Luxury at great value and the location makes it blissful
Beautiful, luxurious rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast service and a wonderful buffet. Knowledgeable staff and very quick to help. An example is that I needed a key replacement and there was a long line of people checking in. I went to the Guest Relations Manager to ask, and first she said I had to wait in line, but then she herself came over to open a counter and get me my key fast. The location is not a problem, we took Uber and it cost 7 euro to get to the bridge.
Well if I must find something I didn't like, I'd say the view from our room was nothing much, but then we were out most of the day, and the Club Room view was very nice, it had a balcony.

The actual building- it was fairly new and design was nice. The staff was on the hold quite friendly and helpful.
The standard of Sheraton chain is really lacking --this hotel did not provide sufficient umbrellas for guests and did not do anything at all to help guests travel in the rain. The restaurant is quite overpriced and food was not as good. The rooms also did not have robes or slippers until you request for them!
