Close to the town center. The hotel is beautiful. Brekfeast correct. Ac and tv in the room.
The hotel is adorable, and right in the center of Merida's historic district. The staff is amazing, they are super-friendly, they answered all of our questions, had wonderful suggestions, made us feel welcome and perfectly tended to!
Layout of the room. Only hotel that did not provide bottled water in the room. Had to purchase from reception.
The hotel is just 8 to 10 minutes away frm the Zocalo. It is very clean and the hotel staff are very helpful. It was the only hotel where all staff spoke English. The went out of their way to help me book two excursions. Besides offering free wifi they also have a computer which you can use for free. Breakfast was healthy. Recommended hotel.
Location not too far from centre, personel very helpful, Nice interior Breakfast, our room was close to street hence noisy
quiet area of town near major attraction of Merdia. Plenty of street parking near hotel. Friendly staff. Charged higher rate for using credit card rather than cash payment. This was to owner's way of passing on Visa/MC fee to customer. This should have been explained in review of hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful, not perfect English but you could get by. Breakfast was lacking unfortunately.
Staff were all bilingual and very polite and helpful. The location was good, close to the centre of Merida. Hotel is good value for its type. Guests can use the kitchen facilities until 9 pm to prepare meals, which is good when on a budget. Breakfast was a basic continental style which was fine, but options declined towards the end of our stay (4 nights) - e.g. no fruit or pastries on last day, but was still adequate despite this.
This hotel is the best we stayed at in all Mexico for a couple of reasons. The staff were forever helpful, friendly and spoke very good english also the hotel itself is beautiful and kept very clean. It is also very close to Centro and Paseo de Montejo.
The staff was very friendly and was able to communicate in English. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had lots of hot water. The hotel was centrally located to the main part of the city. The staircase to the second floor was narrow and difficult to navigate with bags.
the staff was extremely helpful
