Pool in need of maintenance , broken pool tiles, hard mattresses and pillows, small breakfast selection, ground maintenance need close attention

Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful tropical gardens in a jungle riverside setting, on the edge of town.
Hotel restaurant and bar lack cooling. Whilst open to the outside, the tropical location means it is always hot and humid, both day and night. The restaurant ceiling fans provide no air flow, and the Bar has no fans or air-conditioning at all. Note also that the hotel complex is located on a steep slope, with multiple split levels and each room is reached through the gardens via dozens of steps. Not suitable for those with who may be less mobile.
