Love the experience, a little bummed about the AA flights. Its great to have more flexibility with times, but its not the same customer experience. (Mix of snacks, entertainment, free wifi. It seems more of a benefit in terms of experience for AA customers now flying JetBlue that the other way around

Onboard crew was great but I wasn’t informed until boarding that I wasn’t allowed a carry on bag at which time they were going to charge me $65 for I explained to them that I had just got off my connection flight and was never informed I had to check my carry on at which time they brought the charge down to $35. I love JetBlue but was very disappointed I was charged and forced to check my small carry on bag with out being informed I had to before hand.
Onboard crew was great, but I was unable to check in on my phone so after my connecting flight I checked in right at the gate, at that time they assigned me a seat but didn’t tell me that I wasn’t allowed a carry on bag and needed to check it due to my boarding group. While boarding was when I was informed I needed to check my bag at which time they informed me I needed to pay $65 since I didn’t check it at check in, I informed them that I had a connection and didn’t check in regularly at LAX and was unaware I needed to check my bag, at that time they changed the charge to $35 but I was still disappointed I needed to pay anything considering it was a small carry on bag that I wasn’t told I needed to check before hand.
This is not necessarily within Jet Blue’s control but when we landed we sat on tarmac for 20 minutes because a gate was not available. Also, having a lot of inflight entertainment is great but running out of headsets at row 8 (outbound flight) renders it all kind of moot. Since we are asked so many questions online when we buy the ticket, how about adding: (1) which snackbox are u most likely to purchase on this flight? and (2) are you likely to purchase a headset? and then equip the plane accordingly.
The updates were very noticeable in comparison to other flight experiences. Gate changes was announced instead of finding out via monitor.
First flight with Jet Blue & very pleasantly surprised. Lots of leg room. Free WiFi & entertainment with an easy interface. Pleasant staff with ample drinks on a cross country flight.

Seats did not recline at all. Sat on taxiway for 30 minutes and waiting on gate to open up.

Unboarding took an hour after landing. That is not reasonable.
I was supposed to fly out at 11:35 am. Flight got delayed to 3:45 pm. Delayed again to 6:00, delayed again to 7:21

Flight delayed for 3.5 hours, no water, no coffee, no snack at the gate.. $50 credit towards future travel is the compensation??? Boy I miss the old jetblue. I will avoid flying JetBlue in the future.

Wtf with the restrooms. Are they trying to activate everyone’s potential to be claustrophobic? It’s unbelievable. I absolutely hate how airlines are smashing so much into a cabin so they can pack us in like sardines. Glad I paid a stupid amount of money for a seat upgrade … but wish a bathroom upgrade came with it.
The crew was friendly and easily approachable. The atmosphere was nice and dark. It was a little cold on the plane.
Flight incrementally delayed for hours without advance notice, at the very last minute changed by over two hours into past midnight
Flight crew were ok, however to charge for a carry on is ridiculous when the ticket I used was the balance for a Caribbean flight.
Lots of time on the tarmac at both ends. LOTS of crew announcements that didn’t need to be made.
We couldn’t check-in online. Even though it was booked through American Airlines, none of my AA benefits carried over. The Wi-Fi and entertainment didn’t work the entire flight. The flight crew said something about a voucher but I didn’t hear anything else about it.
