Flight delayed 5 hours, confusing process
Pros: The staff seemed nice, but pretty confused about what Boutique airlines was up to.
Cons: I'm a bit confused how this company has stayed in business. I booked this ticket thinking it would be a novel flight to LAX. Heck, I even paid a little more for the ticket. On my way to the airport I got a call saying the flight was going to be delayed by 5 hours. I was just about at the airport so I figured I'd just wait it out. At the airport there was one checkin counter and it was empty. I sat around for 30 minutes until someone came out to help me checkin. Waited at an empty gate for 5 hours wondering if I was in the right area. 9pm came and went and no plane to be seen. The frustrating thing is that there were no updates from the staff throughout the process. I think this is something I've come to take for granted on all the other airlines I've been on. Will I make it to my destination? No idea. Anyways, if you want reliability pick any other airline. If you like having to ask a lot of questions and get a lot of vague answers, Boutique is for you. It's very unfortunate. I really wanted to write a positive review!
