The staff are very welcoming and accomodating. They always answered any questions with a smile, and were very quick to respond to any needs we had. The room was very clean, but there was street noise during the day. They had a nice breakfast in the mornings. Difficult finding restaurants to go to. They need to have a restaurant guide/intertainment guide in the room. When we asked about places to eat, they were very accomodating and even gave us some coupons to use.

Nice remodeled room, minus the bathroom. Staff really helpful and was in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. There is a ton of road noise all day and night from cars and trucks. Sounds your windows were open all night. They should've upgraded the windows to block this noise.
The cleanliness, the simple yet nice decoration, the courteous personnel. nothing, really.
The room was very nice & comfortable for a business trip. The breakfast, free wifi & gym were nice perks. The shower was weak. The refrigerator in the room was a bit noisy when the motor kicked in. And the freezer leaked water into the frig section. There are only two restaurants near by, which I don't particularly care for that type of food. They don't look that great either. So I had to drive if I wanted anything, groceries, restaurants or pharmacies.
Staff was very friendly. Very nice decor. Easy access to your room - You don't have to walk through a huge lobby. Easy to go to Falafel's Drive In and the mall. Bedding and bath towels were not normal hotel quality. Was not a fan of the way the comforter was easily exposed. Wasn't in a traditional duvet cover and could see the stains of the actual comforter when the sheet was pulled at certain angles.
All employees were very nice and helpful. We were accommodated even during a rush and early arrival. Breakfast is a nice touch, and whole place looks modern with interesting artwork, plus a nifty business lounge with printer.
The room was clean, location was good. Place was nicer after their recent construction. The Housekeeping staff was great. Booked a room with two Queen beds, even called earlier in the day and confirmed. When I arrived, was told there was only single King bed rooms available, no help at all at the front desk.
arrived with paid in full advance confirmation and correct booking details and was told (rudely) by front desk that they could not find it and were "full" . They did nothing to solve the problem and left me to find a new hotel last minute, exhausted, late at night in the most expensive silicon valley area in the country costing me over $500. I am a frequent business traveler and have never experienced such aweful hotel service in my life. This hotel should be ashamed of itself and should evaluation its purpose and focus going forward. I would go as far as to say people should be fired for the way they mishandled such a basic customer function like this. Will never return to this service shithole again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
We had stayed here a year ago because the location was perfect for us. It was undergoing renovations at the time. They are done now and the place looks really nice. The complimentary breakfast is great. It seems as though the finishing touches of the renovation are not done. Our room could have used a dresser or at least some more drawer space. They should have replaced the mattresses.
