Perfect location. Beautiful renovations, yummy food and overall friendly staff.
I did ask for some things to be done in my room when I checked in around the early afternoon and no one came until I called again at night upon my return and my friend got injured (bled) on the grime on the floor. No incident report. No first aid kit. No follow up. Housekeeper looked like I woke her up out of bed to help me and had an attitude.

Loved the bakery goods, special coffees & fresh juice in lobby. We were here during Pandemic so a lot of things were closed, the availability of treats, ice cream etc. made it more bearable & were delicious. The pool area, bartender & beach attendants were friendly & helpful without being overbearing. Everything was clean & we felt safe. Great vacation to see U of Miami plus 6 days of sun & sand.

Hotel is beautiful, staff was friendly and welcoming, location was beautiful I suggest having a car staying here though, not much in walking distance.
housekeeping is slack we had to keep asking for wash cloths because they never left any. May need to spray for pests we killed a roach in the room. No microwave.

We loved it ! We found the hotel late Thursday night after disappointing Airbnb. We couldn’t be happier, stayed at King bed suite with partially ocean view/ bay view. Hotel is super clean There’s 3 pools all together , 2 family pools right by the beach and one more for grown ups only at 7th floor. staff was so nice and everyone wears masks and keep social distance.

The Grand Beach Hotel is known for its stunning ocean views, beachfront location and proximity to South Beach and the Miami Beach Convention Center. Although the hotel has been around since 2009, it was completely renovated in 2018. The lobby has a grand and regal appearance, while all of the rooms are tranquil and decorated in a contemporary manner. Guests will be able to find many things to do at the hotel even if they stay onsite.
Seven different suites are available at Grand Beach Hotel. The King Pool View Suite is equipped with a king-sized bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa, while the Ocean Front Suite can come with one king bed or two double beds. Guests who are looking for a larger space can check out the Two-Bedroom Corner Suites and Penthouse Suites that can fit up to six guests and are approximately 840 square feet.
All of the rooms will come with many amenities. Every single one has an ocean-front view that is memorable. There are two beach-front pools and hot tubs. A 24-hour fitness center is available, as well as room service. Guests who are looking for extra rest and relaxation can take advantage of the massage and spa services that can even take place in the room, on the beach, or poolside.
Visitors can dine at the Chez Gaston Restaurant. It offers a breakfast buffet, as well as lunch and dinner services.
