Very good breakfast and evening buffet, room was clean and tidy. Friendly staff Charging the safe extra shouldn't be at a 4* hotel. Rooms could use a little updating and mattress replacing. Half board sytem is very good but when upgrading to all inclusive is very expensive 31€/person/night on top of half board cost = too much!! Beause of different levels a very complicated lift system
Perfect location, very close to beach and short walk to near town (restaurants and shopping centres), excellent food, very clean room. Not enough parasols at the swimming pool. Not fair to pay extra for sunbeds on beach and for safe. Also I expect to have internet for free in 4* hotel (now you must pay for it). Not nice to meet huge cockroaches on corridors walls at night. On restaurant some fruits and vegetables were turned sour.
This hotel was absolutly beautiful situated on one of the best beaches on the island. I would definitly recomenned this hotel to anyone thats looking for some relaxation and luxury. A fantastic holiday!!!!!!
Room with sea view close to the beach, quite, very clean, excellent breakfast and diner with a lot of choice, staff very wellcoming, good animation team Bed a little bit hard
Nice hotel with a beautful beach and an excelent and large buffet.
Very good breakfast, clean room, friendly staff They say all rooms have sea view,NOT true!!!
Our room was large and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The location is very central. The pool area is very relaxing and the level of service was excellent. We received champagne on arrival. Dinner was included in our booking. It was buffet style and the hot food could have been better. Men must wear long trousers to dinner which is a bit silly considering the weather in the Canaries.
Excellent location. Hotel staff had the "Can Do" attitude
Good location near centre and beaches. The rooms at the street side are quite noisy.
the proximity of the beach the all inclusive food was not as good as expected
very good location( near shops, bus stop), stone's throw from the lovely beach, nice staff. it's really a very good 3+star hotel uncomfortable beds, espacially double one (we stayed in two different rooms), poor animation - mostly in German. slow and expensive broadband, you need to pay for pools towels
Hotel very close at the most beautiful Fuerteventura beach. Souvenir shops and markets nearby. Airport bus stop almost under the hotel. All Inclusive drinks. Large german guests. All the staffs very kind except for a crabby waitress. At the beginning of our stay, hotel was very noise in the morning owing of slammed doors by guests and maids who dragged beds against rooms walls. Buffet not very well-kept in the freshness of fruits and vegetables. Meals overcooked or burnt to a cinder. Lacking in hygiene in the restaurant.
Excellent value for money. The hotel staff were generally friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room we stayed in was of a good size and located on a quiet corner overlooking the garden. There was a huge selection of food for every meal. Non-alcoholic drinks that came with the all-inclusive package were all fizzy (except for water) and too sweet. It was difficult to communicate with bar staff sometimes, even for simple beverage orders.
Nice staff, friendly and helpful Wifi internet should be available in rooms, and entrance of the hotel is not indicated very well (no sign showing it). Parking entrance is extremely narrow.
The location was great and it was good value for what I paid. The restaurant and reception staff were very helpful. The bins at the hotel and in the area were emptied at 3.45am, no prior warning by hotel staff and caused a lot of noise. The bar tender in the main bar was rude. Although the food was good, there was a tendancy to place out the same for each meal. Primarily a German Complex rather than continental hotel and therefore not ideal for English travellers that do not speak German as it can become a little uncomfortable. My room was a little tired.
this is a very friendly hotel stayed all inclusive choice of food and drinks excellent could do with a lick of paint! was the only English staying there not a problem for us but may be for some
We liked everything We were hard to find a hotel. Address and name of the hotel marked on the site did not coincide with reality.
The location was very convenient and the view to the beach and lighthouse was stunning. I liked the fact that the two swimming pools were at different sides so that you could always enjoy the sunshine at one of them. Excellent value for money when booked via booking.com!
visited the beach. I only stayed 1 night. the rooms were very old and dated. felt like you were in a time warp. in need of redecoration. It hadn't been changed in 15-20 years. I would not recommend the hotel unless someone is looking for a budget. If rooms were better, maybe business people. I wasn't given a graden view. Asked for a quiet room. Was given a room facing the sea but over the entertainment. when my balcony door was open as I don't like to use a/c I could hear, music, singing and clapping. I was very tired after driving 4 1/2 hours from Correlejo and was looking forward to a rest. No channels on tv were English.
Nice location within fantastic clothing-optional beaches, all-inclusive service is relly worth the money, friendly personnel Premises are a bit worn-out
I liked the fabulous seaview from our room and the plentiful supply of sun chairs in the two seperate pool areas. for a 4 star hotel ,I was a bit concerned about certain standards, particularly health and safety.
