Super good location, it was easy to walk everywhere and the staff were nice.
There isn't any lift but thankfully we were only on the 2nd room. The room was a bit small but I guess you do choose the size of room while booking so that's more my fault. The bathroom smelt funny, but that could have been the cleaning products they used and the shower curtain had stains on the bottom.

The woman working at reception when I arrived was very friendly but that was about it.
Shabby, unclean room looked like it hadn’t been painted in 10 years, floors were disgusting, room was barely big enough to turn around in, heat didn’t work, noisy, and staff (except for woman) were unfriendly. Awful.

very ignorant receptionist. had to carry my own heavy bag up very narrow stairs helped by another female guest while receptionist stayed sitting on his skinny arse.
