Kontra: On time.

Kontra: Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier.

Pro: Seats and crew great boarding was a nightmare

Kontra: Better boarding patrol

Kontra: was a packed old plane. It left nearly 2 hours late without any proper explanation food was awful the service was dull. It was a very bad experience overall and checking in and making my reservation was bad because all the information BA already has about me I had to re-enter including my passport.

Kontra: Not having an 18 he delay.

Kontra: At boarding a member of the check in ground staff was extremely rude to my travel companion.

Pro: Crew worked hard to keep to time and make passengers comfortable.

Kontra: Boarding gate crowded.

Pro: All crews are kind, friendly and excellent services, the handling of missed flight is good.

Kontra: The plane is too old lots of things falling apart, toilet door, tv screen and its remote control ect ..

Pro: It is very disappointing that the I have been charged for my luggage. I have been allowed one peace suitcase from London to Stockholm. I was allowed from London but on return British Airways check in staff charge me unlawfully.

Kontra: The flight was delayed too much for the connecting flight to Leeds. Detour to Vienna - Amsterdam - Leeds. I had to run to catch the Amsterdam flight - not easy for 72 yrs old with newish hip! Now 2hrs at Schippol and may get home by midnight.

Kontra: Being on time for a change

Kontra: British Airways neither a budget airline nor a lux airline. Doesn’t know what it is.

Kontra: For an hour and one half flight the seats were tolerable. Anything longer than that would have been torture.

Kontra: The plane delayed by 30 minutes, I was rushed past security to wrong plane in Orlando, making me miss my flight, cue multiple times as the airlines "British Airways" and "American Airlines" bickered about who's fault it was. I'm still sat in Orlando waiting for my flight after losing my hotel in LA

Pro: I travel 70 times a year and I try to avoid BA the f I can. This flight 2 hrs late and they ran out of food as hey got to me I’m tge back. The toilets ran out of water 3/4 of the way through the flight so people couldn’t use the toilets. Not good. Zz

Delayed, waited on a bus for ages

Pro: Helpful and Friendly Crew. Did their best to help during the delay. Able to take hand baggage on board (unlike our kid journey when forced to check it in at the gate)

Kontra: Sat on plane for an hour waiting to depart, so delayed landing. The BA feel is no different to budget airlines now.

Kontra: The seats are not just uncomfortable, they are awful. Worse than Wizzair!

Pro: My flight with Qantas was late and I missed the flight, they refused to move me to a later flight even though I had a paid ticket!

Pro: The crew were fantastic and the food was okay!!

Kontra: Poor entertainment, uncomfortable seats & delayed

Kontra: Despite most of the plane being offered refreshment I never was as staff not organised enough to have time to do so, even though other airlines have managed easily.

Kontra: Error on kayak.com resulted in me losing approx. £600 and having to take the issue to the small claims court.

Kontra: Kayak.com overwrote the passenger name with an incorrect name. Neither Kayak.com or lastminute.com could correct this which resulted in me losing approx. £600 and taking the issue to the small claims court.

Kontra: Sears very uncomfortable flight was running 45 minutes late when it landed in Palma and due to a glitch couldn’t check-in on line
