Worst airline I have experienced
Pro: I liked leaving the plane after it was delayed for a day for no sufficient reason. I also disliked the unscheduled stop over in Montreal which was apparently to refuel. How can you charge a customer for such useless service? I will post to everyone in my circle to not travel with xl.
Kontra: Cancellations, delays, lack of information, wasted customer time. This has eliminated 2 days of planned holiday time in France. How you still charge the customer after this by simply saying sorry is beyond me.
