Would you like to save as your currency permanently or for this visit only?
It is physically connected to the airport (Terminal 1) by a short walkway which makes it very convenient for an otherwise chaotic Mexico City airport No coffee maker in the room which would have been a small addition. Also, not related to the hotel but rather the airport: this hotel is only connected to Terminal 1 but all Aeromexico/Delta flights operate out of Terminal 2 which is something like 3 miles away. There is an "AirTrain" connecting the terminals but it was not functioning. This forced me to take what is, basically, a public bus between the terminals which would be fine with the exception that they, literally, charge you MX $14 pesos to take you there and I did not have them in local currency. BIG HASSLE and completely unjustified. Shame on the airport administrators!!!!
Beds are too small for a couple
Overall, the hotel was clean, easy to get to, and staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Our room had a comfortable space for us to sleep and shower the next day. Our room was provided with a bucket for ice, however, I was unable to find an ice machine on my floor.
The location is the main reason we always return to the Camino Real. It is at the airport, so there is no need for taxis nor any worry about traffic.
Not as expensive as the other 2 hotels directly connected to the airport, easy access, quick check-in. The hotel itself looks and feels dated, however this is absolutely secondary
Having stayed in this hotel a number of times before (mostly because of its convenient location) by and large the hotel exceeded my expectations. It has been recently renovated, and the result is very good. My room was impeccable and in excellent condition, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom amenities well above average. The only thing I don't like is the lack of free Wi-Fi and the price of food in the La Huerta Cafe.
access to airport terminal is great, no cab needed. You just walk across a bridge so it makes it easy to get in and easy to get out.
A great location if you have an early departure! Location!
Only Closed to Airport Horrible Service, Very unfriendly Staff, very poor trained Personnel, very poor value for money charged !!! Definitely not recommended for any stay if there are other options!!!
Well located for an airport overnight. Helpful, friendly staff. The room had a slight smell of mildew and the windows do not open. We turned off our A/C unit which seemed to help. It's the kind of place where drivers and bellhops are eager to take your bags from you and carry them short distances for you. I didn't have any cash on me and there were three times just on our arrival and check-in where I felt I should have tipped someone.
Beds were comfortable, shower hot, doormen and luggage guys very nice. Location very convenient to airport. Very disappointed daughter when found out pool was closed for maintenance....also ridiculous that a "nice" hotel charges extra for internet and refrigerator is locked up tight unless you call for a key. (When i mentioned the pool to the desk staff at least they gave us "free" internet access. ) The hotel restaurants were crazy expensive- a $20 personal pizza? Not even a continental breakfast nor coffee included with room. I thought the name Camino Real guaranteed a certain quality or luxury, but not so impressed.
Price was spot on. Breakfast for every budget. Great staff very friendly. I would stay here again.
Hotel is in a great location adjacent to walking trails in park and nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. Hotel is modern, beautifully appointed and very spacious. Rooms are scpacious as well and modernly appointed, very comfortable. Hotel has several axcellent restaurants, shops and services. It is a complete hotel with all the amenities required of the business or leisure t raveller.
the public areas of the hotel The rooms are terribly old and in need of renovation. I will not stay at his hotel until this happens.
I have stayed there several times throughout the years and will definitely come back. Magnificent arquitecture of Legorreta
Outstanding Architecture Excellent staff and service Poor maintenance, specially on rooms / bathrooms Internet service not free anywhere in the hotel and not working properly Poor amenities in the room
exellant service. good location near the park and all the important musiums. very comftuble and big room.excelent business lounge.very good varaety of restorants at the hotel.
Comfortable bed and the food @ the China grill was excellent. I couldn't check out because the line was too long and I would have missed my plane. I waited in line to check out for 255 minutes and finally had to leave. When I left there were still 7 people in front of me in line!
It is spacious, with excellent service The plumbing fixtures in the bathroom require maintence. The shower did not provide a good spray, since half the water esaped to the bath filler.
I stay here every time i go to Mex city for Travel. We appreciate the saftey of the hotel
Very pleasant, homely atmosphere and strategically located 1.Loud music, at the bar near the reception. 2. Difficult, and lack of promt assistance, in accessing into internet service in the hotel rooms.
The location was good. The accomodations good, but somewhat dated. The hotel is massive, very large public spaces. A number of the public rooms were too loud to allow conversation.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant buffet options. Great location. Really nice outdoor patio seating. 24 hour gym. Room door to hallway had a noticeable gap under it. I could hear people in the hallway rather clearly, so I imagine they could also hear me. I was gone most of the day, and in the room alone on business so it didn't bother much. I imagine I would have felt very differently given other circumstances. Also, I'm not sure AC temp was just for show. The first night at 76*F felt almost the same as second night at 65*F
Overall the facility is a good quality and located well. The room did not over look Reforma. The room faced the rear of the hotel...
Staff is really friendly, courteous and care for your needs. Internet service is a bit poor in some areas of the hotel.
The hotel is excellent, the staff are super courteous and attentive. Nice fitness center, lobby bar, and great club lounge. Easy access to Starbucks for your morning latte. There is also a currency exchange onsite, as well as an ATM and business center. Good location, too. The one thing missing, that is usually available in large hotels, is the basic gift shop. You know, the small shop that sells bandaids, candy bars, batteries, souvenirs, sodas, postcards. That would be a nice convenience to add.
They charged me the two nights i stayed in advanced. The restaurant they recomended me wasn't good. Te painting of the lavatory and bathtub wasn't in good conditions
Excellent location on the main avenue. Refreshing pool on the 19th floor. Staff was adding tips on our bill after we signed it.
Extremly good service, nice & competent people at the desk, restaurant & room-service. Comfortable bed. We'll go back longer to enjoy the live music! Good location. Bathroom & shower need up dating.
Location Service very slow, room and bathroom not clean
Nice positions , price and also the staff is Ok. Typical 4 stars at right price
The reservation process was excellent and friendly. THe location is very convenient at the airport terminal. The small, white chairs at the room close to the desk are not comfortable for working and, staying close to the airport, chances are you get a lot of people, like me, who are staying overnight on a business trip and thus require some time working on a lap top, etc.
Excellent location, friendly staff, sufficient range of services, well equipped gym with view! Stock up on forex!
service staffs are nice and friendly additional charges of internet services
Position in the middle of zona rosa, large rooms Swimmingpool wich definetly need sanitary inspection, to small, and without any surveillance, no sauna, gym outdated, cleaning personal wich doesnt respect do not disturb sign, incompleate roomservice, no security in the lobby
I loved the location of the hotel. It was always very clean. The view from my room was fantastic!! I didn't like that a room key was needed to be put in a slot to power your room. So if you were gone most of the day the AC was off.
The new rooms really make a difference to the old ones. Very comfortable and finally a bathroom with shower that gives you enough space. Breakfast as usual is very good and offers a daily changing variety. The Hotel is currently under refurbishment. Floors 3-7 and the lobby are being renewed. Closet
Very central location within the Pink Zone district. My room was at the back of the building where all air-conditioning units keep running all the time. Quite noisy.
The hotel was clean. The internet service is terrible -- no signal at all even though we paid for the connection. Also, the air conditioning in our room did not work. We reported it, but no one came.
The location of the hotel was excellent. I also liked most of the decor (particularly the lobby). The rooms were also well designed and comfortable. Their internet service was horrendous. On booking.com it was stated that free wireless internet was available throughout the hotel; however, when I arrived I was told that I had to pay almost $15.00 per day to access the internet and that the only other way to access the internet is to use two beat-up computers in the lobby. The latter computers were extremely slow.
comfortable beds and nice desk to work. Good choice at breakfast. Not all the staff was efficient. Not all the floors have a good wireless connection, I had to change room to get a good access. When I changed room there was no hair dryer in the new room which I think is not normal for an international hotel + the room was smaller (but I did not mind as long as I could connect - size of rooms are more than ok) I had to insist pretty much to get one. First person told me there was no hair dryer left, second one I asked find one within 5 minutes... So there is pretty much to improve. I know NH from Spain and I am used to better service usually. So I was a bit dissapointed. I would still recommand it but far not my best experience in Mexico.
Accommodating staff, friendly. The hotel is very clean. They have a Nesspreso coffee shop. Great views of the city from our room. Close to Bellas Artes, el Angel and the revolution observatory tower. Overall it was great!!
Staff is slow and sometimes unresponsive.
Everything was clean and very luxurious. Blackout curtains will let you sleep in as much as you want. Loved the huge bathroom and shower. Great location for tourists close to downtown. No fridge or ice machines (to be fair, the hotel staff will bring you ice if you call). Hard to get to by car due to street closings.
Everyone that we encountered with questions or request was friendly and helpful.
I really like the attention to detail by the staff of the hotel, room service was prompt and the front desk was very helpful. Also the hotel itself is nicely upgraded.
The room was nice, the front desk service was very helpful, and the restaurant was okay. I had an item missing from my room, and it was basically ignored.
The pool and gym are very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is very central in the downtown so the surrounding neighborhood does not have much charm. The facilities were great except the fancy elevators.
The only PROBLEM. The parking NEEDS to be included in the cost of the room. Charging extra is really bad.
AC don't work even after the tech adjusted it. This is my 2nd stay in a week where this has happened
The Location. The second day after our arrival we returned to our room and our room was not clean.
It was clean. Room service was excellent. The staff adjusting A/C controls when cleaning.
location, service, staff, price, Sonora Grill.
Please write at least 15 words location staff cleanliness design. Service The Benkay restaurant
Attentive staff, great location in the best part of town, newly renovated comfortable rooms, great value. Dining options were not commensurate with a 5 star hotel.
Rooms clean, big. Staff were excellent
personalised service on executive levels, fantastic staff, great food, great location, choice of tours available, very quiet, great room
The staff there was amazing. The friendliest maids and all the staff there always super accommodating. I would definitely return there! It's also very close to all the cool parts of Polanca.
We enjoyed the room, once we'd upgraded to the renovated rooms. The regular rooms are dingy 1980s style, but the newer ones (for $30/night more) are very nice, if a bit small. Great views on the upper floors. Close to the museums and a few restaurants. Polanco is a fairly good district to hang in if you're new to Mexico DF. The taxi services they provide are outrageously priced. Don't take them; just wait downstairs for someone to get out of a regular taxi and take it (tell the driver to turn on the "taximetro" if he doesn't). The closest metro stop isn't a very useful one. The lobby is a big slab of concrete, although the statues are nice. The regular rooms they'll put you in initially are nasty, especially for the price, then you have to pay $30 to upgrade. They didn't find my toiletries bag that was accidentally left in the room. :(
The hotel staff was great. They truly seemed to care and I loved how secure and safe I felt. The hotel is in a great location and I truly loved my time there.
Very nice and safe location. Close to city centre. Good place for children too - 5 mintes walk to the park and zoo.
Great hotel staff and service.
Location, attentiveness of staff and feeling of security were as expected.
Staff was extremely helpful in our stay there, I would totally stay at the Hyatt again !! Thank you
great location, very nice staff at check in. I attempted to work out in the gym and could not because I did not have a pair of tennis shoes. Asked to rent a pair and was offered an old pair of shoes that had been washed so many times they were at least 3 times smaller than the stated size. Asked if I could walk on the tread-mill will rubber soled shoes and told that I could not. From what I could see it was a very nice facility wish I could have used it. When I travel especially internationally I only take what I can take in the cabin. this should be recognized as the norm in todays setting and accomdations should be made. I know they do at the JW Marriott two doors down. also the price quoted did not include all the taxes that added up to almost 60 dollars more a night.
From the start, I was treated amazingly. Given a glass a champagne and told about the magaestic history of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Especially senor ernesto. Thank you!
The staff was very curtious and helpful. They retrieved a forgotten cell phone. Arranged a driver and tour guide to Guadalupe. Came to room to open wine bottle. The roof restaurant and cafe food was excellant. Waiters pleasant. The small elevator somtimes had a strange odor. It was clean but could use some kind of air freshner.
the glass ceiling in the lobby is very beautiful. Room is spacious. Location is great The bed is not very comfy. First room was noisy with machine working outside and we changed a room on the second day.
Luxury with very few money. Huge room, bathroom, very quiet both inside and outside the room, right in the heart of Mexico City. I would really go again. Do not forget to visit the restaurant in the terrace for an excellent view of Zocalo.
The best room in the hotel didn't have curtains and it took them 3 hours to prepare a new room for us.
The entire hotel is truly beautiful and classical. We loved the decor, the foyer, the staircase. The entire building was wonderful. The shower did not work for our entire stay despite reporting the problem to the staff on the first morning. I do not believe they looked at the problem. I was also given some very poor information regading the estimated cost of a taxi. However I still consider this a wonderful hotel if everything works.
Perfect location, beautiful, historic, high-class, staff is VERY friendly/accomadating/helpful/welcoming A bit outdated, in need of some renovations/modernization. It could be a truly luxurious experience if the lobby area were brought up to date. The piano bar/lounge could be wonderful if it were renovated. I envision something truly great in the future.
closenest to Aeropuerto. nignths, weather is cold enough, but they dont have heating system.
Fast and efficient to wait overnigth for another flight.
Breakfast was included in the rate. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. They made our stay pleasant. Transportation to airport was very satisfactory. I would go back again. The bathrooms could be more modern but satisfactory
clean hotel , friendly staff no refrigerator
We liked the willingness of the staff to help us. It was good. Thank you.
Clean and comfy rooms Seemed to have poor customer services skills at the restaurant area.
Close to the airport, clean and nice room, free shuttle A little noisy and slanted
Huge buffet for dinner and breakfast. Loved that there was a restaurant and bar, as well as 24hr room service available. Great location to the airport - we walked! Room was slanted - the whole room and floor we were on for that matter was slanted - gave us vertigo!
RESERVATION WAS CONFIRMED ON THE WEB I GOT TO THE HOTEL AND RESERVATION WAS NOT THERE HAD TO PAY WALK IN PRICE
Thank you for comfortable stay. I will always recomend your hotel in case someone of my friends or collegs is coming to Mexico
Very close to the airport, free shuttle and very good food in the restaurant!
Fast and convienent.
Location only! The shower was disgusting! water spilled everywhere. The room stunk like wet carpet or dirty laundry. You should not rent those rooms. You know they are in poor condition.
Great location the metro is just around the block as well as a strip full of bars. Safe area would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to the city and not wanting to take a taxi or the metro at night to go have some drinks. Food, metro, bars all within a block plus only about 3 or 4 blocks from the angel de independencia. Wifi cuts on and off not a big deal most of the trip is not in the room.
Learning about the history of this hotel was more informative than the tour I took at Teutihuacan. The breakfast in the Veranda was excellent (authentic), and winding down in the Telephone Bar was perfect. I had to ask the housekeeping repeatedly to replenish the coffee water and keep my windows locked, but they had a good attitude and kept the room clean and fresh.
Both the room and the bed was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was inexpensive and good.
A sense of pride and overall competence of an establish from decades past. A wonderful experience and stay while in Mexico City. The location was a bit touristy, but once inside the doors (and it being so close to some very hip neighborhoods + 5 star hotels) it was a step into past that I didn't want to leave.
loved everything but the bedding the sheets, too rough!
Perfect location, friendly people, good food, clean, Shawer changes every second from warm to cold. Very unconfortable
Everything is very nice, I return here several times a year and always enjoy it. Love the soft cotton sheets and bed is just perfect. Internet can be a bit better in the rooms, the internet is a normal Mexico City problem. Washing clothes / work long sleeve shirts, indicate in Spanish they should check the arm pits area and apply extra effort there, again standard Mexico City problem in the last 50 hotels I stayed.
Fantastic location in the heart of CDMX. Excellent service. Professional and personable staff work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Lovely boutique hotel.
The hotel is located in a great location. The staff was great. The rooms are small.
The wonderful location. Nothing
The hotel is a gem. It is centrally located, very clean and the staff was amazing. They were friendly and helped us out with getting around the city. As soon as you walk in they make you feel welcomed. They greet you with a smile and a glass of authentic horchata or jamaica. Love it!! The evening guest services provides us with suggestions for excursions, which we took advantage of. The restaurant buffett was a bit overpriced. It does provide a great view, so that's what you mainly pay for.
The rooms at the Zocalo Central are well accommodated and well maintained. The staff is phenomenally helpful and friendly, and the roof-top cafe has an unbelievable view of the national cathedral and central plaza below. For sightseeing purposes, one can't beat the location, which is merely steps away from the cathedral, Palacio Nacional, and the city's archeological site.
Location. Staff members were very accommodating and did successfully resolve a major problem with noise. There was a terrible problem with noise late one night due to needed repairs. This should not have happened; an alternative should have been found., and conflict avoided.
Best view of Zocalo, the front desk staff were very professional and accommodating. The free water bottles and apples were quite welcoming. Rooftop restaurant did not have a bar, you have to order and sit on a table to drink. I paid the most expensive mojitos I ever had $24 dollars for two to be exact plus tip for the waiter. The room I had was tiny with a 1foot by two slim overhead window, quite claustrophobic for me... The breakfast buffet was $24 dollars, really! You walk next block to Restaurant El Popular and order their menus for less than $6.
Super friendly staff and great location. Need more sound proofing walls, you can hear your neighbors conversations.
Their hospatality, great customer service, their breakfast delicious, my room was amazing peeeeerfect view to the Zócalo. N/A
El servicio es excelente, habitaciones muy confortables. La ubicación el hotel es muy céntrica para todos los sitios turísticos. Un poco viejo el Hotel.
Everything was going well until at 1 AM on Sunday 1/22 night they lost power to the rooms, and it wasn't restored until 3AM. Phones stopped working, there was no lights in room, it was scary. You do not expect this from a top end hotel.
Close proximity. If you have an early morning flight from terminal 1, remember there is no way to get to terminal 1 from the hotel prior to 5 am. The train from T2 to T1 does not start until 5 am. For a place to sleep overnight, it is overpriced. But they are all overpriced close to the airport. So much so, that when used only as an in-transit airport, I'll try other airports.
I liked that it was in the airport. I saw a lot of mold in the pool. My room smelled of mold as well. I totally regret staying at this hotel. I chose this hotel because it was listed at 5 star however I would rate it at 3 star at best.
Everything was great. Very clean and in the airport terminal so we were close for our 6 a.m. flight Not a good space for dining in the room. It was fine though, we just are on the bed.
It was convenient. Very quiet. Very clean. However, we booked it for the pool, which was closed.
Took me one minute and 45 seconds to walk from my room to the security line -- fit the bill perfectly for an early-morning flight. The price gouging was annoying. My night was first listed at $100, but I had to wait a few days to be sure. It was then $170. For kicks, I looked again the day before . . . and it was up to $250. WRONG! It's comparable to the Camino Real at the other terminal, but way pricier. They have the right idea, but are ethically challenged . . . making them a necessary evil. I'd stay there again if I HAVE to because of schedule, but I'd work pretty hard to use one of the other airport hotels first.
Location, Room size & bed
To expensive , no service, even the water you have to pay , they put the coffee sachets in the locked mini bar, you cannot call if there is no balance ,even local calls, at night you can not reach the reception from your room so I did not like it at all the system was down all the time I tried to pay 4 times and spent in all more then @ hours waiting at the frontdesk.the manager Miss Blanca did not border to talk to me on my complaints
Proximity to airport Shower was not clean. There was presence of mold due on tile corners all around.
Convenience Terribel experience. AC didn't work and they were not able to fix it. They offered me to change room. I agreed, only if I could leave all my stuff in the first room, because it was midnight and didn't want to wake my son up and pack/un pack everything again. They didn't agree. I didn't have much rest.
It's in the terminal, so certainly easy to reach. Front desk is a bit chaotic,. took awhile to check in.
Lovely hotel.. Enjoyed the decor, furnishing, amneties, a very comfortable bed, the in terminal convenience and the divine ambience! Wifi in all rooms, outside, poolside. For those traveling without tablets or laptops, there are 2 PC's provided free of use near the lobby area. The staff are very friendly and serviable. Going beyond the usual offerings. Example: ask for a wake up call, you get 2! One at the exact time you require and another 5 minutes later just to make sure you are awake! Very thoughtful! We were also congratulated for our 25th anniversary with complimentary offerings of lovely extras. They know how to treat you well here! Thank you for making our stay even more special! The buffet breakfast was very good, with popular hot breakfast dishes and tasty mexican dishes, an omelette station, a nice variety of fruit, deli meats & cheese, waffle maker, cold cereal selections, many different juices, regular coffee or esspresso, sparkling wine mimosas. Long breakfast hours which is convenient to early travelers or those that wish to sleep in. We stayed here on our way to vacation and on our way back. We will certainly choose to stay here again when transiting through Mexico City airport. In my opinion, this is the best hotel at MEX and we've tried them all!!
staff, location, comfort
The concierge was very helpful to us each day. He did a wonderful job in finding us a good driver and guide to help us explore the city and visit the pyramids. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to the Anthropology Museum , a nice shopping and restaurant area, and the hop on hop off tourist bus..
I liked everything. Location, friendly staff, excellent service.
I like restaurant and room amenities, great view fo Chapultepec castle, excellent room service.
nice big room, early check in was possible, amazing view at the wellness center, nice view towards the park and the castle not all staff was understanding Englisch, high price at the spa though part of the jacuzzi was not working
I liked the location, the viewes, friendly and helpful staff. n/a
The restaurant is serving food with very good presentation. Our room was heading towards the backside of the building and having some noises of the AC.
Very friendly staff, excellent quality room, very comfortable bed. Busy road intersection but convenient for park and museums. Much better than staying in the centre of the city lack of outside space or lounge to relax in.
I was in a business travel and I need my invoice according with the Mexican tax rules and they didn't give it to me, the argument was because I bought with Kayak
Staying close to Mexican real full of culture, amazing history smelling.
Awesome pool. Good restaurants. Everyone at the counter spoke English. Room was very clean and comfortable. Really great location to everything. Excellent deal!
Excellent location, right in the middle of Reforma, very good places nearby. Not very well maintained, the showerhead was not working well, and the safety deposit box was out of batteries.
Profesional staff, clean room, good services, good location, good value for money
Piano bar was good, swimming pool on roof top, great view from hotel. Location is good, 10 mins from metro, 10 mins walk to Zona Rosa and 20 mins to historic center. Easy to find street and hotel. Beautiful hotel and buffet breakfast. Good value and has tourist center inside hotel. Taxi to/from airport no more than 180-200. Taxis outside expensive. Also a business hotel, and they don't speak English, so you really need to speak a 'leetle' bit of spanish. Far from metro and not much nearby food/drink/club. I took green taxis down the road which were cheap! 30-40 to zona rosa + other areas nearby. Drinks at bar expensive (London prices). Had to phone reception from reception and talk to someone next to me on phone!?!?
Excellent service, comfortable room and great facilities (fast internet connection, good travel agency and concierge). The cooling in the room didn't work.
It is a very well located Hotel at Reforma Ave in Mexico city. The Hotel staff was very nice and the value for money is excellent.
You are near the main interest points. Free parking and WI FI. Good restaurants. Scenic views. Nice Pool. Maybe too high building for some people. Many rooms.
it was excellent and would definately recommend evryone to say there. evrything was good.
My family and I were trapped in the elevator at floor 20 and it was shaking. Emergency button did not work. I has to call the front desk from my cell phone. The maintenance personal was very helpful but no one aproched is to apologize. I requested to speak to the manager and just stated that he was aware and offered a free brakefast to compensate the incident. I asked him to make sure they work on this security issue. Needless to say I am not coming back.
Well they have stolen my Lap Top from my room and the Hotel refuse to take any what so ever resposability for it. They conducted an investigation and said they did not knwo what happened.
the piano players, the pool, the politeness of the entire staff bed mattress too hard for my comfort
We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Pedregal. It is a bit expensive, but the only hotel in the area with an outdoor swimming pool. The food is excellent, especially the Sunday brunch.
Friendliness at reception early in the morning and cleaning personnel Your system of charging taxi fare as cash advancement + 5% commission
big room my reservation was not in their system on arrival, their staff is not prepared to solve situations like that, the telephone attention is terrible.
My room has a wonderful space. I'd like very much the water vapour facility.
We loved the staff. They all went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. The food was also excellent! The only thing that we did not like was the bed. The mattress was extremely hard and casued soreness. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
GOOD ROOMS AND ATTENTION
Air was not cool enough. Restaurant was under par.
The staff No free wifi
Very nice reception and excellent restaurant Room are very small
Great location, nice business stay. Upcharge for everything. Works for business, not as ideal for family.
I found the value for this hotel to be amazing. There were several restaurants to choose from in the lobby plus the bar stayed open past 2am. I thought the segregated spa was a bit odd, but my wife and I were able to get an excellent 90-minute couples massage. The hotel is close to the main park where there are plenty of attractions. The staff was always able to accommodate me and they were super friendly. Even though I speak Spanish, I didn't need to as the staff was very fluent in English. I would stay here again. I didn't like that the spa was segregated. I would like to have spent some time in the Jacuzzi with my wife, but that is not the case with the spa facility.
Excelent location, location, location. The small business center has no printer.
The hotel is well-located with all kind of business services around it The receptionist kept changing the nightly price that was a bit unusual
The hotel is in a wonderful location, how can the owners do not invest in into a modern hotel. Although it floor by floor. I expected anytime Mauricio Garcés appeared in the elevator. If I'll travelling around Muslims countries, dictatorial systems countries or communists countries I could understand but in Mexico??? In Mexico City??? This hotel is restricted, censored, banned from many internet pages. I tried to buy underwear online because I had no time to go to a store and I was unable to access such pages. What ??? It is perhaps this hotel owned by the Vatican? Also, I was in the 16th floor and the smell of a burn oil from kitchens is amazing. One maid told me that probably the smell goes up through the elevator. Really???
The Century Hotel is the best value for your money in Zona Rosa. If you plan to stay in Zona Rosa, I highly recommend the Century Hotel.
Food at restaurant; restaurant staff. Location. View. Housekeeping staff. Wifi is terrible; blocks half of sites know to man. Cheesy 80s decor. Weird smell in room.
Service; gym, price; rooms; location
You feel robbed when you stay at this hotel. Food is ridiculously expensive. WiFi access not only is charged - something unthinkable these days - but also it is very expensive (~10 usd per day).
Conveniently located in doing business in the south part of Mexico City My reservation was not in the system when I arrived, I was lucky that they had a room available. Though small charges I thought it was abusive to charge 15% service for the water bottled in the room and a $20 pesos cover charge for breakfast
Staff were very helpful and friendly Room was stunning Location was great
Excellent facilities and very helpful staff.
Glamorous surroundings, bit like being in an episode of 'sex in the city'. 'Bruno' would definitely stay here. And so would I .
