Fantastic service - the front desk staff were helpful - suggestions on things to do as well as lending us an extra electrical adapter. I would love to stay here again!
Our room overlooked a street that was a bit noisy. Otherwise perfect.

My friends and I loved this place! Each room is unique and very comfortable. The staff are charming and most helpful. Light breakfasts, Spanish style, are available, followed by substantial lunches and evening repasts. And the location! Deep within narrow streets (we're talking less than 2m wide) with no vehicle access and thus quieter, plenty of restaurants and tapas bars, and close to the fine flamenco shows at Los Gallos. Within walking distance to Cathedral and La Giralda, Plaza de Espana, the fascinating Museo Arqueologico, Parque Maria Luisa, and numerous other wonderful places.
No criticism, but just to prepare tourists (particularly American) for some differences that might upset them if they are unaware: The streets in Santa Cruz are mostly winding alley-type affairs, so that your taxi (or rental car) will not be able to drop you off anywhere near the entrance. Bring only luggage with wheels. Always carry a city map. Sevillanos are friendly and helpful, but few speak good enough English to set you straight verbally--but pointing to a map works. Give yourself time to "bungle" your way through--it will let you see delightful streets and shops you might never have encountered otherwise. Relax and enjoy--Sevilla is a jewel beyond compare!

Perfect location for easy access to local sights and restaurants. The room was very attractive with the most comfortable bed on our trip! Useful to have free access to internet for all guests.
Very noisy from nearby bar and rubbish collection in the night.Stressful searching for the hotel when driving into the area- advice is don't have a car! Once again quite expensive to pay for public car park for 2 nights.

Some of the service was great.
The room was tiny, also we booked a double but had two single beds pushed together. When we spoke to reception about it we were told that there were no doubles in the whole hotel, however subsequently found out there were. Not good.
