Kontra: MH hospitality has gone down. Those days they were the best of the best. Now, there is hardly any hospitality at all. Very disappointing.
Pro: Different seat location for family of five
Kontra: Sitting arrangement Was poor. Five of us had five different seat.
Kontra: The entertainment unit was constantly malfunctioning
Kontra: They should giving out headphones for business class to use the entertainment system

Pro: The crew was very attentive. The pilot landed the plane smoothly. Although had a delayed departure from KUL, we arrived in Sydney earlier than expected.

Pro: The crew was excellent, however I had a very serious problem upon checking in as I DISCOVERED AM NOT ALLOWED A SINGLE KG OF LUGGAGE.THE AIRLINE ASKED ME TO INFORM THE AGENT WHO DID NOT MAKE IT CLEAR WHEN I WAS BUYING THE TICKET.THAT HAS COST ME A LOT OF ANXIETY AND BIG$$

Kontra: I was incorrectly charged credit card fees by BudgetAir as I paid via debit card and they never replied to my emails or answered the phone. This caused stress as my bank account went overdrawn. Cannot recommend BudgetAir at all. Appalling lack of customer service. Avoid like the plague!

Kontra: Almost every thing. Incredibly dirty plane and crew just poor not interested in passenger at all unfortunately noticing this more and more with MAS
Pro: There was a hot meal on this 1.5 hour hop from Kota Kinabalu to Kuching

Pro: All of the ground staffs at Johor Bahru provided attentive and observant service. Cabin crew greeted with pleasant smile, friendly and provided excellent service.

Kontra: cabin, seats and table cleanliness need to be improved. decline angle of seat and foot rest angle so limit.
Kontra: aircraft a bit old and my remote control was broken, lunckily my next seat was not occupied, so I can move to next seat and the seat a bit old and decline angle so limit. if compare with business class seat of other airlines, it's a bit not up to standard.
Kontra: cabin not so clean, no foot rest. But crew good service.

Pro: Everything was smooth. MAS staff attitude has changed to the better tremendously. Friendly staff, orderly boarding, pilot announcements were clear with good command of English.
Kontra: BKK to KL flight food needs some improvement. Presentation and taste. I had the fried fish with rice. But it was really tasteless.
