“Good location, value for money”

“Hotel is fine at best. Basically a very standard, package holiday, all-inclusive style hotel. Location is great, but most hotels in the area have great locations. Rooms were clean but hardly premium. Hotel was busy considering how quiet the resort was in general which meant getting a sunbed near the pool was not as simple as expected.”

“The garden hotel apartment are a good value for money. Staff was extremely good and friendly. Food had variety. Facilities are nice and kept clean at all times. Very nice location close to beach.”

“I was in Ibiza about to take a ferry to Mallorca and I needed a hotel to stay in that very evening with about 5 hours notice before I arrived there at about 11pm! I was trying to find a hotel in Alcudia with a 24hr reception. The site said it did but I called up to double check. Claudia answered my call. She was very friendly and put my mind at ease. I got to the hotel late after a long day. Claudia was there, still happy and smiling for my arrival. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and the staff definitely make or break the place. Claudia was very helpful, and I got checked in and off to bed. The room was bigger than I expected and very good for the price I paid. In the morning I took breakfast and this was much better once again than expected. I paid three times the price for room and breakfast in another hotel recently and got a third of the quality that I had here. I was early before breakfast officially started. Hassan the chef still had a big smile and made some eggs happily. There was a great selection too and he helped out before things were officially meant to start. My point is that these two people were fantastic ambassadors for this hotel. I rarely leave a long comment and I could go on but I’ll definitely come back when I’m not so rushed (I had to get another ferry to menorca)”

“The hotel was clean, so were the rooms, the cleaning service was very good. We didn't have breakfast, but the dinner was excellent (except raw fish fillet), the hotel was close enough to the see, but not by the beach as advertised - main road has to be crossed to reach the beach. There is a nice play area for children at the back”
