Pro: I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake

Kontra: Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard

The momondo app and online was not available to check in.

Pro: never ever use this Momondo again

Kontra: no customer service

Pro: The price

Kontra: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Pro: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Kontra: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Kontra: Depart on time.

Kontra: Too many school groups and screaming children

Pro: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Kontra: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Pro: Quick boarding.

Kontra: The seats are just not comfortable in the slightest. There is no room. No where to put your legs.

Pro: Nothing because I wasn’t allowed to board

Kontra: Everything

Kontra: The seats. The gate was one og the last ones

App down customer service disgusting

Kontra: App was down couldn’t check in had to pay cash(euros for trip). 250 euros for 180 pound as Ryanair only accepted pound (had to change at airport hence the rates) absolutely disgusting

Pro: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Kontra: plane seating reclining even 15 degrees.

Kontra: Really rude staff member getting people through to plane. Food I ordered came to me as something totally different because they had run out of what I ordered they didn’t ask me if I wanted it instead so had to refuse it as I can’t eat cheese so I ended up going without.

Get what you Pay for

Pro: Cheap(ish)

Kontra: Worst plane seat of all carriers. No leg room, to close to seat in front no where to put anything , no usb charger. My local bus is more comfortable & better equipped. Same as 90% of people only fly Ryanair as a last resorts. Friend tried to down load boarding pass in the morning of flight was not able as need to be done 24hrs before. 50 euro to get printed at airport outrageous. Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn

Price ok, Service could be better

Pro: The overall price

Kontra: Waiting in line for boarding to find out the passengers in the plane that had arrived had not disembarked. Passengers (and not just priority) brought more than one bag onto the plane. The overhead stowage was bulging. As a passenger with a foot cast the disembarkation was not the best

Kontra: The flight was okay but 40 minutes late due to issues at Hamburg Airport. I.e. the problem was not with the actual flight or with Ryanair.

Kontra: It was late. Usual hearding us into pens like cattle . Hurry up and wait

Pro: The price of the tickets was good.

Kontra: It’s Ryan Air you get what you paid for.

Kontra: Delayed. Confusion over gates.

Kontra: Airport management. For half an hour we stood waiting in a corridor.

Pro: Crew were good. Boarding seemed to be good. When we eventually got going the flight was good and very quick (35mins)

Kontra: We sat on the plane for 1 hour without moving anywhere as there was a discrepancy with the numbers they thought they had and the list (or something). When we were cleared for take off we then had to get in a massive queue before we could leave.

Pro: I paid extra to allocate seat upon booking. When I went to check in I was asked to pay for seats again. We then had to sit separately. Upon boarding we were asked to pay £25 each for our hand luggage - even though we fly every month with Ryanair back and forth and have never paid before. Rude staff

Kontra: Staff could be taught customer service skills. and stop taking more and more money off people but advertise as cheap flights because they arent. We have vowed never to use Ryan air again.

Kontra: I pre booked and paid for an isle seat and was given a window seat. The plane was so hot and had no air-con, the people I were sat next to kept asking the girls to put it on but they didn’t

Pro: Fast flight with no issues

Kontra: Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc

Pro: Although we were over a how late leaving the cabin crew were professional and polite. An absolute credit to the company.

Kontra: Make all seats non-recline and more sturdy, I don't want to be able to feel the person behind leaning on it or their knees pushing through into my back.

Pro: Fast process when we landed and staff were really good - patient and friendly (on the flight)

Kontra: Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority

Pro: Arrived in time

Kontra: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.

Kontra: Delayed.

Chaos in the airport

Kontra: Very unorganised, one person checking in luggage, long queues, two flights mixed together. The boarding gate was really badly organised, passengers being held in a very small space to wait for a bus, the buses were late. Priority boarding wasn’t being checked so everyone was being sent through into the holding space which was about 3 metres by 7 metres standing room only. The plane was late.
