The location was good. I was able to hop right on the metrolink and 3 stops later I was at the stadium. There are only 4 bars left on the landing so it's not what it used to be. The staff was particularly rude during check in. if you need extra bedding or towels you have to go to the front desk to get it. They now charge a $10 resort fee which is ridiculous because that hotel is far from any kind of resort. 20 minute wait for the elevator. There are only two outlets in the bedroom you can use. One outlet by the bed. You have to unplug the lamp if more than one person wants to charge their phone at night. Which makes it a little dangerous to walk because the fattest light is across the room. Non-smoking rooms/floors completely smell like smoke. I wish I would've stayed somewhere else,
The location was convenient for local attractions. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and very clean. It would've been nice to be able to go to the lobby of the hotel and get breakfast and a good cup of coffee without having to go to over to the casino.
easy access to casino. The room furniture looked like it was from the 1990's when the hotel was Embassy suites. The water pipes rattled loudly in the room especially in the morns with people bathing in other rooms. The desk/dresser combo was way too high for the non rolling chair they had for it. It put my laptop almost to shoulder level. The lighting in the bathroom was practically non-existent. I think it consisted of 2 20 watt bulbs. Absolutely no light in shower. The ground floor to roof open atrium looks beautiful but makes a natural echo amplifier chamber which even closing all doors in room didn't help lower the noise when they had an event especially with a live band.
Will be nice when remodeled. They had a hidden $10 fee. I could have stayed in the middle of downtown for same price at a very least the same quality room, but from what I found out, nicer.

Nothing There is absolutely nothing to like about this place they screwed up my reservation, I had to sleep on the floor, the room was not clean, the staff was rude. Parking was terrible and confusing. I regret staying there!
Close to baseball field You have no control over the room temperature (our room was 75 and muggy the entire time and it was 100 outside). The bathroom was so terribly lit that it was hard to see in the shower and also the shower head was incredibly small. There were numerous stains on the floor in the room and the hallway.
The room was nice and had plenty of space Had no Wifi access and tried calling the front desk and could not get anyone to answer phone. Was thinking of ordering room service but had no menu and again could not get an answer from front desk.
There was definitely some false advertising on the side of the Expedia. The room and bathroom were nothing like what was pictured on the web site. The pool area was also closed and the hotel proceeded to charge us for the resort fees. Why would we be charged the full price for the resort fee when we can't use the full amenities? That doesn't make sense. When we went to discuss this with the manager of the hotel, about the resort fees and the room not looking like the pictures we saw, all he could say was that it wasn't his fault and that there was nothing he could do for us. He was incredibly rude, not willing to be understanding at all. I found this to be incredibly appalling, considering he is in a managerial position of a hotel, he seemed to be lacking training in customer service. With that being said, we will not be staying at this hotel ever again. The bathroom was incredibly small and disgusting. There was hair all over the tub and the were brown spots all over the shower wall and the shower curtain had yellow stains all in it. It was hard to believe that this place was just recently renovated. Considering the fridge in the room was actually really old and we were told that it wouldn't keep our stuff real cold but cold enough.

The best part of this stay was after we checked out and left the parking lot. Most everything. Pool area and Sauna was filthy. Sauna did not work and temp did not get above 100 degrees. Service person at pool was rude. Bathroom had dirt and mold built up in the corners. Must moldy odor in room. This place definitely did not live up to the advertising and hype. Was a place for gamblers to lay their heads for a few hours before going back to the tables and games. Not much more than this.
The price was ok and the stay was peaceful once we got to our room. This hotel should have been called a Motel. Entirely too much going on in this hotel. Overall the hotel seemed to be dated... Old looking carpet throughout and furniture made this place look equvilant to motel 6. The only way i'd come back is if i would cheat on my wife. Being that it will never happen means this was my first and last time.
The actual hotel room is great! The staff did a poor job of providing customer service. The room card didn't work no one explained that you had to go to the 8th floor then get off and find another set of elevators to get to your room. It was loud The casino makes everything smell like smoke and whatever they use to try and mask the smoke.
Hotel looks like it was placed in the middle of a 3rd world country. The hotel was beautiful, and staff were excellent. The restaurant serves one of the best breakfasts. Terrible mouse in the room the entire time. The soundproofing from the outside is non-existing. Heard the wind howling and the traffic 24rs. a day.
The location was superb for being near the arch. The staff was excellent and changed my room for the second night to the top so I could see the arch, it was awesome! Room 500 "with an arch view". It was the back wall of the pool building!
Friendly, proactive and helpful staff in all departments we dealt with... front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, even security. View was great of the Arch and river

Absolutely every staff person was polite, friendly and always seemed truly happy. I made a point to tell the front desk person along with other staff that I happened to interact with. Our bed seemed to send both of us to the middle of the bed.

Arrived Friday and they gave us our room early at no extra charge. The front desk staff was above and beyond amazing! Room was clean and we had upgraded to the arch view. They were "under construction " for remodeling on 2 of the floors but we never heard anything or saw anything. The ladies running the breakfast were outstanding and so sweet and energetic. It was all clean and very fresh food. Hope we make a point to go to st Louis again and will definitely stay there and recommend it to everyone. Thanks for having us! Pool was a bit cloudy but there was a bunch of kids in there before us.
I definitely liked the customer service rep named Andrew. When we arrived I told him that we were on our anniversary and he made a point to go and get us a bottle of Champagne. I will be definitely staying here when I visit St. Louis again!! Beds!!!! Very Uncomfortable but the customer service, hands down made up for it!!
The warmth and friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. This experience exceeded my expectations.
The staff was great, and extremely friendly. Children loved the complementary hot chocolate. I would stay here again. For a family, the room could use more drawer space. We did not use the pool or spa, because it did not appear very clean, and had a very strong chlorine smell.

Went for a weekend stay to watch a football game. It's across the street from the stadium. They had a nice breakfast as well as a pleasant evening snack gathering which could be a low key dinner as well. The staff was quite helpful with suggestions and nicely accommodated my need for extended parking until after the game. Everything on this trip went right, and the room itself was a pleasure. Can't think of anything.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were lovely and clean and comfortable. Loved being able to swim in the indoor pool. And the "extras' were all free! Great hotel!

The free hot breakfast was amazing and the hot meal in the evening was good also. They give you a drink ticket for 3 free alcoholic drinks per night with the hot dinner. Really saves on money for food if you can get 2 free meals a day with them. Within walking distance of Busch Stadium, the tram pick-up for the Budweiser Brewery Tours, and the St. Louis Arch. Great location!! nothing
This place was fantastic. Everything from the room layout, to happy hour, to facilities provided. Nice, welcoming staff and very clean room. Parking. No options for parking but I get it...it is downtown STL and options are limited. Just pricey to valet your car.
Very spacious suite. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great food at attached restaurant , Robust. Friendly helpful staff. Overall one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here again.
I liked how it wasn't too far from most things I did. The beds were comfortable. I liked that the pool was indoors in the second floor (pretty cool). & I liked the breakfast they served & the small snack area that had a variety of drinks & food u could purchase. The air conditioning wasn't always keeping the room comfortable. It was either too cold or too warm. The front desk staff had a few unprofessional employees that seemed to be less than polite after hours when I'm sure their was a lack of management or no management at all.
Great hotel with great staff. Renovations were top notch!hitel was cleanest I've ever been to. Room was comfortable and cozy. Parking being charged to my card then having to have it refunded since I have handicap parking. Microwave sitting on the room floor.
The manager Dana, was by far the greatest help. She suggested places and things to see in the city....places to eat, sightseeing on a budget.she was the best....if I come again I will definitely stay here....
The furniture was very nice. Rooms were comfortable.? I was not happy with the elevator. The four days I was there, there was usually one elevator that was out of service. Luckily was on the second floor, so I used the stairs a lot. Was not impressed with the restaurant. I was surprised there wasn't any bacon.
After reading the reviews I was pretty nervous about this stay. We usually stay at another hotel, but they were booked up. I was definitely surprised with this hotel. We walked back to the hotel around 2:30 am and there weren't any homeless people like reviews stated. Our beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the location was ideal. I would defintely consider staying here agian on my next trip to St. Louis. Had issues wih our keys working. Only real con. This is not a luxuy hotel, so don't expect one. Its budget friendly. You get what you pay for.
Staff were friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. For the price, it was conveniently located. If you are going to a football game, the location is very convenient (if not, it is busy and noisy on game morning). Walls VERY thin, I definitely heard more than I wanted to of the room next door even with both of our TVs on. The shower was not hot. I don't know if it was too many people using hot water at the same time or what. Breakfast/coffee was taken down before 9 on Sunday morning because people started arriving to park for the football game. The place looked somewhat shabby, mismatched paint and little repairs done shoddily, but for the price right downtown that's expected.
Good location, large bed, tv awful breakfast (bugs in the bred, stuff like that) / Room service keep on yelling and knocking at your door until you open in the morning (very annoying and no sign "do not disturb") / weird shower and the door did not close / dirty carpet
