Location is good. Close to the Paulista Avenue. But you shouldn't walk in the streets when its dark.
Hotel staffs are very rude and there is nobody to control them. So they can talk and treat you as they wish and there is no place you can complain them. And also don't expect European Standards from this hotel.

We' ve seen the staff people at the breakfast room cleaning up the tables with used napkins at the two mornings we're there.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. I liked the wooden floors. The staff is very helpfull and kind. An excellent breakfast buffet.
