Value Location to food, etc. Comfort Only paid $65 for one night and I can't complain. Beds are comfortable, toilet and shower worked, lights and refrigerator were good. Environment Old rooms, need renovation Hotel in general, needs renovation We arrived at night to check in and it was a bit intimidating. It is located right next to an abandoned restaurant of some sort, and you just get a bad vibe. While going to park, we saw two gentlemen acting strange, one seemed disoriented, as they walked from a hotel room. The rooms and hotel in general are definitely quite old. The floors were quite squeaky and the tile in the bathroom was old and the grout was cracked.
The staff gave an excellent service during our stay.
The bed sunk into wherever the heavier person laid and the other person, me, had sleep into the same sunken area. could not move anywhere else on the bed. we didn't care for the packaged breakfast, went to McDonalds instead.
I like that when I reached there I was greeted in a nice way. After that everything was disappointing The manager mr Alex was so unprofessional when I complaint about breakfast he said that you didn't come in 5 star hotel . It was highly unprofessional the way breakfast was presented. Over all I would say I won't go there again.

I cannot say I liked anything. I have stayed in worse. I took my socks off. After walking around the room for a few minutes, the soles of my feet were filthy. I had to wash them and put my socks back on.
The location was good as we were going on a cruise and it was close to our departure point No elevator, room was disgusting, I reached to plug something in at the head of the bed and the dust ruffle/sheets up there were covered with dust and hair and filth. If it wasn't SO late we would have left and found another place to stay. I needed an outlet for my CPAP and the close outlets were not functioning. Breakfast was about the worst free continental breakfast I have ever had. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
It took an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport which would have been fine if we were told in advance. We were told it was on its way. Called three times and asked for description of van. Front desk said it would say Howard Johnsons on the van but it said Veterans Limousine. The room was filthy and when we took the shuttle to the cruise other people were also commenting on how dirty it was. One customer said they left their luggage in the bath tub so it wouldn't touch the dirty floor. Next time I will spend a little more and get a decent room. I looked up price for uber and it is cheaper to use them to get to the cruise port than the $10 per person they charge.

Right next to 3 strip clubs. Hotel business, outside of 8 Buccaneers game days, seems to be for prostitution. Saw two roaches in the room and there was no toilet paper. Horrible place, shocked that it's still opened.
It was 5 minutes from the park where we were volunteering that morning, which is why we picked this hotel We tried to check in at 2:45 and were told there would be a 5 minute wait because the computers were having issues. 30 minutes later, no one had talked to us and we were sitting where we could see the front desk. We had to leave to take care of an event. When we came back at 8:45, they were still unable to check us in for another 20 minutes. There were 4 or 5 people in line at this point, and the manager was fixing the tourist pamphlets instead of talking to any of us. When we did make it up to the desk, the front desk person checked us in with a total of 5 words. There was no good parking when we went to our room. The room itself looked like we had time traveled back to 1993. There were stains on the carpet, the nightstand drawer didn't have a handle to open it, the smoke detector's battery cover was missing, and the list goes on (we took pictures). When we checked out the next morning, it was the shortest interaction I have ever had to check out.
