The hotel was gorgeous and the location was great. The staff at the hotel helped me with all of my needs and my stay was amazing. The lighting was a bit tricky to figure out in rooms.
Very attentive staff. Unique rooms. Very expensive food for the quality.
The location was central to everything in Seoul. Perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. There was a direct entrance to the underground shopping center and subway. while there were restaurants inside the hotel, they were too expensive for my taste, and with so many other options around the hotel to eat at, why would you eat at the hotel.
Best location and very convenient.
Good location, good for shopping and business Air conditioner was not good enough for day time to reach 22degree C.
Check-inn and check out very quick. Conveniently located near city hall, metro access and within 5 minutes walking of my business address. No complaints
Friendly staff Front desk staff somewhat too 'formal'
Accommodate early check-in; a little bit too expensive
The hotel was literally steps (5-15 minutes) from some of the attractions, train station, tourist info kiosk. A staff brought me to my room and explained how to work the card key and explained which was free and can be charged to the room. Room was clean. There was no thermostat to adjust the heat in the room. I found the setting a bit warm. What solved the problem (partly) was to open an inner window so there was a slight cool breeze that came from the outside.
Best location in Seoul, right in the center, very close to City Hall and Palaces. Subway is 100 yards away.
Friendly and Helpful Staff City Centre Location - walking distance to two palaces, subway, restaurants, city tour and airport busses Room was spacious and clean nothing:)
I liked how close it was to the festivities that were going on while my stat there. I liked how the walls really blocked sound coming in from other rooms, it made me feel very seperated from the world. I did not like how the staff would look at my girlfriemd different than they would look at me, it really put off our mood for a bit. Also i got the room with the intent of it having a two person tub and it did not, but we were already put off by the mood we recieved so we didnt choose to pursue the matter.
Had to pay about $10 for a lost card key. they are usually free at other hotels.

-LOCATION -free wifi -American-style plug outlet -clean -next to 7-eleven and airport KAL limousine sometimes I wish the air-conditioning unit would have worked a bit faster/harder, but I'm sure it was just my lack of understanding Korean to read the thermostat monitor
Close to the city hall station, walking about 5 minutes. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The room was quiet ,clean and comfortable. The hotel also was close to Myeongdong, Namdaemun and Deoksugung. no.
The location of Hotel Aropa is very well, it's right next of Namdamun and Myeongdong. I found hair on both of my towels on my first day, so I didn't used them during my 4-night stay. It was disgusting! Only 1 free bottle of water each day, but we have 2 people staying.
A comfortable bed and good of the location. Cleaning the room is irresponsible. Dirt on the bathtub used on the previous day was also just as it is on the next day. It's unclean that even the hair I have dropped is left in the next day's bathtub. Please clean.
Men's spa/sauna Room size, amenities.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my entire 3 day stay in Korea in phenomenal English. Breakfast was included and the cleaning lady folded my clothes and organized all my things in the room!! The only thing stopping me from giving this hotel a perfect 10/10 is that it is not in the best location for night life.
The location was convenient The construction next door and the unfriendly staff
Very clean! And courteous staff! Internet was super fast as well. The location was great-- close to the station and Myeongdong and other fun things. A little tricky to find when we arrived, given we don't speak Korean. Once we arrived and familiarized ourselves with the area, it was fine. Bathroom door was glazed glass which was kind of uncomfortable-- would have preferred just a normal door.
Sauna just one bottle of water for free
close to everywhere. clean, quiet and comfortable a bit hard to find
