the staff was wonderful an was there for everything we needed, they were always helpful an polite, they made use feel special, I would recommend this hotel an there staff to anyone
Hotel staff and shuttle transportation was on point! Lots of employees late night and very quick personal transport on the airport at all times. Rooms where new and clean. Value for the price is excellent! Great hotel for that night after a flight and being in transit. Bar service was slow
Good hotel, clean. long check in and check out...I had to change my upgraded room to a normal one after one day due to a water leak in the bathroom
Comfortable beds and excellent customer service. Nice decor in the rooms. Good location. Free airport shuttle. Nothing.
The hotel itself was quite nice - very American. The staff was quite friendly and helpful - almost earnest. Many staffers were bilingual. The room was also a nice size. I had two issues with the hotel. 1. On both Friday and Saturday the hotel seemed to host a wedding/party. Loud music blasted through the hotel til 2am, making it difficult to sleep. 2. The hotel charges for guests to come up to your room. I was told that I needed to pay approximately 50USD for a friend to come upstairs. This, they said, is their policy. If this is true, then this policy should be explained prior to check in - not prior to a friend's visit.
Great location super close to the airport. They have shuttles leaving at the hour to both terminals (domestic and international). They have an awesome breakfast. If you have to catch a flight before 6am (when they open breakfast) they have coffee and snacks you can take with you. The rooms are spacious and clean. We traveled with a 2yr old toddler and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We didn't walk at all outside the hotel so can't help on that aspect. Overall, great option when you have an overnight layover.
Close to airport. Comfortable room. Good breakfast for the room price. Gym looked nice. Best be prepared to take a taxi (US $7) to the hotel. The shuttle only runs once per hour, which is not much considering it is a 2 minute drive to the airport. Other nearby hotels go every 15 minutes or so. The website says the service goes until 1 AM, the lady on the phone at the hotel I spoke to says it runs 24 hours, in reality it ends around midnight. Once the back office closed, I was unable to call the reception due to a repeating glitch in the automatic answering service.
They had some "grab to go" breakfast options for travelers leaving early, which was very nice. Room was great! Check out was tedious. Tax was not pre-paid with original purchase, Took a long time to check mini bar purchases. Shuttle does not run frequently enough and ends at midnight. As a result of infrequent shuttles, there are mass groups checking in and out together ( not to mention long waits at the airport).
WiFi only worked in the small lobby with 3 chairs, even though the router signal appeared on my iPad on the 5th floor without connecting me to the net.
Good staff, hot water, free shuttle, BF incl. but not before 6.30am small room, old toilet and rooms, noisy,
I needed a cheap night after arriving and being close to the airport to meet my friends the next day. So it was closer than the Centro, but not as much as the map suggested. For some reason, they have maids cleaning empty rooms & hallways ALL NIGHT LONG. They use massive, noisy machines . . . & every few minutes, either a security or maintenance guy has a loud conversation with her. Paper-thin walls, echoey set-up . . . I hardly slept. It's stupid because it's avoidable, unlike street traffic or a bar nearby. Dumb management. NEVER STAY HERE if you need to sleep.
