They cancel the booking for false reasons
Pro: NOTHING
Kontra: The attitude they say that the name of the driver is not as the credit card, but this was not in the booking, and the card was on possession of the driver BUT OF COURSE THEY HAVE A SOLUTION IN THIS CASE the solution to cancel and retake a car for more of twice the price issue is solvable if we cancel the booking and take a new booking with higher price just a BUNCH of ROBBERS that just create problems to people...

Pro: Car was as described, a seven seater
Kontra: Being kept waiting 75 min at pick up as car wasn't ready despite booking it weeks in advance. Very poor customer care or service .

CDG supervisor lady is a joke
Pro: The poor team working for her must be very brave

Pro: New car provided. Good customer service and the conveince factor was good given the pick up in CDG. I would certainly use this again.
