Staff was good and room was great as per the charges. Breakfast was good and we had two breakfasts.
The rooms are old and dirty and breakfast is poor. The pictures they show give the impression it´s good. Pay attention to the difference between a hotel and a residencial in Lisboa. Residenciais are cheaper and there is a reason why. I would recommend it as an alternative to a hostel.
cheap and ok
a bit cheap
I was arrived to find the hotel lobby looking aged but relatively clean. The room, on the third floor, was a different story - the door had obviously been tampered with repeatedly, the carpeting was dirty and had multiple large stains, a bad stale smell permeated the room and when I lay down all i could smell was piss.....
For the most part the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable but rather noisy as the windows were not the best fitting.
The bathroom in our room was extremely cramped, the shower head was broken and I would have liked a room safe.
Friendly and helpful reception. Good location
Usual city centre noise! But we guess that's unavoidable!
good location, kindly staff, good fascilities
every day the same breakfast, need some renovation but I'd recommed this hotel anyway
staff
The hotel is located at a noisy street where you can hear lots of noises before 24:00. Well, considering the cheap price I can't complain for that at all. The room was just Ok but not so neat. The balcony was badly poluted by the pigeons where I can hardly step in. Except that I would recommend this hotel, which is near the down town and easy to public communication. Staff nice and helpful.
got a deal where breakfast was included
uncomfortable beds, no closet, cold in the room
