Nice interior, comfortable parking, convienient location. Disadvantages:no priority in SPA for hotel residents, noisy.
Nice hotel staff, excellent location, new well-designed rooms. Best price-quality for this location!! Price for the breakfast is too high. Location is excellent for those who comes by car or taxi, nevertheless that walking distance is too long e.g. for old people (about 15 minutes to the metro station). Please, check also if your room card also works in the elevator (mine was diabled sevral times for unknown reasons).
The hotel has a central location; a room was spacious, well-equipped, had a nice furniture. The service was quite poor. No soft drinks in a minibar (even we asked staff to fill it twice). The restaurant was closed one evening but the guests were not informed about it. When it was open again it had a very poor selection of alcohol.
Design, coffee, tea in the room, location in the center Kids are not allowed in the spa area, and there is no mention about it anywhere. The water is too cold in the swimming pool. The bed could be wider. No playground for kids, no room for playing in the hotel. The breakfast is expensive.
Disign, very nice spa, good position 15 min from subway and 25-30 by feet from red square. Street with a lot of ethnic restaurants. Spa staff were lazy and breakfast very expensive.
Hotel decoration is very good. Room is spacious. Breakfast was very good. Location is nice, altough not necessarily close to the traditional touristic points. I would strongly recommend it and hope to come back soon. Not much of a view from the room. Hotel is a bit distant from metro.
great location, perfect breakfast
very helpful staff - 2 metro stations 10 - 15 minutes far from the hotel walking with easy and fast connection to Moscow Station and all the main stations of downtown with few stops - good staff also in the spa, nice swimming pool and other facilities - good breakfast with fruits, vegetables and fish
I like the rooms and interiors. Good service. All what you need you can find in the room. Quiet place. Only floors in our room was damaged by woman's shoes. But this is not so disturbing thing.
sauna, swimming pool were out of servise, breakfast was not included in the price, so the hotel doesn't deserve the money paid
Great Location if you want to visit the city center, also good for business, staff friendly and helpful, and Starbucks just in front of the Hotel healthclub facilities
the hotel is a standard smaller sheraton type, and services are at that level.
The convienient location of the hotel first it has no swimming pool although in your site you were promoting the hotel with a swimming pool where there is no pool at all. also the jacuzzi was not working or it was canceled
Rooms are to small or nad to big, anyways when you move from one side of the room to another there is no way not to harm yourself.
It was close to the airport road, which saved time at departure It is a bit far to walk from the city center and I would prefer a hotel that is more central and easy to walk everywhere from
the room was clean, comfortable, quiet. Hotel has good location in the center. Very good for buesness people and for tourists.
The position of the hotel is very good! It's located next to the Belorusskaya trainstation and so the airport Sheremetyevo is good reachable in less than a hour!
staff speaking English very well! to be honest, we were unlucky during the stay due to the forests were burning and Moscow was in hell pollution.the In Fact, hotel is far from the center, but close to Belorusskaya station 1 km. Hotel is a bite old, old furniture cored ore carpet smelly. We couldn't sleep at all due to maintenance was on 6th floor! drilling job starts from 9 am till 18:00!! also I couldn't believe it that hotel didn't extend check-out time even for 1 minute after 12:00 pm!!!!!! they ask for 500 RUB / hour.. adding to this, they charged me by mistake RUB 5,217 and it took 4 days to refund to card!!
very close to Metro, nice rooms, good price
Bad comunication ,The Hotel was under cunstructions what was not mentions. They debt additional my creditcard without my approval .
Reception desk speaks English and is very nice to help you, good room service staff, good location to tour city center, convenient subway station, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, pharmacy stores nearby hotel. Guards standing in lobby looks unnecessary.
The location and breakfast were okay. The internet access was very poor and the room was very old-fashioned; the breakfast room was very smoky, as it was the same room used as a pub/bar in the evening/night.
Interior was renovated Nice views from the rooftop Rude stuff - bunch of security people at the entrance Horrible old elevators Random people as hotel shares space with strip club and offices Single rooms are tiny
Close to metro station Mayakovskaya (on the main subway line to the Red Square)
Breakfast is very good
Conditioner does not work. If you have a room's window faced to the street, it is very noisy.
we liked the location, the atmosphere and the typical architecture that the hotel reflects. We also liked the rock atmosphere in the restaurant. the rock concert on Friday night Nov. 6
Fantastic location for the price and everything is OK. The furniture is old though properly functioning.
Quite a comfortable stay. Very good location by the metro station and the bus stop. Good for those travelling from SVO airport and for those who visit the city center. The TV had only a few not the best channels. Yet the room was quite small, but it was OK for the price.
warmness of the stuff, safety, excellent location in the town, comfort in the room, good food not expensive at all, all fine no, it was completely fine
I really liked the clean and cosy room, eaven it was small I really didn't like the reception area. It was not particularly inviting. The hotel doesn't provide any shampoo, toothpast and toothbrush.
Very professi0onal staff, good food and good service
Excellent friendly staff who spoke and understood English. Good food and value for money. A slight distance from Metro Stations but walkable!
2.5 hours waiting for check in
excellent staff and services. Best of all was the reservation dept and reception staff. The dinning room staff was pretty rude and uncooperative.
staff were fantastic nothing
Good service, good stuff, excellent value it is a bit far from subway stations - approx. 15 minutes by feet
Updated rooms, safe deposit box, central walkable location Distance to the closest metro is 15 minutes on foot. Thats not fun on a winter or a rainy day.
After making my complaints the management met with me, and they did extend some compensation for my inconvenience. (It was more than I was expecting, but really didn't make up for my disappointment.) I do believe the new management will improve the training of the staff. ***The Pool/Spa staff and facilities were shining stars. They were courteous and welcoming. I spent two days relaxing in the pool and sauna. It isn't a real Hilton. Smiles and courtesy are hard to find. The concierge desk was the worst I've ever experienced. I literally felt sorry for asking for help. I literally tried to leave the hotel early because it was so humiliating. (Hilton's customer service didn't help in this matter either.)
Veldig bra hotell Nei
I have appreciated the staff service, their kind, gentle, nice behaviour. The man at the door during the afternoon hours is a real gentle and sensitive person (though he is supposed to be kind you see the real difference with his colleagues). The girls and guys in the breakfast room are lovely. The breakfast is also very good but what I have appreciated the most is the wide choice of films and music: perfect for having relax during a business trip. There is nothing negative that I could say.
Stayed at the hotel for its historic significance. Room service and food prices in general are ridiculously high, even when compared to their competitors.
hotel ethnic style entrance
Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. TV is old. The porters at the front heavy door are practically non existent. They will not open the door for you if its rain or shine, and will not help you with your luggage. The so called security personnel, are the same way. The cleaning staff forgot to clean our room once, and we left early in the morning and returned late in the evening.
Very noce, clean, stylish hotel right in the center of Moscow. Super friendly staff. Great room with very comfy bed. Loved it! Will definetely stay there on my next trip to Moscow.
staff was very friendly
I really liked the interior of the hotel, interior room, cosmetics for bath and body L'Occitan and also the swimming pool was rather good Hotel staff i think is the only problem of Savoy :( the dont know how to smile, and be polite with customers. Actually in Hyatt the best staff i've evere seen !!
The Hotel is very well maintained. The staff are generally excellent. The Buffet Breakfast is excellent. Some of the Restaurant staff were not adequately trained to deal with foreign guests. The kitchen appeared unable to vary the menu to accomodate special diets. No hotel in Moscow could be described as good value for money.
Fireplace in the lobby bar
The location is very good. The size of the rooms are comfortable. The staff is not caring about the clients very much
Everybody speaks good English. Good hospitality. Kindly assisiting us for dinner and nightlife. Flexible for check-out in weekend.
Everything, the swimming pool, sauna, breakfast, rooms etc.And booking.com made a very good deal with the hotel. Otherwise sorry no savoy.
Location was convenient Hotel is classic but tired, lacked a good breakfast, rooms need renovating, lobby is not welcoming, no spa, no massage was available, sauna was under repair.etc etc
Very good proximity to the Metro. Walking distance to the biggest Mall in Moscow. Good restaurants close by. Good room, good staff. Overall - Rocking.
friendly staff; excellent location; small and intime
The staff were very helpful and suggested great places to visit. The hotel was centrally located and close to most of the places of interest and restaurants too.
Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. The service was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and lobby bar in the hotel are really overpriced.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are very clean and are comfortable and tastefully decorated. There are no restaurants, other than those within the hotel itself, or shopping within easy walking distance.
Very comfortable hotel, with attentive staff and very high quality breakfast. Location isn't brilliant, as it is not within walking distance of any major sites. However only 10 -12 mins walk to the metro and hotel does do free transport on the hour into one of the city squares.
A Marriot hotel..all is perfect (room clean and with all the confort, breakfast, staff)! The hotel is far from Red Square (about 3.5 KM) and about 1 KM from the nearest metro station but there is an excellent free shuttle bus from the hotel to Red Square or Puskin Square (10 minutes walk from Red Square). Ask to the reception.
area reservada , 11th floor service
The rooms were good as was the breakfast. Taxi service was very expensive as was the breakfast.
quick check in & check out; quiteness NA
Services and staff's good attitude. Metropolitan station a little bit too far by walking.
Rooms modern and clean; wifi good; staff friendly; breakfast okay; very very quiet. Unstylish rooms; TV channel selection not great; some facilities closed; service in restaurants is slow; far from metro; "motorcycle club" pickup in parking lot one night...
location dissapointing value for money, rooms are not up to 5star design standard,
i think everything was great in this hotel.. there was nothing i didnt like...
Pleasant ambiente, clean, efficient staff. Location to city and Metro v. good.
Very good location-Lencome theatre, cinema Russia, Pushkine monument, Tverskaya street, 3 metro stations. Very young staff and very carefull. We were upgraded to superior room due to our wedding anniversary and had very warm welcome.Nice, modern design.Thank you for everything, Natasha!!!
Very good price policy for such location! Room was not too big but with Interesting design. Very comfortable hotel.
hotel is near center no possibility for money exchange, room was small and noisy
The location and boutique style to the hotel.
Don't forget to put behind your door "privacy" if you want to sleep because every morning before 9 o'clock somebody knocks at your door for laundry service, room service, etc!!
Excellent reception staff, location, nice room Very poor breakfast staff
Staff attitude Too much design for family stay
I liked how friendly the staff was and the breakfast was delish. Location was great
Good location, good service, the hotel is in good condition If you need a computer for internet it is very expensive (five times more than an internet café), the breakfast selection was weak
NIce breakfast and outside (summer) area for it. Location is good as well as very silent, i.e. city center but somehow silent venue. A tiny green park next to it to enjoy. Standard rooms are respectively small.
I happy to find this one. Best value for the money. Great Location. Check-in at 2 PM, but this could be a common thing for hotels.
Very nice central location I was charged for 500 rub by cash by receptionist for the 1.2 hours overstay. He was denied to use Visa card for this.
bad entrance, mispresentation on internet
Good location, quite comfortable.
Very good service. Staff was friendly. English speaking. Very well located. Good breakfast.
Good costs/benefits, just 20 min far by walk from main touristic area and just 10 min far from Stare Arbat and subways
Well located.Confortable . Internet access is quite expensive
Location close to Red Square, Shopping etc; large room, quiet (back yard) Nothing really but a slight lack of charme, too pricey even for Moscow
I had to wait for 20 min for the table for breakfast. It happened twice during 4 days.
Very pleasant and quiet room. Very friendly staff. Very decent breakfast. Heavy smoking in the hotel lobby.
close to city center, nice room, good stuff, good breakfast. Broken TV.
good location, close to red square and accessible to the funky restaurants and luxury shops with reasonable rate considering how expensive moscow hotels are. some of the staff were unwelcoming and displaying bad attitude towards us.
location, rooms very comfortable wifi 20$ per day, not professional stuff, not helpful at all
the most important thing for me, was the possibility to reach very easily metro stations. this has given me the chance to have several business meeting in all Moscow, without using cars or taxies. Actually everything has been perfect. thanks a lot.
spacius room, nice breakfast, gym, excellent location
The cleanliness, the warm behaviour of the staff, the very good location one breath distance from major Moscow siteseeing in the city center and not only, the good breakfast, the good services of the executive launge. An executive room should be larger.
1. Warm and good staff 2. Food and ambiance at Restaurant
Beakfast and customer service at Reception TV, tv supposed to be upgraded with more channels and foreign language
Very convenient facilities for dining and entertainment. Wireless internet was free and made business much easier than expected. Also, the price was reasonable for the class of hotel in Moscow. There was no gym (or I couldn't find it)
Clean? spacious rooms on the 6th and on 7th floor , aparently these are special floors. Lots of restaurants, breakfast is served nearly all day. Free internet is also a plus. Good location, not a lot of traffic around. everything is OK
Hotel located in beautiful place - natural forest, river and hills. In same time it's near the center of Moscow. Very liked it.
Near to metro station - 10 minutes; good sound isolation of rooms The high number of prostitutes at the ground floor.
Location of the hotel is nice. Nearby is beautiful park, Moscow River and metro station Vorobevi Gori. Hotel staff doesnot know about the touristic places in Moscow..It looks like they don't have enough coffee there.. Waiters looks unfreindly but this is because their english is poor.. In the morning tap water has brown colour..
The proximity to the football stadium as I was there to watch the Spartak Moscow V Chelsea game. Miserable staff. Too many prostitutes.
breakfast buffet is excellent, nice big room, clean, luxury design
It is a big hotel with a lot of entertainament to spend the time with..Variaty of restaurants...Nice staff...Good locality.
Convenient location, outside the very center of Moscow. Quiet area around, but many restaurants, bars, entertainment places etc. in the hotel complex. Too noisy and busy lobby. It looks like a casino.
New hotel, very confortable and nicely designed rooms. Located within walking distance to Red Square and to two metro stations. The small size of the hotel makes it very cozy and personable. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back next time!
Very nice, comfortable. Breakfast - limited selection, with some problems with freshness. But this possibly due to the fact for long we were the only guest after re-opening.
the hotel is new, clean and very quiet. Rooms are spatious and comfortable. Hotel is located very close to Red Square - about 10 min. of walk
Everything was nice. Room was very big and comfortable No slippers in the room
clean and not so far from red square 15 minutes walking from metro
Excellent staff and they speak English Nothing
Nothing to complain.
good location, nice rooms not easy to find the entrance
good location, near the riverside, right in the centre of Moscow, Kremlin just in 1 km from there. friendly stuff, good service, free wifi. pretty expensive, not too many facilities available, can't think of anything else. good hotel overall
The lobby bar is working 24 hours. It is realy 20 meters from metro, but it is easear by taxi - only 200 rub. to the center of the city. Very good sound isolation, a lot of elevators. Internet connection - 2 days it was not working at all and 1 day very low speed. For order the taxi - do not use reception - call directly to the taxi (you can find a lot of phone numbers in internet or you can see it directly on the cab) and it will cost you double less.
location excellent, right at metro station one stop from koltsevaya, equipment brand new, real breakfast with good choices. would definitely stay again
Close to metro and free wifi! Breakfast is average
Comfortable beds, nicely decorated and clean rooms. The building looks very old school from outside but renovated inside. Subway is in front of the hotel and only 3 stops (app. 15 mins) to Red Square, Kremlin. Staff was very helpful. Superb breakfast! Safe luggage storing room. Great value for money in Moscow.
Very pleasant reception staff, room interior very nice - modern - practical (I had Superior room for 3900 RUB), for me the room and equipment and breakfast (quite large choice buffet) was nearly four star standard. Excellent location (just at the entrance to the metro Avtozavodskaya - 10 min to Kremlin). A nice lady in the Business centre books tickets and gives good advice about culture. Given the generally very high prices in Moscow, this hotel was a good value. Window was impossible to close but the repair man came immediately after my call. Wifi internet should be free, but it uses such particular features that it did not work with my standard computer (I never had problems before). Nobody in the Hotel seemed willing to do anything about it.
waiters at breakfast room is very rude.
Clean and convenient to the metro. The room needed to have Tea and Coffee making facilities as any other European hotel generally provides.
Breakfast is awesome!
Staff is very helpful and the location is fantastic, literally next to the metro station. Great service - I was able to check in early (which was a total blessing) and for my birthday, they actually put a complimentary bottle of champaign in my room!
Brand new clean modern facility. Nice people, free WiFi, decent breakfast. It was not easy to find entrance, as there were no large signs. However there were no water in the morning, couldn't take shower.
Friendly welcome , good & affordable food prices , cleaness of the rooms . porffesional staff . Irons are not avialble for each room , its a common ironning room , tv is paid for the channels , no gym or swimming pool
parking - free of charge no free fresh water for drinking in the room
Were good for domodedovo aerport and metro Far from centre moscow
The room was incredibly disgusting, the smell was horrible and the place hasn’t been redecorated in ages.. I have honestly never seen anything like this in my life.
They did not provide a crib for the baby. I purposely chose this hotel because in the description it said it would provide a crib. When arrived, the lady at the reception said they don't have any and never did. The baby had nowhere to sleep. It was a very unpleasant experience.
Good value for the money, nice clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, quiet place to rest overnight, ATM in the lobby No free shuttle service to Domodedovo International Airport, expensive restaurant
The location of the Hotel not in Mosco , as write in you site, this hotel very far from the city , even they dont have any english speaking staff
Taken into account that this is Moscow with extreme hotel prices the hotel room I got at Rushotel was good value for the RUB 3500 I paid. Well renovated and clean room. If arriving from Domodedova Airport and having business meetings near the outer ring road (MKAD) south of the centre this is a great hotel location. Nearest metro station is not in walking distance and you need to use a taxi to get there. Breakfast was mediocre.
Convenience to Domodedovo Airport, 24hr check-in and bar/food, comfortable rooms. Shuttle bus to Metro far too small for the number of passengers.
Location was good - between Airport and office No Bankomat, Internet and Food very expensive, taxis (ie private cars) hit and miss
The location was very good and was a good base to go site seeing. The rooms were too hot.
absolutely great location for reasonable price breakfast could be better
The Budapest is a comfortable three-star hotel right in the centre of Moscow, just a short walk from Bolshoi and Kremlin. What is great about this hotel is it's location. It is still very much overpriced for the service that you get when compared to other capital cities. They do a proper breakfast these days.
The location Mattress was extremely rigid
Good, central location, and friendly and efficient staff. A big improvement with breakfast in a proper breakfast room. the matteress was not good. too few english tv stations
comfortable beds no usual extras in the room like water heater, tea, coffee, shoe polisher etc
The Hotel Location is very good near to the city When I stay in the Hotel everything good
Good location, close to Metro. 20 minutes walk to Red square. Helpful staff. Clean and quiet. Very good breakfast buffet. Room, internet and breakfast expensive (but I guess that’s normal for Moscow). It is a standard business hotel without much charm.
Staff friendly and helpfull
I stayed in one of the renovated double/twin rooms... 1) It was bigger than expected. I was expecting a room like you would find in the average Western European hotel but what I got was something comparable to what we expect to see in the U.S. 2) The room was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. 3) The complimentary (Russian style) breakfast buffet. 4) Across the street from the Metro. 5) Different variety of restaurants. 6) Money exchange offered better rates than the airport. 7) Convenient ATMs. 8) Better than most Russian hotels in cleanliness, quality, and cost. 1) The hotel uses there own exchange rate when converting dollars to rubles so I paid slightly more than quoted. 2) Besides the breakfast nothing is complimentary. 3) No iron in room... ironing service is extra $$. 4) No outside line on the phone... outside line is extra $$ and pre-pay. 5) No free WiFi in room... free Wifi in lobby area and some second floor restaurants and bars... Wifi in room costs $$$ (3 hours cost what I pay for monthly access at home). 6) Heat/Air Condition is pre-set and can only be changed by use of remote that was not left in my room. Must contact floor maid (if you speak Russian) or front desk to change the temperature to your liking. This usually takes more than one call or visit.
window view its were were dirty hotel with posho stuf
this hotel can be considered cheap for moscow..near metro station.. staff wasnt helpful at reception at all ..some didnt speak english..i had a problem about booking and had to solve it on my own ..people working in the reception didnt help at all as if it was my problem (after my comoleting the reservation from booking.com they claimed they didnt get the comfirmation from booking.com ..and i had to solve the issue on my own..the girl in the reception told me she knew english but when i asked her what the problem is she replied me in russian!!.. hotel room isnt so comfotable and its small..
Very near to metro station For this money room should be better, room was renovated about 20 years back. TV was not working properly.
The Cosmos is a good value -- clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast for no extra charge; and location across from a subway station on a major subway line. Add to this a well-equipped fitness center (for which users pay extra), and the hotel is a bargain.
nothing special I stayed one week and left my lugage on friday morning because I was spending my week end in an other city. I had to pay for the luggage room which is not normal when you return to the hotel. The amount is ridiculous but the staff not very nice and you have to go up and down to pay and take your lugage
But Cosmos was a great place to stay! Clean rooms, good breakfast in the morning, great location near the metro that makes sightseeing simple, and helpful (just very Russian) staff- don't expect constantly smiling faces, but everyone has enough English to communicate. My only complaint were the unsecured wifi networks, however the internet worked fairly well.
The location is perfect - not far from the metro station, good breakfast, nice view from the window. Although I've booked non-smoking room you could still smell the smoke.
Location , a couple yard far from Metro station Stuff some times are so rude, The breakfast was a disaster No tast with litte varaity , also the smoking smell in the Room was Unbelievable despite the fact I was asking for Non smokeing room ..and it's old fashion Hotel
Great value for the money. I was very surprised at the facility when I arrived. There were things to do even in the lobby. You are very close to Red Square, downtown, and other attractions. The staff was professional, the hotel was very neat, and the food was good. I would definitely stay there again. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The hotel is quite a ways from the airport. On Kayak it is advertised as having hotel shuttle service. This was very misleading as they did not and the cost is about $54 USD one way.
well heated room, comfortable in the winter time (1) I was given smoking room despite my booking clearly stated non smoking one. Neverthelles it was changed after some battle at the reception.(2) At the booking.com rate of the room was shown as 75 EUR, it was the sole reason for booking this hotel. The final price at the bill was in roubles, and when I recalculated back to EUR, the price was suddenly EUR 90. Be caucious in checking this before you book the room.(3) If you want to get stored your luggage for some time after check-out, be aware this is the paid service. (4) no hair dryer in the room (5) the hotel is a smoker paradise, even the non smoker room smelled. If you are allergic or you just want to have your clothes clean, avoid this hotel.(6) The hotel does not deserve 4 stars!
It was value for money. The view from my room was great. If I ever go back to Moscow I will definitelydefinitely be staying there again.
This one is a real 5-star, managed according to western standards. Brand new. Breakfast is also fine. 170 roubles for a tea bag/coffee pad is ridiculous, if you pay in average more than 300 Euros per night...
