very nice hotel, friedly staff. I think the best was jacuzi and sauna taht we could use any time and lovely evnings preformance. Food was good and I liked everything.
I think the tv was a bit too small and wasnt too many english chanels.

During my stay at the hotel I liked the staff, which was very helpful and friendly, the choice of food in the restaurant during breakfasts and dinners, besides this hotel is located very convenient and not far from the sea. At the same time it is not far from the shopping streets.

The staff is great and you feel like you're in Germany..which is quite a funny feeling in Mallorca! Also, the opportunity to have a shower even in the late afternoon on the day you check out is very appreciated.
Breakfast is huge but is very low quality
