Pros: Horrible Experience! Don't book here, they don't honor the reservations.
Cons: We had just hiked out of the Grand Canyon, obviously quite tired, and Hertz had given our car away with no warning. Morgan, lady working, said she couldn't do anything because they overbooked by 20 reservations for the day and 11 more reservations still don't know they don't have any cars. She wouldn't call either supervisor because they were on vacation and she didn't have cell numbers.
We were driving back to Colorado Springs from Hertz in flagstaff. No cars were available in Flagstaff. One car actually was for over $308 per day for a compact car by Jeff at Enterprise, who admitted that it was extortion but said he knew he could get it because someone would be desperate enough for a car. Horrible!
We had to get a ride two and a half hours to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport because no other car rental agencies were open in any surrounding towns, as it was the late afternoon on Sunday.
So our 13-hour drive ended up taking 20hrs.
Very unhappy and exhausted.

Pros: The car ran well. Picking up and dropping off were easy.
Cons: The inside of the windshield was pretty dirty when we picked the car up. The car also smelled like smoke- which was gross. At least we had no issues turning it back in and weren't charged for the smoke smell. Also the person checking us out didn't inform us of the extra cleaning deposit that would be taken out of our debit account until it was too late to change the transaction. It was refunded when we returned the rental car, but considering it doubled the cost of the rental car that could have really messed things up financially.

I need a refund
Pros: I arrived at the hertz office in the Flagstaff,AZ airport and was not able to pick up my vehicle. I was not aware of the extra 200 dollar deposit fee and had a credit card with daily max out of 200 dollars. I could have afforded it on my debt card but because of my age restrictions it was mandatory that they had a credit card on file, So i was unable to pick up my rental car and I would like a refund.

Money Grabbing Company
Cons: I had booked a $60 rental and had to cancel a week earlier because Expedia had goofed on the flight reservation. I called to cancel and was told that there was a $50 cancelling fee. I asked if there was anything she could do because it was out of my control and I'd only be saving $10 and she said no. When I told her that this would be the last time I would ever use their service she just asked to confirm, "so you want to cancel the reservation". They clearly don't want my business. I hope the $50 is worth it. I've already passed on them twice since because I would much rather be valued as a customer literally anywhere else.
Pros: Quick and simple procedure, friendly staff at Avis. Very nice van. Kayak was so easy to navigate and book! Very happy!!

LEVEL OF CAR RESERVED NOT AVAILABLE AT PICKUP
Cons: Reserved a premium car but they did not have one available when we arrived. We were offered the next level down -- a full size -- but with no adjustment in the rate (which was already very low, admittedly). We were told that the small, privately-owned Flagstaff location usually did not have premium cars and that they had advised Avis that the booking system needed to be adjusted to reflect this, without results. We were advised to contact Avis directly if we wished to pursue a rate reduction.
Cons: Both ends tried to over charge me! Had to see customer service to get correct charge.

Pros: I drove from Flagstaff to Las Vegas and everyone I interacted with was so friendly, professional, and efficient. The car was in great condition and was very affordable to rent. Drove great with no problems. I will definitely rent from Budget again
Pros: The car rental was a good price especially for the weekend and with unlimited mileage. Also they didn't charge an outrageous credit card deposit like other car rental places I've used before. The car was also very comfortable and easy to drive.
Cons: The pick-up time was long. Luckily I wasn't on a time crunch, but had I been, it would've been disappointing.

Pros: I liked the car they provided me since I was supposed to get a Nissan Versa. Also, like the car features which allowed me to use my phone for navigation.
Cons: The car was dirty on the outside and you could feel all the bumps on the road when you drove the car. The AC also smelled funny when I first got into the car. When dropping off the vehicle, it was not completely clear where the drop off location was so I just parked the vehicle in the lot where I picked up the vehicle initially.
Pros: Customer service at the counter was great-- very friendly and helpful staff! I ended up getting a much nicer car than I had originally reserved due to low inventory at the same price as my original rental. The car was absolutely perfect and I had a blast enjoying the freedom it gave me while I was on my trip.
Cons: The underage driver charge is rough, but that was to be expected. Additionally, there wasn't very much flexibility in drop off location for a cancelled flight-- driving the car from FLG to PHX would have doubled the cost of my rental just to turn the car in at a different location.

Pros: Upgraded to a SUV just in case we ran into snow problems. There were 18" of snow the day before. We were very happy with rental.
Personnel at the airport were very helpful.
Cons: Went on line rented car a price for one drop off received price. Went to pick up car which was OK car had multiple dents and tape on the doors dirty. Ask agent if I could drop off at any Enterprise in Las Vegas she said yes. Next day took car to other Enterprise than what was on reservations. They said I needed to pay extra to drop off car? I showed the contract with the price and drop off fee included. After multiple conversation they said it was OK
