Hotel staff try to "do they best" But somtimes it not enogh. The restorant is too basic
The best of the hotel was the swimming pool and the spa, the room was OK but no natural light. We asked help to rent a car but they only tried wth one company (of course, one of his friends), no good service at all because we did not have a car and at the end our only option was a motorbike. The restaurant was very expensive. The location was far away from the restaurants and the center of sengigi.
Slightly gloomy atmosphere. Old and outdated.
Hotel Stuff, clealniness. hotel location, room view. all the facilities mentioned in the net was not provided.
Great beach. Bungalow was close to the beach bar and beach. Friendly staff. Good entertainment. The restaurants pretty much had the same menu.
Interesting design. Unusual pool on the roof. Very nice personnel. A lot of TV-channals.
Location was perfect for food and other amenities, close to main town. Staffs knowledge about surroundings tourism areas are below par.
The place has a beautiful and relaxing garden. The hotel is really colse to the private beach. The price of Basilico restaurant were more expansive and the food was not so good.
The location of the hotel in Sengiggi was a real plus point - close to nearby shops and restaurants and of course the beach. The grounds are reasonably extensive so we didn't get a feeling that the place was busy at all. Happy hour at the beach bar watching the sunset was definately worth it. The resort is relatively old and whilst I don't mind traditional decorations, felt that the hotel is definately in need of an upgrade. I was ther just over 20 years ago when it was first copmpleted and it doesn't look like much has changed in that time. We had a standard room, and it was fairly basic.
The resort was really nice and beautifully kept. We stayed in one of the villas with it's own pool. Very relaxing and the hotel food was really nice. The beach nearby was somewhat limited (black sand and very rocky ocean)
Puri Mas is a lovely boutique resort with well appointed rooms/villas set in beautiful gardens. The hotel staff deliver excellent service and are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is good, the hotel is right on the seafront and it also has a good sized pool and sunbed area. The restaurant is excellent, breakfasts are good and the hotel is only a short taxi ride to the main town of Senggigi should you wish to eat elsewhere. I would not hesitate in rebooking this hotel in the future. n/a
The bungalows were beautiful and I especially liked the stylish outdoor bathrooms. In our rooms the small touches such as flip flops and sarongs were nice. The staff were all really kind and friendly. Beautiful gardens. The food could be improved, it was nice but room for improvement.
Lovely setting beside the sea, great pool. Excellent rooms and restaurant and helpful staff. Great place to relax. Rooms a bit dark, needed lights on constantly even during the day.
Staying in a pool villa was quiet and secluded. We were never interupted by housekeeping or other staff for trivial things.
Friendly staff Traffic noise. Some bungalows are too close to the road.
Fantastic location and nice, relaxed atmosphere at the resort. The staff were very helpful (particularly in helping us to arrange an excursion). The food was average - not to the same standard as the rest of the resort.
very pleasant hotel, very friendly and efficient staff, confortable accomodation, ideal for a few days break in a quiet and relaxing resort
Its location and kind staff, save a few drawbacks its a goodplace. they have also started some new villas in modern balinese architecture worth considering those insted of the traditional rooms. The rooms looked clean in apperance but the wooden floor had an oily feel to it and there was only an outdoor open to sky toilet with shower which had a problem of lizards and there was no television.
The main thing was the friendliness of the staff. Without exception they were gracious and charming. For us the gardens were superb, and our balcony overlooking them was a joy. The food and service in the restaurant was first rate. We were fortunate to have a private balcony room accessed by a spiral staircase, which we didn't mind. However we thought the ground level verandahs were a bit public, though many people would have enjoyed them.
