The first room we were put into smelled of smoke. They did change our room over, however, this one still had a faint smell of smoke in it as well. Had to ask 2 times for toilet paper. Just not on the ball for a big hotel chain.
i liked the garden and the location of the hotel i didn't like the room, the beds are unconfortable and the rooms quiet old, the bar terrasse is too small
It is clean and the staff are knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location is convenient for hop on hop off. Very close to Jemaa Al Fin where tourists visit and shop. We felt safe at the hotel. In a place like Morocco, safety should be a paramount concern. In comparison to Ibis Hotel at Casablanca, where we also stayed and where staff takes advantage of tourists instead of helping them, Suitehotel Marrakech is a haven. Nothing.
The Hotel is excellent value for money. Very clean and well equipped. The breakfast has a brilliant selection. I would recommend this hotel as a good base in Marrakech.
very well located hotel. Clean room and good breakfast. Free parking is nive for visitors coming to Marrakech by car. Family suit too small. Poor Internet connection.
Fantastic staff that were helpful and efficient! Wonderful facility! None
Good friendly staff, location,& rooms Breakfast in the morning not cooked in the hotel, everyyhing come in packed, cold buffet, no hotbreakfast, idid not like this if they had inhouse kitchen wouldhave been good
Location excellent, close to centre, good cafes, restaurants and other hotels very close by. Room clean and modern. Free wifi and films was bonus Breakfast limited, reception staff sometimes not the most helpful, no trips, city maps or foreign exchange but available at nearby hotels especially sofitel which is part of the same accor group.
good location, nice view from room, space in the room the receptionist: minimum services and minimum kindness, no map from the city, no information about restaurants whikle very close to the hotel, they were excellent choices, not very pleasant, free movies on TV not working during 2 days,
The location of the hotel and the mini kitchen was very good. No information about Marrakesh and the staff gave conflicitng information.
The desk staff immediately found interconnecting suites for our family, although our online booking had not been received by them. Breakfast timing until 11 am was very good. The rooms were very comfortable and our teenagers enjoyed the 'suitebox'. The location was great, within walking distance of both old and new Marrakech, and good restaurants nearby. The open-top sightseeing bus stopped outside and it was easy to get a taxi to the airport on leaving. There was no noise, however, and although we did not avail of the swimming pool due to the weather the pool area looked very pleasant. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Web site showing 4stars hotel, it was a 3 stars hotel only!!! Breakfast my god Horrible
good breakfast room is basic and toilet very small ,television very old,
everything was excellent
Its grounds and pool area and its position near to the Medina and rooms Service was a bit erratic in the bars and restaurant
friendly staff and great breakfast! We had difficulty alternating between the bath and shower taps, i.e. the 'button' was not easy to operate - took nearly 10 minutes. also, we were not given any info about breakfast when we checked in, and had to call reception.
We found many members of staff extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities were excellent, but I feel if you are staying in such a hotel the spa should be accessible without additional cost. The breakfast was copious and delicious, with friendly helpful staff who served coffee and tea in record time. The pool area was well organised, and the pool temperature, though quite "fresh" was perfect. One or two more senior staff members were impolite in the extreme. This I had been warned about and was disappointed that it still existed, because it undermines the enormous effort made by the rest of the very endearing employees. However one has to imagine that all the guests are not perfect "angels" either!!!
Great location though 800m from the medina may be generous. Best thing was the pool with stunning giant beds to sunbathe and lounge on. Nice clean rooms. Rather pricey hotel prices. €5+ for half a pint and the first (and only) night I had room service I found out the sandwiches were around €25. We went in November which is not busy yet it still wasn’t easy to get served by the pool despite there being more staff than guests. I was annoyed they charged for certain things in the gym, when you are staying at a (not cheap) 5* I don’t expect silly add-ons like that.
Very comfortable hotel and nice place for relaxing and chilling out The staff at the terrace bar where they only serve drinks were a bit slow
Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful, excellent breakfast, very good room service with amazing presentation. Good location, secure, relaxing. Not many people can speak english, mostly french and arabic. The beds were quite hard and the swimming pool was very shallow.
The swimming pool area, spa, really comfortable beds and location. The service (with the exception of housekeeping, the spa and some of the staff at the swimming pool restaurant) was awful. There were a lot of staff, but most did very little. There was little, if no service, around the pool area, the bar staff were terrible (they practically ignored you), and the reception staff were arrogant. The prices of food and drinks were ridiculous, especially given the poor service. As a result we kept orders in the hotel down to the staff. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels, and to be honest I could run this one better than the existing management, despite having no hospitality management experience.
I was very impressed with the Junior Suite, the public sections of the hotel, the swimming pool and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is also idealy situated .
Personnel cater for every need. They are efficient, extremely helpful and friendly and it is a dream location. "Big is better!"
lovely gardens and swimming pool. staff were useless. food was poor. very expensive for drinks, food, spa etc.
The simpathy of the staff, the comfort and the fabulous scent At The hall and the heated pool Noyhing!
Our complaint about the room was dealt with a free upgrade.Staff are very obliging.Common parts were fine and pool areas very nice. Good Spa. The rooms are very old fashioned. Air conditioning was turned off at the mains despite the very hot weather which made it stuffy and uncomfortable. A hotel in need of investment. The main restaurant (Oranger) lacked professionalism, exemplified by the fact that having been given the wine list, they did not have in stock the first two bottles that we ordered and the 3rd bottle of white wine arrived near the end of our meal at room temperature.
Hotel Staff high skilled, room size, cleanliness of the room & bathroom, confort beds, food, relaxing facility There is no handy shower in the toilet, TV's are old not LCD & No DVD, Satelite stations are few
Nicely decorated clean rooms. Good location. Nice swimming pool. Greatly over priced food and drinks. Ongoing maintenance/construction around the pool.
the hotel was stunning, decor, art , facilities and the people very helpful and pleasent. it has exceeded my expections. I was expecting to pay in euro as the price quoted, however the bill came in local currency and that worked out to be a bit dearer . I was disappointed this was not pointed out earlier .
The staff were very courteous and always extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, particularly the croissants, morrocan flat pastry bread and crepes. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good, particularly the harira and veal targine.
The pool are was o.k, room reasonable and location reasonable The staff were not 5*, I asked for shower gel 3 times and still received none, reported no hot water for 2 days during my stay and a repair man appeared but nothing was done, therefore we were unable to shower for 3 days. Staff competant in English when we arrived and wanted to sell us a trip but when we complained they wer unable to understand English
I thought it was one of the One and Only Group. It wasn't!! (My mistake) It was very dark in all of the public area's, no tea and coffee or in the room and empty mini bar, slow room service and coffee and food was cold
The lobby is amazing big and there is more space than needed which is very good. The pool is huge and the pool area a perfect escape from the hectic life outside the hotel wall. You really need a "normal" world in Marrakech where you can relax... the hotel is also next to the Medina and you only need 10-15 min walk to the big square (food market), and you are right next to the new modern downtown. Service could have been better for a "deluxe" hotel. First of all we had got a confirmation for pick-up service at arrival at the airport - nobody there! It sucks! Then you have to fight with the taxi drivers and pay rip off prices to get to your hotel on your own. We never got compensation for their failur!
Fantastic hotel, best location in Marrakesh right outside the Medina and close to the new center.
The breakfast was excellent, the hotel from outside and inside is excellent but the rooms were ok. Toilet not working properly
This time I stayed in Essaadi hotel, not the palace, for four night in March and i found it very good as always because i satay in this hotel when ever i visit Marrackech but i also stay in other hotels in the city. The location of Essaadi is very good if you do not like isolation from the city actions. The best in Essaadi, in my opinion, is the walk path that connect the hotel to the palace its more than 700 m long full of varieties of citrus, palm, olive, pomegranate trees. I usually take a walk on the path, in the morning before breakfast where the smell of orange blossom fill the srrounding. Breakfast improved a lot with many varieties and good preparation. Staff were very friendly and happy to help but need appreciation. Restaurant , i tried grilled seabass For dinner and it was very good but slow service though. I found The pool was heated to 26 degrees although i did not use. Room was always cleaned and prepared well and when i asked for some roses in a vase it was put in my room without extra cost. A basket of fruit was in the room when i checked in. The hotel was happy to keep my luggage for couple of days when i travelled away from the city. The new manager is always walking around and talking to the guests. Its good value for money as four star hotel, and i would look forward to stay in this hotel in near future. Wifi is little slow, rug in the room looks old. No tea or coffee machine in room, apparenty in my recent travel this service is no longer availble in hotel in Marrakech.
Close to the main attractions of the city. Quite and nice staff always happy to help.
Services are excellent and staff are so friendly SPA staff are not too profisional
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Semiramus, but an hour after checking out, I realized I'd left my wedding ring in the bathroom of our room. We went back and spoke to the staff and then talked to the housekeeper crew. They said they never saw it. My wife and I are 100% sure it was in a glass by the bathroom sink. I told the housekeepers that the ring is not valuable and only really ha sentimental value. I offered to pay them a good bit more than the $40 ring is worth. But they continued to say they hadn't seen it. We were distraught about it.
the swimming pool area is great. The restaurants are very expensive. The food is not great. During the breakfast we could see birds going in the pastry baskets and directly eat from it. Staff would see that but would not react. Au bar de la piscine, le serveur avait beaucoup de difficultés a nous rendre notre monnaie. Il fallait toujours reclamer car il nous disait d'aller nous installer au bord de la piscine, et ne repassait pas pour rendre la monnaie.
Hotel room is large and confortable. It is far from city centre, and you surely must take a taxi to get there. The breakfast could be better.
Pool area was very good Breakfast selection was limited
Big hotel large loppy and garden Need renovation
Great, clean swimming pool. It was a three star impression throughout.Got ripped off by the reception, they doubled taxi fair to the airport. If we got the same taxi from their own taxi rank outside hotel it would have been 100 Rihad. We paid 200 out of which 100 prob went to the reception staff. Genuinly nice driver embarassed and confused....
Nothing Everything , front desk wasnt good at all no customer service
It was good but not 5 star, hotel was massive but rooms ere very backdated but spacious. no one knew how to speak english.
The room is large, got wifi in the whole hotel, hair dryer, got a basket of fruits on the first day. The breakfast was a buffet and the food was OK. There are a lot of room where you can take a rest. The location in booking.com is wrong, the hotel is located in semlalia in the north. The Air conditioning doesn't work well. the room service does not check if there are people in the room before entering. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center.
Most of teh staff were friendly. I would nott class it a Five Star hotel despite how it ha sbeen advertised on their website. If you are looking for a clean budget hotel this is fine howver i fyou ar elooking for a five star hotel with all the emanities this would not be it. There were additional charges for using the Gym and room safe which you would expect to be included in the price
We thought the food was very good We thought the room was too dark
Perfect base for visiting centre of Marrakesh. Good breakfast. Management staff in restaurant friendly Evening meal poor. Most of the staff are unfriendly and it all seems too much of an effort
Friendly staff Cigarette smoke present on all floors, facility condition lack renovation/upkeep
The beds were pretty comfy. Granted I was extremely tired from a very full day so I passed out quickly. And the bottled water was pretty cheap 25dhs. Close to the airport 5-10 min drive. DONT let the airport taxis try to charge you 200dhs!!! I fell for it because when I landed I wasn't sure if you could bargain with the taxis but you can. Them making you pay this much is one of the biggest scams. It should be around 50dhs. Firstly, weeks before my arrival I tried many times to get in contact with the hotel about their airport pick up service since I had selected it. I tried once a week for 4 weeks to tell them yet again I wanted it and my flight time. Not once did I ever get a reply. And when I arrived they were nowhere to be found. Their wifi was awful downstairs. Couldn't enjoy talking to my parents down by the pool when I've been gone for so long. Had to go upstairs to my room which was ok since the ac worked well just wish I had been able to be at the pool. When headed to the Medina the man behind the front desk gave really bad instructions that were not correct. Along the way I had to ask several locals who ended up getting me to the right spot - the hotel doesn't provide maps. When checking out a different man working the front desk demanded I owed 60+dhs for "other fees" with the hotel. I asked him to show me where and he couldn't find where. I showed him my receipt from Kayak that I owed 0 and he said I still did and I couldn't leave. Not sure if this was a scam but it ticked me off because if this was true, it wasn't not brought to my attention on Kayak nor when I checked in. I still have a weird feeling since he wasn't able to show me. When I asked the same man what the price was for the bus from Marrakech to Merzouga he kept insisting there wasn't such bus when I knew for a fact there was. He then gave me "directions" on how to walk to the bus station since I didn't want to take yet another scamming taxi. The directions he gave went in the complete opposite way when I double checked on Google Maps before exiting- since the other guys directions were off. Not happy with the staff at all.
friendly staff comfortable hotel
nothing special very bad reception service, we checked out 2 days earlier and they try to charge us until the end of the vacation without any reason nor written hotel rules (they told us that they have no written rules on the hotel policies), but after calling booking, booking resolved the issue, it took time but not because of booking, but because of the receptionists of the hotel took ages to get the fax and to give us the invoice of the check out. thanks Booking.com. Another issue is that on Friday and Saturday there is a club at the ground floor of the hotel and you can hear the musing and the woofer until they close the club (we were at the 4th floor). Breakfast nothing special. Concierge not giving detailed info.
The room was quite spacious, a triple room with two separated rooms.Nice staff. Good location. Buffet breakfast reasonable It is is 3 star hotel. The hotel lacked some maintenance. The room was not ready when we arrive at 3 p.m.
Staff were friendly and pleasant. Gardens and pool area are well maintained. Room was clean. The hotel is of a pleasant design It wasn't clear that you have to make diect contact with the hotel in order to benefit from the free transfer from the airport (rather than just noting this on the booking form). So we paid for a taxi. The hotel is generally slightly run down and I the buffet meal in the evening very disappointing.
Once cheked in everyone was friendly and tried to assist. Very clean and quiet. Check in took a very long time. (over 30 minutes to be attended to)- a bad way to start
Hidden additional fees that you must pay at the hotel
Poor breakfast - bread, pastries with jam and butter, however there was a lady preparing fresh yummy pancakes in the morning :) Towels in the bathroom were quite old and washed out, do not expect any european 4stars, rather 2-3.
Too many staff walking around doing nothing.lazy. no customer service.
Stayed with my Mum for a week and had a wonderful time. The hotel is a bit of a faded beauty, but we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The room had 2 double beds and the balcony with view over the pool was great. Super white clean sheets and towels. The swimming pool is superb, huge, very clean, loads of comfy sun loungers and huge parasols. Breakfast had a decent selection. The spa is lovely inside and the gym has new equipment. Small shop to buy water 5 mins walk. You can walk into town but it was so hot we took a taxi, never paying more than 30 dirhams, sometimes a caleche home for 40. The soft furnishings (curtians, carpets etc) are a little tired but it didn't detract from the comfort of the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel but the taxi drivers outside are very cheeky, they can be a bit aggressive, will tell you that where you want to go is closed and suggest somewhere else (usually a shop) and try and charge you a fortune. Just be calm and repeat yourself till they "remember" it is open, we never paid more than 30 dh for any journey.
Nice food, very clean, location wasnt to bad, round 5 minutes in a taxi from to souks, located in nice clean area of Marakech..!!! Yea the staff were poor, havint got much english and not very helpful also there was this taxi driver who hangs round the hotel, trys to be friendly with you but wont take you to the place you asked him to and then rips you off...!!!!
Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. They dealt with any problems swiftly. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast time was from 6.00 - 10.30 which was great as it allowed flexibility for us to either have an early start or to have a lie in. It was a bit noisy as the hotel is on a very busy main road. Some guests were noisy returning from nights out but this was dealt with when brought to the attention of Reception. It was also a bit noisy at the pool when some guests got a bit boisterous and there were no hotel staff around.
People are friendly but the management is terrible! When I checked in it was several items missing, or not working in the room starting from missing light,tv has 3 local Chanels the rest of Chanel's no signal,& heat,( set as AC) only,to the hot water in the shower on & off beside a broken fridge that takes them three days to be fixed! The only reason why I stayed is I was not staying I used the room just to sleep!!! The day I checked in was at 1am! Which is Tuesday, since then I usually stay from 1 to 9 or 10 am & I leave!
The view was amazing , the location was near to every thing ( supermarket, train station, restaurants ) I like the spa and the girls there was so nice Breakfast was poor , swimmin pool is bad , parking is to small to get in or out , and reception guy was rude has no respect for a certain clientele , Internet sucks
The facilities were great...the room was super comfy and the pools were awesome.. The food was so expensive wasn't worth eating in especially breakfast was like 25 bucks a person..even after booking breakfast included with my reservation they told my mom she had to pay..Also apparently there was a high profile guest, some Saudi prince I suppose there and they diverted all the air-conditioning to his rooms...which is messed up...and not fair. I don't care if he's a prince were all humans and guests at the hotel...air conditioning should be for everyone!! Especially in a desert city! But other than that..the staff were supper attentive and professional.
Good location, plenty of space, nice lobby and smart swimming pool. The room was OK too. Got stuck in the lift for half an hour (with a broken leg) and ended up crawling up 3 flights of stairs before finding out they were the wrong stairs. The staff helped straight away but it was not an enjoyable experience. Everything is a bit old and outdated.
Location of Hotel After checking in a porter pointed us in the direction of our rooms which were on the other side of the complex and left us to find our own way!
they offer good breakfast in a poorly ventilated dining room with no aircondiioning in spite of the very hot climate during my stay airconditioning is very inefficient and one will feel quite unconfortable in the room
The pool area was okay Poor finish. Mould in the bathroom. Down at heel. Barely a two star. Seriously misrepresented as a five star.
The hotel is really poor. It is a two stars. My experience: room smelling bad, bathroom finitures poor, noise from a air whirpool you cannot switch off, no computers to connect to internet. I have been to another Kenzi, and I found the same poor level, I would never suggest a Kenzi Hotel.
Good breakfast. Staff.
Its garden with century old trrees and a lot of birds, peaceful. The hotel is a bit far to walk to the big Place in Medina, especially at night. The hotel is under renovation all the time, electric drilling on top of my room. Lift sometimes do not work. My table at breakfast was often taken by other people, once twice in one morning, even I have put my room card/ written a note/reminded the waiter. Hopeless. Have to stand in a long line holding a plate to wait for omelette and Crepe, sometimes upto half an hour, like a refugee camp or in Olivier Twist ? Given dirty and used paper napins. Stale milk even after asked to change. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. 3-4 star only.
It was a 4 star hotel indeed. Very beautiful surroundings and good value for the money/ No
cleanliness, out of town location, gardens prices of beverages/drinks,far too expensive
The swimming pool, location and price Very dated, needs a refurbishment. More three star than five.Porters over eager, vertualy wrestling even hand luggage from you!
The concierge was very helpful. The room was clean and the beds confortable. The breakfast was adequate. Staff members were always hassling you for tips and wanted you to pay in cash instead of charging things to the room. He kids playground was not well maintained.
There was pretty good service, and everyonoe was nice they didn't speak english
Room was good Food presentation. Attitude of some staff less than helpful.
Great pool and pool attendant who relaly looked after everyone Brakfast finished too early
liked the hotel because it was situated in a quiet location removed form the hustle of the medina
the garden is very nice expensive SPA
This is a 4 star tourist group hotel with a great swimming pool, excellent location, and the rooms were well presented and clean. The reception staff were all very helpful during the stay. The hotel could stand to renovate the hallways with new carpets as they look a bit worn out. Also the housekeeping staff had a habit of knocking once and then just barging into the room so if you had not double locked the door then it could be a bit embarrassing.
location drinks and food far too expensive. tv did not work when we arrived.
This is in ideal place for a family. There is a nice swimming pool for adults and for chilren. There also is a nice garden for the kids to play. The hotel is well located, closed to the city centre. Very pleasant staff. The lunch buffet is pretty expensive and no prices are written anyway. Food is not very nice except for the breakfast.
breakfast Like a second hand book contents there but worn at the edges.
Clean, conveniently located and very modern. Unless you speak French it was very difficult to communicate when wanting to order food ect.
the staff and management were very friendly and accomadating. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with mint tea, and was shown quickly to my room. The checkin process being very fast. The room was well presented and cleaned to a high standard. I was even quite surprised that my clothes were neatly folded and put away. The breakfast's were sumptious but get their early! I ate once in the restuarant which lets this hotel down. The different menus had a good choice, food well presented and tasty. The restuarant is overrun with waiting staff, not sure who is in charge there....and the waiting staff are not as attentive as they should be. This can be easily rectified by ensuring staff are trained to a high level - the so called restuarant manage needs to be more internation - defintely speaking english
The hotel is great to get away to after a day sightseeing, its a good location being only about a 20 min walk to the main square, and right on the tourist bus route! Sky bar is awesome with great views of city and mountains, also brasserie bar had nice food and a great 'happy hour' between 6pm and 8pm, otherwise a little expensive for drinks The beds I found were very hard and uncomfortable, also my room was very noisy we were on the first floor, it did state the room had sound proof windows but if it did they did not work in my room. Also could hear the room above walking around.
staff were lovely, rooms were very nice, food was excellent I am glad we had a room on the top floor as it is quite noisy outside
loved the buffet breakfast and the pool terrace area, the free internet in the room was good.
Well placed and well run design hotel in the hart of town. Friendly and professional staff throughout.
