Kontra: Cabin was too hot once premium curtains were closed
Pro: The crew was very very attentive. Asked if we wanted water at least 4 times in the first 3 hours of the 12 hour flight before bed. (Red eye flight) They did there jobs well.
Kontra: The dinner choices have been exactly the same for many years now. It’s probably time to bring the menu up to the times again. Food wasn’t bad but it does need a refresh.
Pro: Fine flight - only 30 min
Pro: Regional flight so only one cabin attendant. Pleasant and attentive.
Kontra: Wider seats but tha'ts the nature of smaller aircraft
Pro: I would have liked for them to refund my ticket even though I asked them to. They ignored my request and I didn't get to go on to the plane but I still paid for it.
Kontra: A refunded plane ticket or voucher would have been better.
Pro: Crew all did a good job

Pro: The crew was excellent and we appreciated the ability to change seats after takeoff.

Kontra: The seat I reserved paying additional dollars to have no one in front of me is bad. The table has little stability and the space that one acquires to stretch the legs is dangerously occupied by food carts that pass very close. The seats are tight. And the great kindness of the crew succumbs to the bad Argentine behavior of occupying the empty seats. On the flight back to Bs.As. many overweight people were overcrowded by the bad luck they had when buying their tickets, however, thin people, who did not pay for better places, were located in an empty seat where, usually, they go familiar with babies and traveled peacefully in a place that did NOT correspond. We all understand that the spaces are small but they should take better care of the passengers and, by common sense, if there are free seats, offer them to those who for physical reasons and their full rows are uncomfortable throughout the trip which, in itself, is very long . I suggest that you put options of Latin Spanish doblabas movies on the flights you make from Buenos Aires to Auckland. FLY NZ30 on February 28 th
Kontra: Waited 55 minutes for baggage claim in Auckland. No reason given. I expect better service from Air New Zealand even though I understand the baggage handler’s are different group
Pro: Swap my two reviews! This one is for the flight going to London when I had the Skycouch! That was fabulous.
Kontra: Repeatedly delayed, almost missed my next flight
Pro: Skycouch in Economy was wonderful. Although small, it was sufficient in order to get comfortable and get several hours of sleep on a long flight. Entertainment system was outstanding, with excellent selections of movies, TV, TED talks & music. Plus, ordered water, beverages and snacks at any time via the screen and it was delivered to my seat. We had a seat change request at the gate which was resolved by the gate agent who was amazing.
Kontra: Check in and bag drop area needed personnel to assist and answer questions. It was not clear what to do and we stood in along line that we could have avoided if there had been a customer service rep to guide us.
Pro: The food we were served was of excellent quality which is so unusual when it comes to airline meals, crew and service was great as well. Obviously Air NewZealand have a far better understanding of what there customer base require compared to their competitors
Kontra: Could not fault anything
Kontra: Great that they served two warm meals without extra charge? But the meals were quite bland, with little imagination.
Pro: Crew was nice.
Kontra: Ordered a vegan meal for flight companion pre-flight; we *both* received a vegan meal (it seems like people with incompatible diets cannot book their flights together). Flight seemed to have run out meals since a random third person in my row requested an extra meal and was told they were out. Flight etiquette of other passengers would have been nice; for example, it was also fairly unsafe for a father and child to keep walking up and down the aisles, let alone the bumping into people they kept doing.
Pro: You get what you pay for. Can't complain.
Pro: On time. Like the 787.

Kontra: I always have trouble hearing the announcements in the waiting areas at the airports. Why can't they (airports) fix that.
Kontra: Please have the option to order Kosher meal!! The 1st air company that I use, that don’t offer this basic service!! Ridiculous!!
Pro: Crew were helpful and pleasant and it was nice to get a drink of water, a cookie and the offer of a cup of tea or coffee
