No screaming kids
We boarded at 11:00 pm, and landed at 5:20 am. Even though it was a fairly long flight, there was no food service. We did receive drinks however.
Be on time
Free Wi-Fi would have been better

Great plane , great crew , on time , The snack was a negative. Especially for the time of night . Dinner and gave me toddler peanuts :(!!
Good airline. I’m always happy when flights are on time. It’s always difficult when seats are tight. Should have flown first class.
I love Alaska and Horizon… even in the short flights, they always offer something… and everyone is cheerful and helpful. It was stormy weather but the flight was quite smooth… the pilots clearly moving up and down a wee bit to avoid turbulence.

The experience on boarding was super fast and easy. Specifically during these times. Maybe comfy seats.. but it’s a plane not a damn Couch hahaha :)
Organization could have been better. I was given an aisle seat at booking.On board plane my aisle seat was occupied.Crew member asked me if I could ask passenger to move.Was she serious ??? That is the job of flight crew. I will not risk getting into an argument with a passenger. Get real....do your job. Rob T.
Kayak switched the date of my flight for the 12 even though I booked 10/11. Scam
Flight was 1 hour behind schedule.
I like Alaska’s dedication to safety. The plane was clean and everyone was diligent with observing mask rules. It made me feel safe.
Don’t book flights with an airline that isn’t located in your local airport. If there’s problems you have to call and wait 30 minutes on hold.
On time. Following Covid-19 guidelines. Nice to get a cup of coffee on those early flights. Enjoyed the staff.
I needed a wheel chair and there was no one there, actually a fellow passenger pushed me until someone came along. I had to walk all the way through the tunnel and lost my breath due to a medical condition and I think I scared some passengers. Coming from Santa Ana, they were right there for me. When you request a wheel chair it is not for fun it is serious!

Crew was kind and polite. We were 2 hrs late I missed the event I was flying into LA for.
Our flight attendant in first class was Great. Angelina was awesome.

It was difficult just before boarding as the crew was not clear on where to go or where to provide documents. Other than that, it was okay. I would still use TAP again. :)
