Nobu Hotel Miami Beach

it did not live up to the reputation that i had expected for the Nobu.

lack of interest from the staff. i didnt like the hotel at all. the staff were rude and the reception just did not pick up after ringing two days for over 15 mins none stop. I went to reception. there are no maids to clean the rooms daily with the excuse that is for protection of the staff and clients. rubbish they are using this covid as an excuse to save money on staff numbers. they could have cleaned the room and changed the towels. i had to go get towels on the second and final day. total waste of money and very bad experience.

Great beach area and beautiful. the guys in charge of umbrellas and chairs were very attentive and provided excellent customer service on the beach. Pool area is nice as well. Food is pricey and limited hours right now due to covid19. Front desk people were friendly and informative.

No room service, the lights did not work in the room, the flush on the toilet kept getting stuck the maids did not empty the trash the whole stay we had to chase them down the hallway to get clean towels daily. We asked for a microwave for our room and had to wait on a waiting list to get one. Still didnt have it 24 hours later and had to ask a second time. Feel like its way overpriced for the service.

NOTHING!!!!

After hearing so much about NOBU and how amazing it is supposed to be with 5 star luxury and service and it’s on site acclaimed Sushi restaurant, we were so excited to go and celebrate my wife’s birthday - traveling all the way to Miami to finally have the chance to do something after this extremely long lock down only to be LIED to - Upon arrival, the staff was very rude and dismissive. The first thing they informed us was that there would be no turn down service - mind you that when I had spoken to them on the phone to see if they were completely open and with full service that they stated YES. 1st LIE. Next, on arrival at 4pm, we were hungry and wanted some lunch only to find out that their one restaurant on property other than NOBU was not even open and had closed two hours earlier than they were supposed to. There was no room service either - second lie!! When I asked the front desk they said to order Pizza!! Unbelievable!! We had to walk in the rain to another property to get some lunch. The next day, we asked for coffee and towels but none came. I called two additional times without anything happening. I had to actually go down and insist at the front desk that they provide the replacement coffee and towels - very disappointed!! Is this the NOBU way??? At the pool there was no one working. Only one bar tender that wouldn’t make any frozen drinks! In addition, the guests in the adjacent rooms were so loud and up until 4 in the morning - and when I complained, nothing was done and no offer for us to move rooms - what happened to the Miami service let alone the NOBU service. We should have been informed up front regarding the state of affairs of the hotel and property. Why lie to us and say everything is operational when it was not? Why charge a premium when you get motel like service? Why be rude and dismissive? We will never stay there again. It completely ruined my Wife’s birthday.

Beautiful decor

The service is terrible and bad crowd . Nobody to take your luggage when you arrive and only one person at the check in desk which has you waiting forever . Lots of people drunk and barefoot in the hotel . Not pleasant
