the staff wasnt freindly and the service was so bad
the electricity was cuting for 16 hours so we were without ac or lights

The staff is sometimes not very nice. Because of the state of the bathroom is more a 4 stars than a five stars.

I like almost everything starting body creem in a bathroom and ending how staff take care about the beach and it's cleaness.
It could be longer place for swimming with red baloons around. Just because there is a harbor the hotel cut the territory for swimming.
