Close proximity to shopping any location to meet our needs. Plumbing was less than ideal but functional and lighting receptacles not in working order
A nice relaxing stay Bartender was away from the bar more than present. Bar wasn't busy so we couldn't understand why she left guests standing around waiting.
The room was great . However we come in late and went to bed and the mattress was terrible. I complained about it but the hotel was full . The manager checked it out and was in agreement and said there would be no charge for the room so please reply and credit card for refund
Very friendly staff, rooms clean and good location. A little loud the weekend I was in
Full side bed instead of Queen side, no microwave, no fridge inconvenience fir family stay
The best bwd away from home I've ever slept in. The room was nicely appointed and clean. The staff was friendly and more thatn accommodating. Food and beverage prices at the in house restaurant were steep for what was offered. We chose to eat put at the many area restaurants for the variety and economy.
Clean and nice staff. The common areas of the hotel are very nice and luxurious Beds are small and uncomfortable. For the price was hoping for two queen beds not two double beds. In addition there was someone smoking in a room near ours and it smelled very bad. Lastly the curtains don't close and we were on the side with the night spotlights and neon lights. Made our room very bright and hard to sleep
Beds very hard. Requested. King and got two doubles
Quick check in and staff was very friendly. Across from vending machine.
Bed was comfy, has a modern feel to the room. It's slightly difficult to get to this location
Modern facility, convenient to restaurants, good value for money music in elevators is a bit loud, Bar closed at 10 pm......too early should stay open till midnight.
We loved the design and the modern look. Love the stripes. Very comfortable and they let us check out at 2pm. I will definitely be staying there again.
The staff is friendly and the rooms are always so nice . I didn't like the barking dog in the hallway lol
I stayed in a room with a king that was super comfy! The bar was nice and overall I had a nice stay. The only compliant I have is that a couple of the towels/wash cloths had a dingy tint to them like they hadn't been fully cleaned. But really, other than that, no problems.
The bar was great. The staff was helpful. We were close to the elevator. So inter morning the noise woke me up. Other then that it was great!
The staff was most courteous and helpful. I do recommend their spg program and the sauna. The rooms are a bit small, it seemed like I was in a casino.
I was very upset with you because I wanted Aloft downtown Tulsa. Just wrote what I thought was the con #. And found out no it was for the other Aloft Paid twice. Not a happy camper. Tulsa downtown Aloft is the very best beds and extremely quiet. the one way streets and the unhelpful front desk with directions.
Good location, nice staff. The rooms were not very clean, had a wet spot in our floor by the bed. You could see where they had tried to fix some drywall and did not cover it up well. You could also hear every noise all night long. You could hear other guest doors slamming as well as the ac kicking on in the next room.
nice room, comfortable bed, clean, modern decor! wish i could have enjoyed it more but my GF decided to over do it at the open bar and went bat $h!t crazy!! nothing major but your all reading this for the cons so here they are if Im being picky -no mini fridge, no ice machine on our floor.... front desk gladly filled my ice bucket! -bar didnt open until 5pm..... probably normal hours for a hotel bar ,but the wedding started at 5 so my pre ceremony cocktail had to come in the form of a gas station brown bag! - slow elevators and no stairs near my room - probably the worst thing was the shower door seals were bad and the bathroom floor was completely soaked before I noticed..... not major, probably should have mentioned it to the desk but I forgot as I had plenty of towels to soak it up!!! would stay again
I liked that neither the bed nor the tv were against a shared wall, resulting in a quieter space than most hotels offer. Everything was visually appealing and very clean, all staff was friendly. Although there is no complimentary breakfast, the choices available for breakfast are much better than I've seen on continental breakfast bars. Shower was fantastic! The lighting in the room was kind of strange. One light switch by the door controlled the "front" half of the room (bathroom), the other switch by the door controlled the"back" half (bed). With a large, unnecessary frosted window between the bathroom and the bedroom - while pretty - any light from either area spills heavily into the other. Being by myself, that wasn't a big concern, but if someone were with me, I feel that would be a rather annoying problem. I would prefer if there were a small microwave in the room (since there was a mini fridge) as opposed to a security safe. I would like more hooks/shelves in the bathroom to place clothing or other necessities.
Nice stay Tweakers everywhere.
Everything was great, nice hotel, great value for the price, very helpful, we're allowed to check-in hours early, helped a lot. Pillows are horrible. All feather down and hard. Bring your own, glad I did.
The front desk staff was very nice to work with. She was very happy to have us in the property. Our room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The location was central to most of Tulsa because it was close to I-44. They gave all of us a warm cookie and a cold bottle of water when we checked in. The in room coffee was even delicious. I didn't count off for this, but I would have liked to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
great location good food, staff, amenities Needs some updating. Hallways a little shabby. Need new paint. Some mold in bathroom. Pool area, sauna, really need to be cleaned
Beds was comfortable. Room was filthy, there was a big sticky spot on the carpet at the foot of the bed that you had to walk through every time you moved in the room. No tv remote.
Delicious cookies and nice pool for the kids!
Great location In Tulsa and Marriott service was very reliable. Hotel is really starting to show its age. Did not think that the air conditioner is working as well as it should and room felt a little rundown.
I like the amenities the hotel offered and it was quit appealing to the eye as well. I came to relax with my husband after a long work week. We spent all week around a lot of noisy and rambunctious kids, so we were hoping to escape that. This wasn't the case, unfortunately. I was very excited to see that the pool/hot tub were open 24 hours, I arrived at the pool around 12am. I had a lot of problems with my key card and my husband had to run back to the front desk to get it fixed 3 times, leaving me to stand there in the hallway and wait. Once we finally got into the pool area there was a lady there with her very hyper and loud 3 year old who was jumping from the pool to the hot tub. I stood there and waited to get in the hot tub hoping she would get the hint that her child was making it impossible to even get in without being splashed. I decided to just get in anyways and she proceeded to let her child just back and forth and even let her mall my husband and I. Later in our room we found that the food and drink we had put in the fridge hadn't even been kept cold. The refrigerator was totally hot! To top it all off I had jewelry (a white gold bracelet with blue footprint links) stolen wile I was there and the staff was less than eager to help me track it down. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again and I don't suggest it unless your trip is entirely centered around family. This is not a romantic/adult getaway at all, despite the spa and high end appearances and amenities.
After the welcome greeting and the smile, everything else that followed went downhill. There was no disclosure on the amount being held on my debit card and what they comprise. There was an offer to send 4 bottled waters in my room that never happened. The free breakfast was not disclosed. Worse, when I inquired about the free breakfast, I was told there wasn't any and that it would cost me $17. The following day, a member of my team double checked the information and it was found out that we were in fact entitled to free breakfast. Mistakes happen but there was not even an apology provided.
I loved at the pool with on the third floor which is where my room was... It was also open 24 hours to my best friend and I got to go for a swim at 3 a.m. and act silly like we were dolphins and giggle like we were kids! no free breakfast which was a real bummer because I could not afford $16 for breakfast. also no smoking rooms available
This hotel was very clean. My wife and I booked our hotel through Kayak for our anniversary. It was a disaster trying to check in upon arrival. It took us nearly an hour to help the desk clerk understand that we didn't need to pay for our room twice because it was already paid for through Kayak. I showed the desk clerk my receipt and confirmation a dozen time, yet he insisted on swiping my card over and over. Due to this lengthy check in we were late to dinner and missed our reservation. We are extremely dissapointed.
Mostly everything was great. If a worker sees you they greet you. The bed was very comfortable and the room was great. The location is right by the mall so it's an awesome location. It is also a very quiet location. Everywhere we looked online said there was continental breakfast however, there was not. Even when we checked in they said there was continental breakfast so we were very upset when we found out that wasn't true the next morning. The pool was small so not many people were able to get in it. There was a place where they could have a fire which would have been a great view. I get that it was hot outside but having the firepit lit outside would have looked nice.
The website said there was a continental breakfast and that was a lie. The restaurant/bar was never open. Having a small child that made it difficult when she was hungry we had to always go out to eat and she just wanted to stay in.
The pool, the lounge, the back patio area, and the staff. The sofa-bed (it made my back hurt for several days) and the hot tub (out of order).
The layout of the room and the service. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had no record of our reservation.
We've always enjoyed our stays at the Hyatt Place hotels. Never have had any problems. We love the spacious rooms & friendly staff. A/C didn't get as cold as we usually like but it wasn't a problem. Also elevators were a bit warm
Excellent hot breakfast included in the price. Lots of space in the room.
One of the best breakfasts ever. Easy to find. Convenient to all of South Tulsa.
Clean rooms, nice staff, nice pool, great location Breakfast was atrocious and gave my family food poisoning. Beds were not very comfortable at all. Sofa bed was better then the real beds. Pillows were like not even having one no matter how many I used. Ice machines were all broken except for one on the 3rd floor. Refrigerator didn't work very well.
Room was well appointed and spacious. Booked king bed but they ran out. Double bed was too tight.
My daughter and I everything about our stay. We found nothing fault to you on.
Felt like it was an expensive hotel for not a lot of money. Big room, clean, and a great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. AC not big enough for the room. My kid was hot sleeping in the living room area. It eventually caught up in the middle of the night.
the towels and sheets were clean the toilet flushed the breakfast was horrible the wifi dropped continually the shower was very poor the coffee, when you could find any was terrible the mattress was quite shot
The staff. It didn't seem to be as clean as I thought it would be. I've stayed at other Hyatt hotels, and this one was just not as comfortable and clean. They need to upgrade the breakfast and make its area more accommodating to the number of people waiting for breakfast in line. It gets too crowded. I probably wouldn't stay here again Unfortunately. I'm
Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Only a few minuets from downtown. Excellent breakfast setup. Pool needed to be skimmed
Hotel has a newer updated feel. Clean, decent staff, and the location is near the mall. Lots of food options near. The bed was horrible. I've slept on nicer beds a cheaper hotels. This mattress was broken or bend or something... there was a solid rail or something running from foot to head on the left side that made you feel as if you were trying to sleep on a 2x4.
Everything There was nothing that we were not happy with.
Good hotel and friendly staff. My only complaint was that there was no available plug in for my phone/alarm next to the bed (just a pet peeve). Overall this hotel is great.
Room was very spacious and clean. Totally remodeled and extremely helpful and friendly staff.
The staff was very friendly. The room we stayed in had been just been remodeled. The pool was freezing and our children didn't swim because of that. Our bathroom door would not stay shut all of the way.
This is an easy in & out, friendly, easy to find, place to stay. Comfortable and close to conveniences yet still quiet and restful.
New as of April 2010; ultramodern, conveniently located, well designed and appointed, very clean and comfortable none
Typical Hampton Hamptons prices are beginning to climb a little, but great stay
Convenience, cleanliness Bathroom sink was clogged and the shower door broken. Went down for breakfast and there wasn't much food available with an hour to go before they were done serving. Decided to go elsewhere rather than wait even though breakfast is one of the reasons we chose to stay there. Also not happy that because we prepaid and booked through someone other than Hampton / Hilton, we do not get our Hilton Honors points which doesn't make sense since Hampton/Hilton is paid for us to stay there.
Cleanliness. Friendliness and professionalism of staff.
Love the way you had the temperature it was nice and quiet The second light in the bathroom was out other than that it was great
Staff were pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Full service bar is a nice amenity in this category. The room was dark with old fluorescent light bulbs- made the room look like a 1980s high school gym. The bed was comfortable but had HAIR all in the sheets and the ice bucket was full of old moldy water. Worst of all, there was feces on the toilet seat and hair all over the bathroom. For that one reason alone, I would NEVER stay here again.
When I check in that clerk was amazing she printed us maps and visited with us and greeted us every time she saw us she said something to us . None of the cleks did or other staff did. My AC did NOT work in my room and the AC unit itself was filthy. So I had to stay all weekend with no AC in Oklahoma. It was SO HOT. They saw us bringing fans up and just looked at us and never said a word. We asked for extra towels twice never got them. They came to get our dirty towels and said they would wash them and bring them back. Ummm weird why not just give me some clean ones. Breakfast cost $10 and was not worth $10, I travel ALOT and stay in a lot of hotels. An I was really disappointed in this one. My friend left an item in the room and they contacted house keeping they said they didn't see it we knew exactly where it was just shows they DONT CLEAN! It was exactly where we said it was and the desk clerk found it thank goodness. Don't think I will stay here again
Free suite upgrade. Very nice hotel. Was above all expectations.
Soft bed, good location Sheets seemed clean but were stained with blood--including a pillowcase. Headboard was splattered with God-knows-what. Carpet in front of cooling unit was soaked. Pool was murky. Hot tub was yellow. Really should've just left when saw the state of things but was tired from the journey.
Staff was friendly and room was clean. The beds were horribly too hard. It felt like was sleeping on concrete. Pillows were bad too... I had to go to the chiropractor after sleeping on the bed...
You can walk to food/entertainment/bank, it's in Bixby but 1 mile to the turnpike and Hwy 169, worth every penny, breakfast is healthy and fresh with lots of options.
Price was not bad, breakfast was acceptable, bed was comfortable. AM staff was more attentive. Half of the lights were out in the bathroom, no one answered the front desk phone after I checked in, I checked in after midnight.
The coffee pot in the room had coffee and mold growing in it! There were some moldy ceiling tiles. The pool was freezing! The hot tub was hardly warm. The staff wasn't real friendly. We were not pleased with the place.
The room was very quiet and smelled clean. The free breakfast was really nice. My daughter wanted the Belgium waffles. I think my daughter enjoyed the pool the most. She is 6 years old and it was the perfect size for her. I enjoyed the hot tub myself. The price was affordable. Only complaint was when I went to open the room fridge a cockroach came out. I only saw that one, freaked both of us out. Other than that a great stay.
The large suite was excellent with our young grandkids The breakfast did not have gravy
