Very good location and very clean am comfortable room (with a good view, if it faces the lake). Overall, it is an extremely nice hotel with very good value-for-money.
Front desk staff was not very helpful when I asked to change from a twin bedroom to a double bedroom. I had to stay in the twin room because, allegedly, there were no more double rooms available.

Nice location, 500 m from the wonderful city of Aveiro. Beautiful views from the restaurant. Free parking in front of the hotel.
You cannot enter the swimming pool without paying for the SPA (there is a charge of 9.00€/day!!) Even if you stay one night, and you want to swim in the afternoon and again in the morning, they charge 2x the fee!! A very big disadvantage not worthy for this kind of hotel.

modern, new, luxurious hotel a 10 minute stroll along the canal into the town. Rooms were very spacious & comfortable. Free internet access available in the Business Center which was very useful for guests.
