The gluten free snacks . The movies It was freezing on the plane. We were told our luggage would be at one location . After waiting there for 35-40 minutes our luggage was at another location .

I loved the service they are very nice to everyone I got lost in the terminal and didnt know where to go for a while had to ask directions didnt want to miss the other flight

Tried it for the first time, I chose them because it was the cheapest option. If you are looking comfortable over price this is not for you. The rest of the mortals that live on a budget, I find it ok. They don't have ice on board.

Staff was polite and helpful The plane is extremely small. every movement is felt times 10. Too many stops for the price. I will not use this airline again.
