The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious (for Europe). The staff was very helpful and friendly. An included hot Breakfast Bar was very much appreciated. The location was perfect as it was the spot where most tours kicked off. Nothing! I would absolutely stay again!
The situation, the quiteness, the praticality Aircondition (Functionning only on the prefixed degree by the Hotel)
Helpful staff, spa was excellent and location perfect. Included breakfast was a great addition Room didnt get turn down service and bed linen wasnt changed even when card left on bed to request this
Everything was excellant from start to finish. Great location, all the main sights were easy to reach. Very comfortable and clean, excellant breakfast. They even left a bottle of champagne in our room the night of my boyfriends birthday. I can't fault anything about this hotel, I can't believe people complain about it.
Location and convenience No Bath robes and slippers in the rooms.
Everything was fine, location is especially excellent... Breakfast room was small and crowded... Some staff was very helpful but there were also some guys in the breakfast room that were not polite...
the service was excellent. The staff was always happy and attentious. the building and the room were first class. The shower was too short. Thats the only thing we have to complain about this great hotel
Large room and bathroom, huge and delicious breakfast included, good location at junction of old and new city. Wonderful executive sitting room with free wine and drinks and food and friendly staff. Smoking was allowed in the public bar/lounge which made it unpleasant to sit there. Also, it would have been nice to have a nightlight in rhe bathroom. ,
The welcome was the best I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in. Both the Porter and Receptionist made sure that we were alright, and I saw them treat other guests in the same professional manner.
The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the city centre and a step away from Namesti Republicky metro The breakfast became boring, not much variety with hot food and the boiled eggs were very hard - there was no option to have eggs cooked the way you like them. The room was standard, unfortunately there were chocolate wrappers to the side of the bedside cabinet and an old pair of slippers under the bed. This was a bit off-putting. Although the hotel is ranked as a five star, it seemed more like a four star. It is still a very nice hotel and I would recommend the hotel for city breaks or business trips.
Brilliant. Staff excellent and friendly. Wide selecton of breakfast - cooked breakfast, fruit, cereal, breads etc. The room was clean and well furnished. The bed, pillows and duvet were incredibly comfy. Bathroom was a good size with a great rainfall shower. On top of this the location was brilliant; everything in walking distance. Room service charge of 200CZ for every delivery. I thought this was a bit extortionate considering I wanted something which was only 120CZ in the first place.
I liked the attention of the staff the most beside the excellent room. No complaints
The hotel was clean and bright, The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The room was well prepared. I don't laike smoking in public areas or bars, although this is not unique to to the Hilton Prague.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The breakfast was delicious.
Thr hotel staff were first class, extremely helpful, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommended and would like to visit again. Not at all
Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Close to Old Town. Nothing
great hotel, really nice rooms: new bathroom, iron in room. The free casino was also great!
The leisure centre and pool area was lovely. Housekeeping came into the room everymorning at 9 without checking if we were still in bed.
Almost everything I decided not to take a bath because of the water color
Wifi is ridiculously expensive. 15$ a day
location, service expensive internet
Design Breakfast Bathroom Location Staff Warming floor in a bathroom Too much hot in the rooms and no ability to change it
Great walking distance to everything with good facilities and friendly staff. Rooms were very nice as well. I reccommend staying here.
Very comfortable room. Exellent breakfast. Freandly stuff. Very goid location.. All is Exellent!!!! Thanks.
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at the grand majestic plaza. The location was great to walk down to all the major attractions, room were clean and beds comfortable and wifi worked great in the room. The breakfast was a good spread and they even make omelette or hard boiled eggs on request. I wish they had a gym. And found the housekeeping to be lacking - one day they forgot to put back the shower gel, which was frustrating to discover after stepping into the shower. And sometimes they'd forget to restock hand towels.
I loved the fact that everything was within walking distance and the staff was great! The only problem we had was an issue with our shower that was taking to long to fix. It took them 3 hours just to tell us that we have to move rooms.
Rooms and breakfast fantastic. Located 5 minute walk from old town and bridge Only that people were smoking in lobby
Hotel location is very convenient, near historic center and restaurants.Internet connection is not wireless, but the cable one and pretty good, The staff is very helpful and professional.Overall good hotel for fair price.
Very quiet and well located in city center. Good Buffet breakfeast. Nothing
the room was very clean and the staff satisfied all our requests. nice breakfast. although we paid with cash when we left, for some reason my credit card was blocked for a few days after our check out and i had to ask my bank to resolve the problem.
I like location of Hotel, design of Hotel I didn´t like smoke at hotel loby , it is not normal situation
Clean, mostly helpful staff, modern hotel. Fine breakfast. Satisfactory WiFi. I missed the first two nights of my stay because of missed airline connections, owing to a medical emergency of another airline passenger. I called as soon as the plane eventually landed. I was 5 hours past the cancellation deadline at this point (5 a.m. Prague time) and the reservation staff was not at hotel. I called 9 a.m. Prague time and explained, asking they not cancel my reservation. This happened two nights in a row due to airline intransigence. Reservation staff refused to budge on refunding either night's stay, even after I had to extend the stay by one day and spend another $150. I thought this very poor customer service.
Good staffs Blankets were not big enough
very friendly staff. good facilities. central location
Staff were very friendly, rooms beautifully furnished and a lovely upgrade due to the fact that this was our wedding anniversary. Breakfast is excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities were just what we required for our long weekend in Prague.
service, design, breakfast, location
1. Very friendly staff. 2. Large room with all facilities needed. 3. Excellent buffet breakfast. 4. Suitably located close to Prague attractions. Nothing. We had an enjoyable time.
Central location. Good breakfast. Efficient staff.
Staff was friendly and location was amazing...it was near the most popular part in prague... Ac was not cool enough...but weather was good anyways...
We had a wonderful time at the hotel, all the staff was very nice and helpfull. I recomend this hotel to every body.
The food and drink were excellent and the rooms were spacious and well presented. The service was good and staff very attentive. Heavy smoking in the bar with no area to go to get away from it.
I liked the kindness of the sraf. They helped us with every question and need. the room was cleened every day we left the room
As shown above we paid for an upgraded room which included CD player and free pay channels. I was with my daughter and as we did not intend to be out late in the evening having films available to watch was the reason we upgraded. I asked the hotel reception and was told that they were not available.
The staff at Radisson Blu Alcron are the friendliest and most personable bunch of people. From the front desk to the bar staff, they made any first time travelers to Prague very welcomed. Ondrej took the time to point out some of the best places to see and things to do while in Prague. The location of the hotel is also excellent. The rooms are very quiet even the ones facing the main thoroughfare. The rooms are rather small. They can really do away with the fabric sofas in the room (hygiene reasons) and just place 2 armchairs in the room to open up the space.
size of the room, location. breakfast a bit poor
The facilites, the staff, the location, and every aspect of the President Hotel was beyond expectations. A great experience!
I stayed at the hotel in March 2016, and was sufficiently pleased by the experience that I decided to return during my visit to Prague in March 2017. I was similarly pleased with the hotel during my recent visit.
we were very satısfıed.
Location Unless you are a part of a Japanese or other Tour group, you don't count. Poor breakfast buffet. Bathroom extremely small.
good staff. Very bad management.
We had an absolutely fantastic view from our river view room - the castle was much closer than it appeared in the website photos. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was open for four hours at breakfast, giving us plenty of flexibility, and the range and quality of food was excellent. The shower over the bath was OK, but a walk-in cubicle would have been better. Staff appeared at the room every evening with chocolates and a weather forecast - a nice touch but I would have preferred it if they didn't let themselves in while I was in the bathroom. I'm sure they would have respected the do not disturb sign but I never think to use it in the evening.
The hotel room was excellent - I don't know if we had an upgraded room but the view of the castle at night was wonderful. The staff need to know that a smile works wonders.
This hotel is facing the Vitava River and one block from main shopping and close to old town square. The rooms were spacious and the staff were excellent. Free Wi-fi in rooms and lovely buffet breakfast.
I had a wonderful stay. If I have to go back or recommend a hotel in Prague, I would recommend this hotel. It was very quiet, clean and luxury. The breakfast buffet was very convenient. great and outstanding hotel! There was nothing that I did not like of this hotel.
The breakfasts were great! Plus the view of the river was nice Eating in the bar because restaurant was not available
nearness to Old Town 5 minutes walk and the Cafe Imperial
The staff were helpful. When I was told by the breakfast lady that breakfast wasn't included in my room & I showed her proof that it was & she wasn't honoring it, the front desk manager corrected the error The black out curtains in the room, facing the bright street were broken
Beautiful room and very good service from the staff
Very friendly staff, excellent location for the Christmas markets
Beautiful room. Very good restaurant. There didn't appear to be any routine schedule with regard to housekeeping. Sometimes it would be before noon and one day the room hadn't been cleaned by 2 or 3 in the afternoon and we refused service because we would have had to leave the room.
Helpful friendly staff and extremely comfortable and attractive accomodation
I am picky and spoiled when it comes to hotels. I stayed in an executive room for three nights here and it exceeded my expectations and rivaled some of the most luxurious, expensive hotel rooms I have stay in -- and at a small fraction of the price!! The hotel is a short walk to everything, a train station is less than a block away, and a tram runs right out the front door. When you first enter the hotel, the lobby is deceiving because it is small, worn and, dated. Enter you room and wow! The upgrade to the executive room is well worth it. It was exquisitely appointed, spacious and luxurious with a powder room and separate full bathroom. L'Occtaine toiletries were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was exceptional. The room was quiet. The breakfast spread in the hotel's famous restaurant was excellent. I am glad I booked the room with the breakfast option. It was very well worth it. Bottom line: I doubt I will ever find a better value anywhere in the world any time soon. The lobby needs updating.
right in the center of the city, the hotel is walking distance to all main attractions. a very helpfull concierge and front desk. slight problem with the climatisation of the room due to weather transition period which was solved immediately by the technical service.
The hotel rooms are decorated very nicely offering a sense of luxury. (1) The hotel was located further away from the major sightseeing attractions than I expected. (2) The hotel staff were fine however they often seemed put out at the front desk when asked for assistance. (3) The duvets on the beds are too small, leaving us exposed (and, therefore, cold) throughout the night as we slept. (4) Smoking is allowed in the common areas of the hotel which made it unpleasant for us non-smokers.
Great art deco design with some excellent attention to detail and in a great location (if you turn right out of the front door). Room quite spacious for a city centre hotel. Bar is small - not somewhere for an intimate or quiet drink. Bar staff were often absent and never enthusiastic. Rate quoted on activehotels.com was not what was charged by the hotel - the rate was quoted in Euro and the hotel charged in Czech Koruna.
Location was excellent. The concierge was most helpful with concert tickets, directions, and a recommendation for a great restaurant. Very nice breakfast. All staff I dealt with was very helpful.
The breakfast had areally good variety, however it would be good if the guest could choose how their eggs are prepared. The non-smoking policy should be addressed, I specifically asked for a non- smoking room. however the room was on a floor with people that smoked and it affected me seriously, also the public areas should be non-smoking. again the comfortable part of the public lounge was so badly polluted with sigarette smoke that we could not use it and had to go to another restuarant for drinks and snacks
Beautiful suite for a room. The controls for the shower are confusing.
the cleanliness of the hotel and courtesey of the staff.
Receptionstaff did very well! Great service!! Beautiful bedroom, perfect airconditioner. Curtain to make it dark did not close totally, safe was not fixed to the cupboard, we missed the thing to clean the toilet. Staff in breakfastrestaurant could be more friendly. They work hard, but they forget to talk with the guest or give the some extra service, like serving some coffee or make a small talk with the guest.
The location was spot on. The room and ambience was just perfect. N/A
The staff and location were very good. We were within walking distance to all tourist attractions. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite good. The noise level was high. We were in a room towards the main street and could hear traffic and the tram all night. We could also hear loud guests in the hallway late into the night our first night.
The Thalia is situated in an ideal location 5 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from Wenceslas Square so ideal for sights and shops.
excellent location, good breakfast and very friendly staff who all spoke good English breakfast room was a bit dark
Airbnb didn't work out, and needed a good place to stay on short notice. The Eurostars Thalia was very affordable and very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone No complaints
The location is what attracted me to the Eurostars Thalia and it appeared to be a nice hotel on the website. Upon arriving, the hotel met all my expectations, the staff was very nice and the location was about as good as you're going to get in Old Town of Prague. I was traveling solo to meet up with my son on his Study Abroad trip but I will be returning with my wife and I would stay again for sure. Reasonable price, nicely furnished, attentive staff and great location!
Nice looking suite.
Staff very nice and helpful. excellent service we stayed in a room next to the lift. the noise was terrible!
If next time I am go to Prague, I will stay only this hotel.Thank you.
location is excellent. you can do all the important sites by walking. you don't need the metro. It was not 5 stars hotel service. We needed to argue about late checkout although the hotel was empty, the food in breakfast was cold, the room was small and no ventilation. The price of the transfer from the airport was outrageous.
The day we left my 13 yr old daughter was sick - we were allowed to keep one of our rooms without any fuss until 7.0p.m. - she was much inproved by then - that touch was just great No
Proximity to all sites in Prague, to the metro, to the trams, to the shopping area. Service excellent. Bar very quiet at night. We had to go out to have a drink in a social atmosphere.
Great Hotel. Close to old town. Great food through out the city. Use the Resturant guide "square meal" 4 stars and you can't go wrong. Great city to walk thru. AC not up to par.
Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The rates were all affordable including parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Quality of fixtures and finishes was high - Bathroom very nice, Breakfast room and selection excellent. Service of all staff very high. Location very good.
The location and the decor. No.
The staff service is outstanding, perfect and very nice.
The location was excellent. The room was luxurious. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. It was terrific having our car taken care of at check-in in this very busy city.
The fact that the hotel was clean, modern and the food was good. The hotel was also very well located No complaints whatsoever!!!
Second time we have stayed at the Yasmin. Excellent hotel, great location, clean, staff helpful and a good breakfast. Would definately stay again and recommend.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is great! The restaurant serves a various choice of international dishes at very reasonable prices and the food is very delicious! Overall we had a great stay and would go back any time! no
Ich kann das Hotel Yasmin nicht beurteilen, da wir wegen einer Überbuchung am Anreisetag in ein anderes Hotel wechseln mussten. Die Abwicklung vom Hotel-Wechsel hat aber gut geklappt.
Excellent location, walking distance from all the sights The carpets are looking rather dirty.
general atmosphere and the room is great for breakfeast: some fruits were not fresh, but from cans (ananas, mandarines); I think for a 4 star hotel this should not happen.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and did everything possible to make our visit pleasant. The room was quiet, and reasonably well set up. Very close to train station, and very convenient to most parts of Prague.
Location, polite and efficient staff on Reception and dining room Limited coffee/tea in room. A free ungrade was mentioned on the website - this was requested as the trip was for my husbands special birthday but did not recieve despite the hotel being relatively quiet and it was low season.
Breakfast buffet was splendid; fresh grapefruit was out of this world; coffee was great. Hotel decor is ultra modern-very, very nice. A beautiful courtyard for dining area. Our room was huge with a sitting area. The young man helping with our luggage and our car provided the best service we've ever had. Detailed directions on how to reach the hotel by car would have helped. Prague is a challenge--it took us a long time to figure out a way to get there.
the room was ready with our requirement, the check-in staff was clear, some front desk staff and duty manager was very cooperative, good breakfast although limited, good restaurant and room service staff, good housekeeping staff, good location. was not sure if we have given "Junior Suite" it seemed "Yasmin Suite" as toled by the bell boy, the room is not children friendly, limited tv channels: non for children, most of the lifts were out of service, limited room service menu: non for children, no children laundry price list. We needed to go to a hospital for an accident, but the front desk staff was not helpful to a first timer traveler to Prague!
Modern room in good central location They don't provide an iron and board, you have to pay to have things pressed
Clean, spacious, quiet, and easy to get to from the train station. The boyf and I like walking around so taking that 5-10 min walk each day to the center wasn't a big deal for us, but it may be for lazy tourists. Double beds are literally two beds pulls together... but that's a Europe thing, not a Yasmin hotel thing.
the rooms were very comfortable a bit out of the centrebut it was convenient for the opera and tram routes
Really excellent experience and pleasurable stay, especially the fabulous spa facilities. The only negative was that the beautiful hotel lobby hall was closed off one evening for a private funcion and we have to access the hotel via a side entrance.
Building interiors are stylish, give a very pleasant feel, the breakfast was excellent, cigar bar is small but cosy. The gym is rather poorly equipped, and the cheaper rooms in the modern annex to the buildings are to small.
Good staff. Bad furniture and very dirty. Bad Furniture. Bad food. No spa. Dirty towels. Dirty carpets.
excellent pool and sauna rate for breakfast was steep in terms of price but there was an excellent cafe about 5 mins walk from there which was nice to sit outside
The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast amazing! The hotel advertised its spa and pool facilities, however they were both out of service until further notice. Felt ripped off as we booked into the hotel on the basis that they have spa and pool facilities. We did not receive a discount for the inconvenience. There was also no hot water on the day of our arrival which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
Helpful and pleasant staff and good location for city visit to Prague. 1) The spa and facilities was out of order and we were not informed about this in advance. We were only told about this on arrival at the hotel. 2) The carpets in our room no. 334 were heavily stained and looked dirty.
good level of service and facilities the hotel bar prices are a too much
very far from the center
room comfort and design, breakfasts, hotel building and the spa +swimming pool insufficient room heating
I got an upgrade to a junior suite, which was very nice. There was some confusion at the check in where the receptionist mentioned that the breakfast is included in the rate. However it was not included - as stated on the booking confirmation.
stylish room/suite, good breakfast
Foyer, pleasant friendly staff, quiet and relaxing rooms....nice location to metro and tram No everything was great....maybe staff could say more about the wellness centre and encourage guests to try it more...
The hotel is a fair distance from the town centre but the metro takes you almost to the front door. For breakfast i found there was plenty to choose from and it was decent quality. my room was a decent size very clean and i never heard any noise from outside or inside the hotel. Wifi was ok but it was not as strong as other hotels i have used in Prague. The price for a beer in the hotel bar was ridiculous,i could get a bigger beer across the street for a fraction of the price.
Everything was ok,staff is superb at reception desk The room was too cold, but I can undestand-change of weather)
the staff were helpful, kind, informed and friendly It was in a strange section of town with no place to walk to nearby -although the metro was next to the hotel and very easy to use. Also, the hotel gave me free passes everyday that applied to all Prague transportation. I wish the food had been Czech and not generic American/English.
Easy to find when arriving late in Prague. Safe underground parking, though very expensive at 21 Euros/night. I was on the tenth floor and had fabulous views! Excellent buffet breakfast. Price of parking and breakfast was dear at 16 Euros. It is a way out of the city though public transport, trams and metro are right outside.
The hotel was well located, not in the center of Prague but we could be there in 10 minutes taking the subway. The room was very large, nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions, we had a good experience. The restaurant and the room service were extremely expensive. The problem is there are no places near enough for eating, so if you are tired and don't want to go far you are trapped. I would recomend to have snacks and store them in your room since day 1.
The decor was nice enough. The staff were great. Food was fine, the usual European breakfast. The continuous Mozart playing in the lift was a bit much, especially 'don giovanni'. School groups were staying when we were there which made it a bit less romantic. View of a cemetery from our window.
A bit far from the center, but next to a subway station. comfortable and quiet rooms, good breakfast breakfast sadly not included in the price.
great staff, great location, beautiful hotel, just wonderful! nothing!!!!
Perfect loction the hotel is a very good option. The people has good attitude, food is good, restaurantes aré nice, the place ítself is a beautiful building
Everything! The hotel is beautiful! As we arrive by car there's no parking facilities.
location and Hotel were great!
The hotel had a lot of charm. You live in the history of the hotel. But is also very comfortable hotel. New bathroom, good wifi etc... Breakfast was very good. The lighting could have been cosier in the room
surroundings and friendliness of staff.
beautifull, charming interior of the hotel, especially Cafe Paris that unfortunatelly restaurant Sarah Bernhardt was under reconstruction
Staff and Cleanliness No coffee and Tea facilities in the room
Central location and decoration of the hotel. Rooms very clean and maintenence very accurate. Good breakfast quality The furnitures of the lobby are out of date
opera, recitals and general sight seeing
From the Reception Staff, to the Staff in the Restaurant, all were courteous, warm and helpful. The breakfasts were first class and our dining experience in the Sarah Bernhardt Restaurant were delightful. Too many Americans who seemed to commandeer the restaurant at meal times, and the rest of us couldn't get a seat!!!
Hotel is in a great location and had a nice welcome from all the staff
Quality of the room, reception staff friendly always wanting to help.Quality of food.Central location. Most unfriendly restaurant staff.Never saw a smile. It seemed as if just pouring a cup of coffee was doing us a favour
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We had 3 people in our party (two twins and a extra bed). The hotel room was a little tight for 3 people but we only stayed there to sleep. Location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distances to great clubs, bars, and food. I highly recommend checking out Bombay Bar and then M1 Ultra Lounge for a great night (get bottle service). The main tourist attractions were 10~15 min walking distance away. Nothing really but if i had to nitpick: Room was a little small. The elevator was slow? They charged for late check out ($30 for 2 hours - think). In comparison, we didn't get charged for late check out in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Vienna. Laundry was expensive - pricing based on individual article of clothing.
Clean, great location, nice facilities, nice staff, quiet
Very helpful and nice staff! Excellent location for shopping and tourism! Good breakfust Paying wifi access unless you're on a suite.
Friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was expensive as well as drinks, juice, coffee and snacks at the Hotel Bar
Great hotel with a wonderful location. 24-hour bar and restaurant were exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff.
We stayed for 4 nights and everything was just wonderful. Most of all was the location (right in the center of the city) and very luxurious for it's price! We got a much better room than the one we booked and even a small problem with the a/c that was making noise, the stuff fixed it right away and everyone was very polite! Everything was perfect! Nothing bad, everything excelent, we will be staying there any time we visit Prauge
Excellent location ,very nice staff , comfortable rooms , good value for money
what great and in a great location.
comfortable , but boring , unappealing and oldfashioned without the old charm. Friendly staff
mostly location some of the service
location of the hotel 1- There is no available iron and iron board in the room, whenever you need it you have to call and they bring it to you and the come and take it back after 1 hour. 2- there is no much choise in the BF.
Apart from all of the above we especially liked the very close proximity of the metro, which was very easy to use. The girls on the concergie desk were very helpful at all times.
the spa facilities
The hotel was immaculate, excellent facilities and friendly helpful staff. The hotel has its own metro station and the centre of Prague is 10 minutes away. The room was a good size, well laid out. the hotel has a wide choice of restaurants and the food/service from them all was excellent. The swimming pool on the top floor is something else, th view of Prague is incredible. The steeam room and sauna was also very good. This hotel comes very highly recommended and i woud definelty use it again. The only minor criticism was that there was maintenance going on, drilling and hammering that started early in the morning and lasted all day.
Good location and comfort. Very expensive additional facilities in the hotel: internet, food and beverage.
Very comfortable and had a great window view
I enjoyed fairly cheap weekend rates and I liked the large room and health spa facilities. The hotel is a couple of stops on the Metro from Wenceslas Square and three stops from the railway station.
The kindness of all the personal.
beside from exelent service was the location of the hotel very good because the Metro was very near by and it gave easy acsess to the city.
spa, room, breakfast, location in room and lobby it was really cold!
easy to go with the metro
Hotel was good value, clean, excellent breakfast buffet and close to metro subway station. I would use it again.
location main loby,
I had good time in the hotel the AC is not qualified
Very comfortable stay, friendly staff, good spa/gym facilities and a small pool even, and a great location in the very centre of old Prague City. I thought the breakfast was pricey, especially when the menu was limited compared to many other Hotels of its Class !
Great hotel in the very city center! We enjoyed our stay a lot, inluding the dinner at a Zinc restaurant!
room was spacious. very limited vegetarian food in brakefast and lounge
Location and friendliness Noise from construction which was not told to us prior to check in
Very nice staff at both reception and restaurant! Very comfy bed, nice quiet room. We will definitely come back to enjoy the night and the food at Zinc!
The Hotel is beautiful, the room was exceptionally comfortable great bathroom with bath & lovely Crabtree & Everlyn products. Health club included a small swimming pool. The location is excellent, tram stop almost outside the front - which made getting around the city a breeze, fast & efficient service. Also a supermarket opposite. The Hotel is very convenient to all the sights Having to check out
Very nice hotel in the city center, close to all main sights. Quiet room, friendly staff. They also have very good restaurant, definitely recommend! Really glad we have chosen this hotel!
The staff in the executive lounge were most helpful...ad the location was great for our first visit to Prague. The management attitude is very poor when it comes to assuring my satisfaction with the maatresses in the hotel...like sleeping on the floor. and I have a billing problem. They did not honor the rate you gave me of 217 euros per night.,
Friendly staff, clean room, and excellent breakfast. This is a great hotel for the money.
Clean rooms, friendly front office staff , new and clean. Good and sufficient breakfast Small rooms, lack of seating space, chairs , seating aeria.A place where you can relax after a long day of side seeing. Very poor wi fy conetion.
The room was quite small but still OK for two, nice and clean, although a bit smelly maybe due to the new carpets. The bathroom seemed to be brand new. Nearby railway wasn't that disturbing at all but can be a problem for some. Staff was really helpful (agreed to change rooms after we checked in and didn't like ours).
The best thing about this hotel is the value for money.Very chip but not a bad hotel at all.Clean and nice rooms and five minutes walking from metro station. The bad thing was the location in relation with the centre. Not so far but the neibourgh was not so safe or at least it did not look like that.Very quite and walking there through night was a little bit scary...
The friendly atmosphere, the professional staff at the reception, the comfort of the room, the feeling that one was well looked after and that the staff cared about the client, making his stay more than pleasant, always helpful and ready to answer questions and make very good suggestions.
new furniture, on a very quiet street, fair quality for the money we paid small rooms/bathrooms, the distance between the underground station and the hotel was more than we expected (but less than 10 mins anyway)
Good and pleasant servises, cheap and fairy, but I consider this hotel (B&B) is suitable only for city tours but not for relaxation 3rd flor is under repair, works start at 6 am. and are very noisy, also the train which is very-very close to the hotel disturbs a lot. Very poor heating in the rooms.
Hotel Staff and their politeness. Quick to response. Prefered a small fridge and kettle in the room.
The hotel is clean and its location is perfect. But it is alittle bit noisy. otherwise its value is perfect, and i would recommend it only one incident that happened that i didnt like at all. I was in my room and suddenly the house keeper entered the room with some other lady without knocking or anything and then she asked me to take some measurements for the window in the room !!!
We stayed in the hotel Adeba with my friend and we appreciate the quietness and stillness at that hotel, very kind and even modest and polite staff (may be students - young boys and girls). And in the same time the hotel is close to railway - the windows of our room saw to the gothic wall and the top were trains. But they are very rare and we feel ourselves as in magic cave. We enjoyed that. Besides that the centre of Prague is very close and the hotel also is near autobus station - from it we travel throughout Czechia, and near subway. Thanks a lot to the staff. We wiil be back. The only thing that put questions - monotonous and frugal breakfast, even more monotonous, because in the first day the sausages and ham were very tasty and on the eighth day they were so common.
price , breakfast
so cheap comparing the fesilities. and acturelly a nice place. very near the main bus station. if you want to go another town by Student Agency. not near the city center and sightseeing, loud at night because of the train comes by.
