Clean rooms, older but clean. Great breakfast which was included. Restaurant staff was great! Morning front desk staff was great. Would stay again! UNDER MAJOR CONSTRUCTION! POOL WAS CLOSED! Early hammering didn't help, arrived late so expected to sleep later. Bar was loud for Sunday night and the only rooms available on the ground floor included the bar sounds.
The staff was super friendly, rooms where cleanwe, and it was nice the hotel was next to Wal Mart and close to the airport. The Breakfast was ok, but if you stay there more than a couple nights be aware they just repeat the same two meals every other day. While I was there it was blizzard conditions for one night, which meant high winds. Most of the ac/heater wall units in the hotel you could hear nothing or a whistling sound, which was fine. The unit in my room on the other hand made an extremely loud vibrating sound when the wind passed through it. I brought it to the front desks attention and they insisted it was just the wind and there was nothing they could do and because of the snow the hotel was full and I couldn't switch rooms. I informed them the vibrating sound was not normal and there was something loose inside causing it, maybe maintenance should take a look at it. They still insisted nothing could be done....it was awful trying to sleep through the noise. Thank goodness the rest of my stay wasn't a windy one!
The staff was helpful I was not impressed by being woke up to the fire alarm at 3or so am. It was not the first time it happened as the fire department was in no rush to get in. It was the electrical board at the desk that malfunctioned and I would say has happened before from everyone on staff and fire men's reaction. Also because of the inconvenience I feel we should have received some sort of reinbursement
Clean, excellent beds, very roomy, and the Keurig coffee machine in the room. I paid on November 22 $175, but on December 1, I paid $129. On neither occasion I would have to guess that the motel was about 1/2-1/4 full. Not happy about the $50 extra rate.
Beds were very comfy, the heat/cool unit was easy to understand and use. The little Keurig was nice and the fact that it was 100% smoke free was AWESOME!!
Very clean, great breakfast, quiet, great staff Loose floorboard in the bathroom
We got there to check in and they said our reservation was for the night before. They were unwilling to work with us to figure out a reasonable solution. We paid for a night we did not use and the hotel got our money for free.
Hotel was good. Would've liked if I didn't have to be a fucking detective to get receipt emailed to me from booking agency for reimbursement.
The service was superb. The front desk guy was great
Very nice rooms! Loved the full kitchen (even though we didn't use it). They are just getting ready to open a Papa John's, and Qdoba just across the parking lot.
Friendly, nice lounge and outdoor area and the room itself. The room could have been cleaner - the bed-side table had leftover liquid spilled and still sticky from a previous guest.
rooms are very comfortable and spacious. parking lot was very icy.
Great customer service. Clean spacious room. Good breakfast selection. Very nice hotel for Williston.
Clean, New, Nice Pool, Modern Decor, Comfortable Bed, Friendly Staff Staff struggled to check us out because they were not connected to check-out software. Light fixture in bathroom was missing cover, no towel bars to hang towels, lights in pool area off and no way to turn them on. Breakfast ok, one of the attendants stunk of skunk (weed).
Staff was great, very friendly and helpful Check out was at 11 but they allowed me to push it to 12 with no additional fees
Great staff! Clean hotel. And quiet! I was actually surprised at just how nice it was! Room service wasn't the best.
More of a man camp hotel than a hotel. It is at best middle of the road for what Williston has to offer Room was smelly. The whole hotel had a sketchy feel to it. The staff was great, and that made it bearable - but just barely.
The free breakfast was really good, the hotel manager was friendly as well as the staff We had to wait quit a long time before anyone waited on us. The hotel did not have any information in the room as far as things to see, or any information on the hotel as to what it offered.
Friendly front desk staff The room heater did not work. They said they would come fix it, but they never did. The front desk staff the following morning said the heaters are too much for the circuit breakers, and many rooms don't work.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable price. Only thing I was not happy about was that my room faced the road so there was some road noise. I live in the country so that was something to get used to. I just turned on the air conditioning fan to mask the noise.
It's location I am not sure how to approach this. Priceline charged my credit card $150.85. I did not look at the receipt from the hotel until I was on the way back to Fargo. The hotel charge shows xxx. I submitted my expense report and now I am short $37.21. :(
Other than a friendly staff, there is nothing to like about this hotel. Where to begin? There was NO HOT WATER!! None, let it run for 20 minutes, early morning, late at night, none. My windows had bath towels as curtains, the coffee maker didn't work, and the furnishings look to be from the 50's.
Location is convenient. Breakfast and dinner are provided. No wifi. The wifi does not work at all. It is so inconvenient!
Nothing. We could not stay here due to the run down, filthy and unsafe condition We could not stay here due to the run down, filthy and unsafe condition. Now we are fighting to get a refund.
Good location, large room Not very clean. No desk. Tiny TV. Hard to find elevator/room and no option to take stairs to 3rd floor I could find. Below average breakfast.
I don't think it met a 3 star criteria. It was a bare-bones room. I especially didn't like the 'Plastic Sheet Cover' that was on the bed. It was hot and it made a plastic crinkling noise when you moved.
Hotel was very clean No
Facility is clean, fresh, inviting. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Nice Spacious rooms Hard to find the breakfast room and finding my room. Could have a better layout and better parking.
This hotel was odd. It was built to be an assisted living facility and instead became a hotell. You could tell by the layout this was not a hotel layout.

Rooms were fairly quiet. Breakfast was not what you would expect for the price paid for a room. Bagged scrambled eggs and bagged bacon.
Price. Safety issues, as a female traveling alone the lack of security cameras, long walk to room and isolation at being put in a room at the far end of the lodge was unnerving. Carpet was stained and dirty in the room.
Easy to find. Had to ask staff to not assign us a room near elevator shaft. Bath sink needs a soap dish.
Good bedding and a TV on the wall for viewing in bed. Front desk personel. I asked for a AARP discount and they said they didn't have one after they told me they did. Then the same for a AAA discount. ND is expensive due to the oil situatin and they dont discount hotel rooms period and they aren't nice.
