Too many surprises
I liked the room, it was huge with a nice balconi. The view was excellent as well.
The room service system, the cleanness of the dishes and glasses. we were cheated in several things. Valet made an Accedent in our car and even didn't apologize.

View and location excellent, grounds and pools lovely.
Simple things like a bin in the room were missing, while the whole ambience suggested hgh standards the atmosphere lacked warmth.
